This was a nice hotel with a western feel to it. I would have done more local than "Americanized" but I didn't make the reservation. The room was rather spacious. Didn't require much from room service. And the concierge was good with making a variety of recommendations for different restaurants and excursions in the area. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Good hotel on the edge of the medina. Beautifully embedded in a large well-kept green area. In the evening also something of Aladdin's magic lamp. Offers pretty much everything you need, even spa area. Rooms are sober, but as far as ok, but like the whole hotel very noisy. Chambermaids are very friendly and get everything. Advantage 3km to the airport and 3km to the juggler's place. Pool is not heated. Breakfast room looks like sober canteen, but there is essentially everything you could want. Staff courteous and very helpful

Great hotel in quaint Marrakech.
Spacious rooms equipped with every comfort, cleanliness acceptable even if from a hotel of this level I expect more.
Smiling and friendly security staff unlike the front desk staff.
The property has a beautiful swimming pool, many green spaces, shops, hamam and much more.

That the service be strict on the obligation of the passport to have a room and we turn from the hotel to 21 hours leaving us in the street without accommodation for the night is already very limited but in addition the hotel allows to invoice the night.
The manager who lies to us by making sure that it is not the hotel that has to charge until it shows him the opposite.
The hotel should review the selection of its receptionists.

The pool section wasn't up to standard from my perspective. The mannerisms of staff is great yet some language barrier so remember to use some sign language. The one thing I disgust is women coming up to you saying "jiggy jiggy" while I'm with my family directly outside the hotel. I understand that it isn't on hotel ground but understandably there should be some sort of control placed.

By the way the pictures were taken in the early morning since I was struggling to sleep.

Landscaping is perfect but it is not the only thing. Limited item for breakfast, mistake on room delivery items, non renovated rooms and corridors and dirty towels that made me disappointed. I don't know who is giving them stars but it is not worth the stars got. The location and landscaping has many opportunities for the owner to have one the best hotel in the region but I regret that they don't care.

Excellent hotel on all plants, warm welcome, excellent service of hunters and restorations, Two great gentleman at the concierge desk nothing to add, except that the person in charge of public relations should change his behavior towards customers and his collaborators .
Cordially.

The Le Merdien N'Fis and surrounding grounds are beautiful. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The staff at check in was helpful. Our rooms were large and clean and had 2 bathrooms. The real surprise were the surrounding grounds. Included in the property is a red clay tennis court, swimming pool, formal garden, herb garden, and rose garden.

The hotel bar was the only disappointment.

Old school hotel set in a beautiful garden. Should spend a bit of time strolling through the gardens and pool area as it makes good photo ops. The rooms are big and comfortable albeit a bit dated. Service is very friendly and English is spoken proficiently by the staff. Location is convenient. Foodwise...so so quality and quite expensive. The targines is about 3x the price of that served in a restaurant in the Medina. Overall a decent SPG hotel. Will stay again when in Marrakech.

Le Meridien N Fis was centrally located to many must visit tourist locations. Right in front of the hotel was a mug mall carrefour supermarket and many eateries. Rooms were spacious and appeared to be clean. Hotel consisting of a large well maintained garden which was very nice. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good but same menu every single day. I enjoy milk rice and parata. Our room was over looking the garden and birds songs every morning is welcoming. Air conditioner was good and very quiet.
Rooms are now ageing and make over will give this hotel a new life in my opinion. Room service was prompt. What s letting me down was the wifi service. It s better if they don t provide wifi because it was so bad you struggled with it until gave it up. If you are lucky you ll get a reception once in a while. I use my phone data to connect.
Reception was not very friendly specially the short hair woman was treated me at the money change like I owe her something at the check in. I thought I m going to give them one star but other staff was good my bad feeling faded away.
After checking out they ordered a taxi for us. Bell boy told us taxi fare is 100 dirams. Usual fare should be 50. It seems like the hotel is fixing the taxi fare from its own gusts. Poor decision in my opinion. If you need a taxi don t let them to do it for you. Taxis are always parked just outside the hotel gate. Just go out and get a taxi it ll cost you 50 dirams to go to city. Ask the driver first.

