Lowest rank in this all over the world stayed up to Meridian. Especially the dinner buffet is terrible. The number of items is also small and the cooking is not replenished. Also, it is not delicious. If breakfast buffet is funny in feeling luxurious than the dinner buffet.

Excellent staff. Good security and landscaping. Very dated facility buildings including the rooms. For a SPG property, I was surprised to see that a queen/king bed is two singles pushed together. Nice location across street from Manera Mall. Location is 10-15 min walk to the old city. City bus 7 MAD (<$1) or taxi 30 MAD ($3) also available. From airport, take the #19 bus for 30 MAD ($3) per person. I suggest that one rides it for most of the route (20 min) to see some of the city. Keep the airport bus receipt for use to return to the airport at the end of your visit.

Terrible hotel with awful service and shocking rooms. No real air conditioning to speak of. 1 restaurant open and the pool sits alongside a busy main road. Pool bar was badly stocked and very over priced. Noisy run down 2 star hotel at best. Don't bother booking here unless you don't plan on being in the hotel. Location is great but that's it.

I rarely wirte reviews in here but I felt like I must do this time ( so pissed off ) .. I don't know where to start !! Will start with the Good: They have a fancy lobby and they are good at opening the doors for you and trying to carry you lugagge and all of ..thats it !!! . The bad : washroom is FILTHY , towels are FILTHY , beds are so soft and not comfy. AC is noisy , walls are full of dirty spots, water pressure at the washroon is tooo weak , so noisy to the point where you would feel you are living in ghetto in Detroit city !!

When you go to a 5 star hotel you should expect a 5 star room not a slum !! This place should be 2.5 star AT THE MOST !!!

With the rate they are charging you can get a MUCH better place in Marrakech ..

One of the worse SPG properties I have stayed at. No loyalty acknowledgement, rude service, parts of hotel not open or available, no coffee or tea making facilities in room (was told to order room service if you wanted a luxury like making tea), intermittent wifi and felt like second class citizen even as a Gold SPG member. Will never stay here again and export more from SPG. This is a three-four star hotel at best.

Definitely at the lower end of 5 star but it s alright for the price. They ask for a deposit beforehand which we really didn t like. No other hotels we ve been to ask for this before.

Breakfast again is at the very lower end of 5 star quality. The egg stand maker only uses 2 stoves which means you can be waiting too long for a fresh egg. Really suggest they speed this bit up.

The Moroccan restaurant in the hotel is nice. Didn t like the Mediterranean one at all.

The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, have good quality bathroom amenities, a beautiful garden, an outdoor swimming pool, just across the street from the Menara Shopping Mall, where you will find the Paul Cafe, the Carfoure Market and the Souvenir Street. but the hotel's rooms are a bit old, breakfast is quite adequate, pancake, pancake, omelette being made, freshly squeezed orange, carrot etc waters are served free of charge, but rooms have water, wifi also does not attract well in the lobby

The rooms are dated and a little dirty. You can also hear people in the adjacent rooms. It is not up to the standards of other Le Meridiens I've stayed at, but it's close to the mall and a grocery store.

I had to switch three rooms to get one room that actually worked correctly... Room one the key did not work and they had to break into the sliding glass window to get my luggage out... Room to air conditioner and phone did not work... Just moved in room 3 and the television channels don't work....the pool here is not heated the gym is very small the sauna is broken and they charge you extra for the steam and sauna. Breakfast buffets mediocre-at-best... Book elsewhere this is a 2-star tourist hotel now.

I was looking forward to stay at this property but was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Poor air conditioning, only hot air coming out despite turning the AC to cool and temperature to 5 celcius. Bathroom smell like sewage, seems like the pipes were not cleaned. Floor in the room was not clean and the carpet in the hallway was very dirty. As a Platinum member, I am very disappointed with this Marriott property, only deserve a 3 or less star hotel.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Special compliments to the chef, the two Yusufs, at reception and the concierge. Breakfasts were sumptious and delicious with personal attention from the head chef. The hotel is close to all amenities and opposite the Menara Mall and musical fountains which makes evenings very pleasant. Doorman were always helpful in negotiating with taxis to avoid being ripped off which is a problem in Morocco. My only recommendation is that housekeeping needs more supervision as we had to request cleaning on two days when we returned from touring. But once requested, it is done immediately.I would strongly recommend this hotel.

