Went to a wedding here. Best lobby and hall ever!!!!!

Best service, very good staff helpful, very clean rooms

It looks very nice, but i was not impressed. You have to pay an xtra $10 a night to have a microwave and there is no fridge in the room.!?! I've stayed in lesser hotels and received more amenities. I travel atleast 5x a year. Oh and no hot breakfast, not even donuts

Overall the hotel was in very good shape and I was impressed with how large and modern the lobby was.

I attended a seminar at the hotel but I did not see any rooms. The hotel lobby, restaurants, and bathrooms are very clean. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful with any concerns. I was also happy with the setup of the parking lot, it didn't seem over crowded. Great hotel in my opinion.

I attended a Public Talk here. It is a warm and friendly venue.

Good room. Shower takes 4-5 min to warm and the Wi-Fi is .

I briefly attended a conference & only went into the ballroom.

Great hotel to stay on business. Not a lot of dining or retail shops nearby, bit great for the traveling professional.

This rating is on the banquet not the hotel room. I attended a dinner banquet and had for a gluten free dish, which was requested in advance of the event date. I asked me server who assured me it was gluten free. Since she didn't speak english very well I called over another server who also assured me it was gluten free. They both lied, or the chef did, as I got sick a couple hours later from being glutened followed by several days of stomach pains. Very very unhappy, especially considering the price of the dinner (which by the way was a small portion for everyone).

Nice place with lots of room. Meeting rooms are nice. restaurant and snack shop staff are friendly.

Checked in at 1am, got up to room -- it was freezing. Apparently, heat is kept off (to save money I suppose). No lotion in room. Next day, towels and in-room coffee not replaced. Charged $3 by front desk to get coffee from machine in lobby (no idea where the "free breakfast coffee" is at). Rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Fitness room is large, but equipment is very aged (rusted, noisy, missing pieces).

I am told the Hilton down the street is much nicer - will be staying there on my next business trip.

Enjoyed the ping pong table and racquetball court. Rooms were also very nice and staff was friendly.

Beautiful hotel and the staff is super friendly. The Sheraton clubs food was a little lacking though.

Good Sheraton location. Has a restaurant and bar onsite. Room was comfortable. Wifi had good strength and self parking was ample.

Very Nice new hotel. Loby was very new and was very large. No trouble getting to the room and staff was kind. It does include a Free indoor pool, workout center, ping pong table and racquet ball courts. There is rooms for weeding receptions and parties but it was not a disturbance to guests in their room. Fairly cheap and great stay overall.

Bar is pretty decent, don't really care for the decor post remodel, it looks cheap trying to be chic

Nice hotel. The rooms are clean. Nice pool and exercise room. There was no fridge or microwave in the room though which is not cool. It's also really drafty here.

22 years of visiting this property and great customer focus, they decided to go down the tube. Had a group reservation, which they claimed was due to an "system glitch", and they just bumped us out! When I called and spoke to their front desk person, she was rude to the core and basically said I could write anything anywhere and she could not care any less. Welcome to the new hospitality of Sheraton and Marriott! Need to say any more when they treat loyals this way?

Hotel was only okay, service was poor. We had to ask three times over two days for a refrigerator.

Nice gym, good sized rooms, and good in-hotel restaurant.

Very polite staff, impeccable cleanliness, bedding is super comfy, and booked for a really great price.

You'll break your neck on the slippery tile at the pool and the Club Sheraton breakfast has limited choices, especially if you have dietary needs. Everything else about the hotel is wonderful. Nice accommodations, clean, great bar (and barkeep!) and wonderful food for room service! I especially recommend the garlic mashed potatoes and nicoise salad.

Not the Sheraton I was expecting. The first room i was given has a funny smell. After spending 10mins in the room my head started to spin. Asked for a new room and instantly got one. Thanks to the helpful staff. The new room was alright. Parking is in a funny area as well. I did not stay there in my next trip.

Very outdated rooms with no fridge or microwave. Fingerprints on the desk and nightstand, pubes all over the bathroom floor and don't even look under the bed if you don't want to throw up. Found a cheap power strip under the bed with at least 7 things plugged (not safe in a hotel) and to put icing on the cake the fire alarm went off (false alarm) in the middle of the night. The scary part is that you could hardly hear it as it was barely audible in the room itself and could only be heard in the hallway. Most staff were great but nothing else. Sorry Sheraton, this property has seen its better days.

