The hotel itself is adorable. When we first entered, we received an utterly warm welcome. Everyone smiled and the staff was amiable and obliging. When we reached the concierge, we were given a traditional mint tea. The gardens are breathtaking. They're very green and atmospheric. The tennis (clay) court is in an excellent condition. You can book a private tennis lesson for 150 dirhams.

The room itself is small and cosy. Although, the furniture is dated. I assume it's typical Moroccan style. We received welcome fruits which I think is a nice touch.

Breakfast is served fresh and there's lots to choose from. Everything is very delectable.
Although, I found the orange juice underwhelming. It's made fresh but they add water to it.

The staff is disorganized. The training is inconsistent. Some of the people are good, some of them are not. Once, I tried to call room service. I asked for a plaster or a bandate for my boyfriend. I was told to call different number. Initially, I was redirected 3 or 4 times to someone else. At the end, I asked one more time for the mentioned items, and again, I was told to call different number. So annoying. At the end I got discouraged and gave up.

Overall indelible experience :)
