Do to what's going I was looking for a hotel to celebrate a birthday and found this one. The staff was very friendly. The rooms was nice size and cleaned. They have food restaurant around the hotel IHOP not to far from the hotel that's very good. Loved the pool kids had a ball. Was a very nice place to stay plan on going back soon.
The Hotel is quiet, with enough parking, the staff is attentive and professional, however the Hotel presents some wear on doors, doorknobs and elevator, the electronic key that touched me did not read well on the door of the room, the wallpaper of the bathroom slightly begins to detach, the light of the magnifying mirror does not help much, the light is weak and the toilet does not dislodge with enough force, you have to pull the chain several times. If they attended to those details, the hotel would improve immensely.
AVOID! Gave 2 stars one month ago, I changed to 1 star, deserves 0. Booked a room one week in advance, arrived at 9pm read to relax to find out they book our room. And there were no more rooms available had had to drive 15 minutes away to find another hotel. "Reservation guaranteed" means nothing. NEVER using this low rate hotel again.

Although the staff is friendly, the property is dated and had a mediocre experience. Good in a pinch if you can locate the hotel - do not rely on GPS.
Room Tip: ask for a room floor without a large group.
Great value, would highly recommend the package with the lounge included, especially if your with a large group who wants a place to meet up. Indoor pool, restaurant/bar downstairs, even a dance/party area in the lower level. Conveniently located.

We went for dinner and found out bar area now dining room! Original room now for parties and meetings only. We had wonderful service from a friendly and knowledgeable waitress. Our food was delicious. I gave 4 stars because it got VERY loud with bar in same room.
One of the best customer service ever. I am a traveling consultant and I have stayed at various properties across USA. The hotel is very nice and the staff is amazing. It feels like home away from home.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were clean. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff at the front desk. They were welcoming and accommodating. I went down to the front desk to ask were I can buy toothpaste, as we forgot ours at home, and they came right out with a little travel sized one for me. My experience was great and the beds were very comfortable! I will definitely be back, as this hotel is close to my favorite brewery and I am not from the area.
Nice swimming pool, and nice bar. The location is great too. Hotel is clean, and breakfast is good. Do not miss the happy hour! We enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.
As soon as I walked into the building I felt a sense of hospitality. Craig was at the front counter. Immediately we laughed and joked, before I even checked into my room I felt the most welcoming vibe. Give this man a raise! I checked in at 11pm and he still had great customer service and personality. Most people would be tired around this time, but he was energetic and friendly. Craig is a great example of good customer service. The hotel was clean and orderly, I would definitely come back because of the cleanliness and hospitality. I really wish more hotels had employees like Craig he s great.
We stayed here as part of a wedding group. Room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel bar was expensive but that should be expected. We were shuttled to the reception which was great. Outback was across the street. Platinum members get free breakfast (eggs, bacon, poatoes, fruit) in club lounge. Happy with stay.
Lack of insulation in room made it noisy. Ice makers on multiple floors didn't work.
A big shout out to Ralph, the Front End Manager! He was multi tasking the front desk, juggling the phones and was able to accommodate it all with a smile. If you needed a blanket, Ralph had it on hand. If you needed a pillow or two, there it was before you had finished your request. We arrived with a swarm of lacrosse boys and it was a wild weekend.. believe me. But Ralph handled it all with such ease and a charming personality! Cheers to the big guy and thank you!!!! P.S. A clean and accommodating establishment which deserves five stars.

Not my usual Sheraton experience
Upon arrival had to wait in line. Although there was only one person in front of me they seem to be having a problem. The other computer at the front desk wasn't working properly so we had to wait for the system to be rebooted. Staff just standing in the lobby speaking to one another and ignoring guests. When I arrived in the room the mini refrigerator was office stand and leaning dangerously to the side had to struggle to put it back on the stand so we could place our small refrigerated items inside. Decided to go to the pool and when we got there there were no towels poolside. Informed the front desk that there were no towels, after having to walk through lobby soaking wet only for the staff to just meet us with blank stares when we shared their were no towels. Called for additional towns Tour room since we had to use our regular ones at 7 p.m. and they never arrived. Called again in morning before we finally got some. Shakirah one of the housekeeping staff was the highlight of our trip. Very pleasant helpful and accommodating. Upon checking out shared our experience. Got comped breakfast of some of which was ice cold....but the gesture was appreciated. Staff still simply hanging in lobby talking. Sheraton is my favorite chain I was sorely disappointed. I chose the location solely on it being a Sheraton.
Friendly and welcoming hotel, without being overly pushy or annoying about it.
I would say that it has a comfortable feel to it with most amenities you would expect.
Stayed here 3 days for a business trip/training and truly enjoyed my stay.
4 stars because breakfast is not included although reasonably priced; you can hear peoples' conversations in the hall or when people open/close their doors to their rooms from your room.
Did not particularly bother me, but I can see how some may be a bit thrown off by that.