My room wasn't clean, the coffee table was super dusty and dirty, I found dirth and hair in the bath, most of the staff aren't friendly or hospitable at all, the furniture is super old, I stayed at this hotel years ago and they still haven't changed a thing in the rooms, the bed was uncomfortable, if I could give this hotel 0 star I would

This is a nice hotel but my stay there was not exactly the best. Certainly not what I expect from Marriott hotels. The property itself is very nice. Lot of gardens all around. Nice pool too. Kids loved it. But the rooms are a bit dated. Worst of all, we were there 3 days and the A/C did not work. They fixed it 2 times but it kept failing. And we would return to our rooms late only to find that the A/C is not working. And slept in hot rooms each night. The front staff is somewhat helpful but left a feeling of inattentiveness in the way they handle issues. I've stayed at other Le Meridien hotels but this stay was among the more disappointing ones.

Lovely hotel, and excellent service. Made you feel welcome with tea. Beautiful gardens outdoor, excellent pool, room are a little older not as modern looking as the Marriott in Fes, but good enough. AMAZING breakfast (omelette bar, Moroccan tea bar, fresh bread). Do not skip the breakfast, trust me.

Rooms are old and basic. The bar dowstrais is dull and the room rate is quiet high 2000dhs per night equivalent of 200 with less you can find much better hotel than Le Meridien N'Fis. Will never comeback to this hotel period

I will remember this hotel by the hospitality and the high quality service granted to the guests. The staff are caring and really care about the well-being of the residents. The breakfast is just EXCELLENT, the pool is well maintained. The plus point in addition: THE CUSTOMER who is in the image of Meridien Marrakech.
A big thank you we will remember with my friends from your hotel and we will not hesitate to come back despite the first misunderstanding that occurred during our visit .... (Stay from 15 to 20 August 2016) Ilham, Kamilia & Boutaina

Attention big scam. They announce the included breakfast and when you arrive at the hotel it is charged 20 per person! Meridien customer service did not do anything. Also, the hotel is old and the rooms not very clean. In front of a big shopping center: not really exotic ...

I'm not ready to put a foot in this hotel group.

Great hotel with beautiful grounds. Rooms are basic but clean, breakfast is buffet with good variety including eggs to order and crepe like food to order. Mall/supermarket right across the street but the hotel is pretty centralized.

Reception on arrival was friendly although after that it was a bad experience. My allocated room door was not working and so I had to be moved to another section of the hotel. The bathtub drain plug was stuck and so the water just collected in the bath.

The hotel itself is adorable. When we first entered, we received an utterly warm welcome. Everyone smiled and the staff was amiable and obliging. When we reached the concierge, we were given a traditional mint tea. The gardens are breathtaking. They're very green and atmospheric. The tennis (clay) court is in an excellent condition. You can book a private tennis lesson for 150 dirhams.

The room itself is small and cosy. Although, the furniture is dated. I assume it's typical Moroccan style. We received welcome fruits which I think is a nice touch.

Breakfast is served fresh and there's lots to choose from. Everything is very delectable.
Although, I found the orange juice underwhelming. It's made fresh but they add water to it.

The staff is disorganized. The training is inconsistent. Some of the people are good, some of them are not. Once, I tried to call room service. I asked for a plaster or a bandate for my boyfriend. I was told to call different number. Initially, I was redirected 3 or 4 times to someone else. At the end, I asked one more time for the mentioned items, and again, I was told to call different number. So annoying. At the end I got discouraged and gave up.

Overall indelible experience :)

Easily one of the better hotel experiences I've had. The hotel itself is great, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful, and the hotel restaurants are really enjoyable as well. Especially the Moroccan restaurant.