A lovely place for a wedding or banquet! I attended a professional function in one of the smaller rooms...holding maybe 50 to 60 people at typical round tables. The buffet lunch was very good...Caesar salad, potato salad, cold cuts, bread and condiments to make your own sandwich, soup, bread pudding, and ice cream were served. The service was also fast and unobtrusive removing used plates, restocking food and beverages, etc. All the AV equipment worked perfectly.

From the outside, this hotel looks more like the twin to the office building beside it in the office park. There was plenty of close in parking convenient to several entrances. The lobby, restaurant, and ballrooms are nicely appointed in a sort of minimalist/mid century modern/retro look, as the pictures show. I did not see the guest rooms, but there appeared to be facilities for weddings, such as a bride changing room. Lots of restrooms throughout the lobby and ballroom areas.

Attended a social event. Nice ballroom. The event was catered externally, so cannot comment about the food service by Sheraton. Location is very convenient, just off I88 and Naperville road.

Clean, quiet, upscale hotel. Wifi is sometimes kinda terrible. Club room is very minimal.

This hotel features a very spacious and Sumptuous Lobby it has writer different seating options so you can either sit by yourself and read a book congregate with a couple friends over drinks or even relax. The hotel offers drink and food specials during the week and it has a very nice and spread out bar and a swell features Starbucks coffee. The rooms themselves a very spacious and the hotel offers shuttle service for people who need to travel somewhere else is testable off the 88th interstate and has quick access to Major streets to take you either to the city or further west to other parts of the suburbs. Quick 5 to 10 minute drive can take two dining and shopping at the apartment stores or even to the downtown Naperville area with its popular pedestrian walkways and additional restaurants

My favorite place to stay in Lisle. It seems that all the hotels in Lisle are a little worn down, including this one, but it's very clean, the beds and pillows are extremely comfy, the main lobby is very cozy and inviting, and the staff is friendly. Hands down the best place I've stayed in Lisle.

You get routinely kicked off the Wi-Fi at random and it becomes quite an inconvenience to keep entering the username/password to get back on.

Attended a student math competition with 250+ kids. Good venue and staff was responsive from what I observed.

I am a wedding photographer and I was shooting an engagement. The hosting service was very courteous. I felt very welcomed and the venue overall is something I would recommend. Overall a 5-star place.

We stayed in a King Suite with two adults and a tween! We all fit in the bed. We love the option of having a door between the bedroom and other area. The bed is either waaay soft or super old! Didn't want to look at mattress! -

Mini fridge could be bigger and colder.
The ice machine wasn't working on our floor.
I have to say, they had two weddings.. basketball and lacrossee (girls& boys) tournament going on in the area. It was packed full! It was all under control. They did a great job for how slammed they were. Teens running everywhere..
The pool was nice and big! They had ping pong, racquet ball, workout room!
We would stay here again!

My reservation I booked through someone else had been cancelled without my knowledge but the Sheraton honored the pricing anyway.

Average hotel, room is ok but cleanliness can be improved. Sheet and couch were stained in several spots. Furniture was a little dusty. Room did not come with fridge, microwave and electric kettle, only coffee maker. I had to call and requested the fridge so I could keep my meds and they did deliver one to my room. Toilet clogged the first time I used it. Had to call again and waited about 30 minutes until the repairman came. Breakfast buffet had nice selection of food and also omelet made to order so that's a plus. Staffs were friendly. Location were great, close to my office. Overall it's an ok hotel, lots of things can be improved to be a great one.

This Sheraton is very nice. The staff is very helpful, we were upgraded without hesitation when the room type we reserved was no longer available. Most important to me is cleanliness, and a quiet bed - we had both without compromise. My wife and I came as part of a dance competition, and will definitely keep this hotel on our favored list.

This a Wonderful place where you can find Spiritual Events that can help you how to figure out the True everlasting Inner Happiness. This Hotel is in coordination with a Spiritual Organization: Science of Spirituality that's promoting workshops about How to know yourself to able to realize the God-Knowledge.

I'm only here for a meeting. The lobby was very clean, and impressive. No idea as to the actual conditions of their rooms. Maybe next time.

Conference rooms were clean and staff kept water full.

While the hotel is nice and the staff was super I will NEVER be back. I dont understand you only keeping a book of Mormons in the bedside table. Would it be so hard to put a Bible in there also. I have never condemned a person for their religion so having a Bible excluded for others is just wrong.