When I stayed at this hotel for work, the WiFi was horrible and not secure. In other hotels, they ask you to use your last name and room number to log on and use their WiFi this hotel did not. I didn't expect when I paid the extra fee for a nicer room that it would be right next to the highway interchange where I could hear the traffic all night long. Not to mention the whole building needs a facelift, it's incredibly outdated and smelled like cigarette smoke. Staying at the Sheraton used to mean something ... If it wasn't for gaining some travel points and for the friendly front desk concierge, I would've given this hotel a 1 star review. I was very underwhelmed and dissatisfied.
Check out time is 11 a.m. which would have given them enough time to clean the rooms and have it ready by 2 o'clock I'm here now and the rooms are not ready on the person at the desk is horrible not even trying to make accommodations for us after traveling 5 hours to get here I think it stinks
Amazing hotel. Feels like home, service is great, nothing to criticize about the hotel.
This is an older property but was well maintained and clean. Bedding was comfortable. Bathroom vanity mirror bulb needed to be replaced but hotel staff were happy to help. Had hot water and towels in the morning. Platinum lounge was less than average on food and beverage amenities, but I made due.
Great, dogs love the grounds, we love the welcoming of our dogs.
Attended a professional event in their Oxford Room. The setup was very nice and the space was great for the people we had. The staff there were very nice and accommodating.
So many problems staff lies serves breakfast but no option if your allergic to something in that item for day lets kids run around shirtless and shoeless

Travel to this area often and will never stay at the Sheraton again. Arrived at hotel and there was no one at the desk. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up, and was told that, although I booked weeks in advance, they bumped me down from my king room. Got to my room and found the sheets dirty and wrinkled, and the entire room smelled musty. Air conditioning unit runs continuously and smells burnt. Awful experience.

Hotel is clean, updated, and staff is extremely friendly! Bar, restaurant and onsite amenities. Convenient location. Celebrated my wedding there and housed multiple guests who all thought it was a great wedding location. I can t thank the staff enough for a wonderful day!!! Highly suggest this hotel
Better than the alternatives in the area. Service is high caliber, as all Sheratons. The bar could use a few IPAs.
Stayed for an overnight job. Pool and hot tub were great! Comfy beds.

The girls at check in were amazing. They made me feel very welcome. The rooms are comfortable and the decor is nice and relatively new. The Concierge Lounge was welcoming with good service.
I was here for an event. The building is beautiful and has ample parking. The event room was on a lower level and was also very nice. Staff on hand serving drinks were professional and courteous. My only issue was lack of direction. No clear signs on where I should go when entering and the door I entered at didn't have a concierge on hand.
The location was convenient for visiting our relatives in the area, close to the highway. The building was clean & modern. The room was OK. We had a king with a sofa bed for our daughter. The sheets on the sofa bed were dirty (corn flakes & blood stains), so we had to have them changed. The A/C vent was in the bathroom, so the bathroom was freezing. The toilet was hard to flush. Not much water pressure in the shower. All minor inconveniences, but it adds up. Breakfast not included.
The staff was great and the room was clean. The power went out in the town the night we were staying there and the hotel was the only building with a generator.
Phenomenal experience. Despite an issue with our heater /ac on the first night (fortunately I had a horrible evening and was so upset that I went directly to bed- and so I didn't notice that the room was really really warm.) Any other time, that would have been a huge deal... But they came and fixed the issue (my husband had called to tell them, but since I was already asleep they scheduled to come the next day). Everything after that was gravy; the pool was warm and clean- the hot tub was wonderful as well- the perfect temperature..I could have spent a week there just enjoying the pool. We loved our room, the bed and bathroom and floors were all clean- everything about the place was really great and I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

The hotel was very clean, people were pleasant, restaurant and bar area comfortable and overall a great experience. Came for a friend's wedding. They used hotel shuttle for transport which was not great in the end due to traffic. However, they were very accommodating in directing to Uber etc. Overall I would highly recommend this place and stay again.

5 stars for comfort and amenities. But 1 star for the booking process. I booked thru a 3rs party website to get day time day rates and was told there wasn't any reservations and after I was pretty much force to pay for an over night stay. But at checkout the 3rd site emailed me thanking me for my stay. I feel I got cheated or tricked into paying for the overnight. Some kind of compensation is needed or myself and anyone I know will not stay at this hotel. Which is disappointing because I really liked everything about the place and wanted to stay again to use the pool.
Pretty Descent hotel, probably the best in the area. Rooms are just OK. Be careful about getting one near the elevator. Staff is great.

The beds were good, the towels were very soft and nice, but the shower heads were really low (I am 5'9" and and the shower head was at my eye level).

I came here for my modeling and acting seminar and this place is huge. The inside looks so beautiful and the meeting / banquet halls are massive. I highly recommend this place for business meetings / charity events or for all your party needs.
We are using the Sheraton as our wedding amd reception venue and so far they have surpassed our expectations, and solved alot of problems we had.
The restaurant screwed tried to overcharge us for dinner and room service breakfast. Customer service was very good.
Went to bar and a few mic ultra. 6 dollars a drink, are you kidding me???