The location of the hotel is perfect, one is right across the street and the city (Jemaa el-Fna square) is a 30 minute walk.

Unfortunately, the hotel is getting old, definitely more German 3-4 stars than 5. The air conditioning in summer is overwhelmed. The pool is large and clean, unfortunately a bit getting old. My conclusion: If you are satisfied with 3-4 German stars is in good hands, only those who are not looking for luxury

I love this hotel, its gardens and location make the stay delightful. The staff is sweet and attentive. Most importantly, their food is phenomenal. The breakfast is so good that's all I think about during the day. While the rooms could use a little refresh it does not detract from its magic.

The folks at the front desk could stand to match the attentiveness of the rest of the staff. At times they seem dismissive or fail to acknowledge your presence. Same with the bartenders (except one).

There s a lot of facilities, Gym is small but has everything. Pool is great, I swam in it. It's really cold in April, but it's still a nice pool in a large garden. I didn t eat the breakfast there

Location is a bit far from the Medina, but you can walk 2km or taxi or bus over.

Honestly, I like this hotel much better than staying in the Media. The Medina area is probably good for 1 day, but after that I got extremely sick of staying there. The Median is full of motorcycles rushing past you, a billion people, smells, and trash. and the Riads (hotels in the Medina) don't have any windows. Also, the Riads in the Medina are REALLY small, since there's absolutely no space inside.

Anyways, this hotel is next to a huge mall (I didn t go in but there is a supermarket)

The rooms are spacious, the beds are big and fluffy.

Room could be a bit cleaner though, I wouldn t exactly call this a 5 star hotel.

Overall, good stay. I give it a 5 star because the pool is beautiful, and the rooms are large and spacious.

Also, the Wifi works ok. Wifi had never worked that well for me in the other 3 hotels I stayed at in Morocco.

I spent 3 days and it was great, clean and quiet I loved the pool and breakfast there. The reception was great and the staff there was very sophisticated in dealing, the most thing made me respect this hotel when my friend got sick and every time I called the kitchen to prepare after the mixes that will help her to get rid of the stomach pain and they brought us in addition to coffee and tea ... I was surprised that they did not ask Us for these services which were not included within the residence. It really is a hotel that makes you feel at home I loved the place and it will be the place to spend my vacation anytime I travel to Marrakech.

Decent hotel away from the city center. Although it s suppose to be a 5 star hotel I would consider it more of a
3 star. Rooms are basic and old. Bathrooms are decent. Room has a locker. Property has a pool and a bar. Breakfast is good. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they made our stay quite enjoyable and interesting. Right outside the hotel is a small mall and a department store to buy stuff. There are many restaurants in this place and one can have a decent meal. The property has a very pretty garden to relax.

We chose this pleasant place during this COVID post period for its calm.
a splendid view in the evening on the terrace which overlooks the Koutoubia square and the Ourika mountains, extra ordinary service, and the staff attentive.
the kids loved it and they are had a blast, I will definitely come back and recommend to my friends.
Congratulations to the whole team.

Do not be fooled by appearances because after presenting your credit card they will ask you for a pre-authorization to cash the amount announced at the time of booking, you see no problem and you will think that you are dealing with decent people . When editing your invoice, they will find a way to invent certain things. They have control over your account and they can debit whatever amount they want.
Do not try to argue including with their manager, they will always be right and you will ruin the end of your stay. Never pay with your credit card at this establishment.

Rooms, meals, swimming pool etc ... to be discussed according to the appreciation of each one.

I used to stay there for work for a few years and the truth is more than happy. Good food and dinner, usually buffet, and breakfast more than complete. The garden and the spectacular pool. The only thing maybe unfortunate is that it is out of the center, but I do not see it as bad either.

Very nice hotel, with its large swimming pool and beautiful gardens, the rooms were very clean and spacious I would like to thank to smile abdelhak who was very kind and helpful as well for Wassim the swimmer on the other hand the porters are not polite at all .
Too bad the music was almost nonexistent and there was no entertainment at all.
