I was amazed at the service received at Le Meridien Nfis. The staff was welcoming, cordial AND professional. Hatim gave me an unmatched service! Always welcoming us with a smile and ensuring that we are satisfied. The premises are clean and the staff have adequate PPE. The check-in & out process was quick! I most definitely recommend this hotel!

This hotel is absolutely a letdown. First, let me commend the staff for being stellar, warm, welcoming and nice. The rest of the hotel feels like the farthest thing from a Marriott Bonvoy experience.

To draw the quickest comparison, this hotel is like one that you would find in Miami on Collins avenue between 10th and 5th streets - primarily for drunk party goers who aren't looking for any quality. My wife wondered if this was an hour hotel, and I had to reassure her that was not the case.

The property is old and it looks like no one really cares. There are wide lawns and gardens, and the pool area is clean. But everything about it looks like someone in management has given up on it.

The bar was disappointing with no selection of whisky or scotch except for a JB black and red.

When we checked in for our 1 night stay (thank goodness that was it), the gentleman who attended to us was very very welcoming and he offered drink coupons for my wife and me. He generously gave us 6 coupons and my wife and I wondered why.

Now we know, the only way to enjoy the hotel is to simply close your eyes and drink because it's just such a miserable property.

Note: the old bellman is superb. He took the trouble to ensure that we were checked in and everything was ok. Despite his obvious back problem, he lifted our overweight suitcases and gave us a tour of the property. Please tip him will, he seemed worth it.

Incompetent staff.

Incompetent staff.
Hotel to avoid if you do not want to have a billed night when they fired you from the hotel at 21h (for no passport presentation)

Great hotel with amazing amenities. Staff speak pretty good English and are attentive to our needs. Suite was exceptional and the bathroom was the best part. Even brought us real flowers and fruit as welcome gifts

Nice hotel but in need of a refit. Good pool but service very hit and miss. The older pool guy is a credit to the hotel. Breakfast very good. But it's the small things like taking 1 hour to get a iron as they only have 6!!. But overall not a bad place

Beautiful gardens and pool but massively disappointing expectations of 5* Meridien. Mostly due to rooms being extremely dirty and very noisy. Maybe try a day pass to use facilities but look elsewhere for accommodation

The lobby and grounds are nice. Pool is great. If you need to get any work done or don t have a good international cell plan then DO NOT stay here. The Wi-FI cuts in and out all the time. When I brought up the issue they asks if I wanted to More

Rooms need a renovation as soon as possible. The hotel is decadent, the pool bar does not have almost nothing and the prices are very high. The rooms are badly cleaned. They care more about the garden them the rooms. Staff is very friendly and tried to solve all our problems. Climatization is weak. The hotel location is its best asset, near Menara Mall, train station, etc. Renovation please!!!

An ibis barely improved. When you know the luxury of the big hotels of Marrakech one is far from the account. While the gardens are beautiful, but the hotel is old and far from the usual level of the sign. When to the staff, it is hardly if they speak French ...
And I'm not talking about bedding, hard and uncomfortable ....

Lovely hotel! Is it outdated maybe but it still is a nice hotel. Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. It is in close proximity to a lot of things. We walked pretty much everywhere. Can be smokish in the main areas like the lobby and such because of the smoking in the bar. Breakfast was amazing! Enjoyed it everyday.

Really enjoyed my stay here for 7 nights. The hotel is clean, the rooms are kept clean and maintained well. It could do with a little retouch but they are trying to keep the Moroccan decor. The staff are really friendly and very helpful with suggestions and ideas of things you can do in Marrakesh. The bed was comfortable and regularly changed the bedsheets except for the last day. The breakfast was delicious but repetitive, so many choices available so it should be ok and it was easy to find a table even when it was a busy morning. I got a room on the 4th floor but wasn't happy with it so I got moved to a ground floor room with a garden and some seating area which was really nice. The whole hotel is huge, you can play tennis, go swimming or just simply enjoy one of the restaurants within.
