This weekend is my second stay at the Sheraton. I came back because of the great service, comfortable rooms, and it's location in relation to the nearby golf courses. I was happy with my stay and will likely stay here again in the future.

Nice upscale hotel. Quiet, clean, and well maintained. Front desk was extremely helpful with any issues I had (canceled stay the week before, initial room I was given had a slight smell). Very happy with my stay here.

Although the outside of the hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness of the inside does not match up. The rooms were not the cleanest and we're missing basic amenities like microwaves. The showers did not have nonslip mats and I ended up slipping and falling in the shower, hitting my back. The rooms were nice but I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

Excellent, full service hotel. I rarely go full 5 stars in reviews but this place deserves it. Staff was extremely courteous. Rooms are nicely updated. Restaurant and bar area are very nice as well. I came across it as I was looking for a dog friendly hotel in the area and I'll be looking for reasons to stay here again.

From the time we arrived until we left we were taken care of by a friendly, responsive and attentive staff. Lynda took care of us for our drinks, dinner and breakfast. She is friendly and hard working. Special needs like an ether network cable so we could setup our video monitor we're no problem as the manager on duty handled that. The pool was well maintained and pleasant. One suggestion would be to have plastic cups available at the bar to take to the pool. The front deck had a nice ambience with the lights in the tree and the fire pit.

Everyone on staff is wonderful and very accommodating. **1000 stars** for Shelly at the front desk, but 3 stars for the hotel itself. The rooms don t maintain heat well, even after the engineers make the thermostat go past 75 degrees which is the default setting. I booked for a week but checked out after 1 night because it was 20-something degrees outside but the heat wouldn t keep the room warm consistently. A nice young lady who worked the overnight shift switch me to an upgraded suite, but the heat problem was the same in that room too. Heater would warm up for a few minutes when you first turn it on and then blow cool to cold air for at least 15-20 minutes, then heat up back a bit but not enough for the room to be warm consistently. Needless to say, the mixture of back and forth heat and cool air made me severely congestion and triggered sneezing. Because of these issues, Shelly was very kind to contact Priceline, who I booked through, to authorize a refund for the full amount I paid. And she even let me get some free items from the gift shop to compensate for the issues. I really appreciated that. Another minor issue with this hotel is there are no microwaves in the rooms. If you re staying overnight it s no big deal, but inconvenient for longer stays.

The entire staff whom I've met have made my stay at this hotel very memorable. I feel like I'm visiting with friends during my interactions with them. While there are other options for me to stay when I'm in town!

Hotel is OK, but not worth anything more that $100/night. Rooms are small, only basic accommodations, dehumidifier running constantly. Bed and shower were good. Hotel is large but the size of the pool and lobby area is small considering. Adjacent restaurant/bar is nice but a bit pricey. Disappointed that no breakfast is included. I travel often and honestly, I've had better experiences at a Days Inn or other standard hotel.

Avoid this hotel. They stopped doing the 24hr covid vacancy, as PA cases have skyrocketted to record highs. Go to the Desmond Hotel Malvern Double Tree. They are still doing the 24hr safety protocol.

Horrible Internet - if you are traveling for business and need Internet - you can get screwed - and yes my laptop works great on wifi. you have to call the National Support Center - don't worry they have a laminated card with national support center phone number and details left on your table in your room - you can call them yourself to fix your network issues and the kicker here is they can't fix it - They will try to add your MAC address to their list and ask you to monitor and call them back. You go through the process again and again.

I understand that half of my complaints is not the hotels fault, but my past weekend there was one of worse stays I have had at a hotel. First, when I made my reservation, I asked for a handicap accessible room with the wheel in shower. When I arrived they one must of not save the card I booked the room with because they asked for another and two must of never saved that I wanted a handicap room for my father in a wheelchair. When I went back down to the desk, they were quick to fix this but had no more rooms available that had the wheel in shower just the handicap bathroom with a tub. They were very kind, but I was slightly irritated because we reserved a specific thing over a month ago. Second, the Friday and Saturday night while there I had I think a traveling cheerleading team on my floor. My family and I could not get to sleep until around 1AM each night due to how thin the walls were. Yes, the group was being loud but it sound like they were inside our room. This issue continued in the morning, because we got woken up when they started getting ready due to the same reasoning. Lastly, I was there for a conference but there were other events going on to, this result in two of the three elevators breaking. Everyone including staff from all 15 floors had to use one elevator Saturday and Sunday. My father who again is in a wheelchair was stuck on the 6th floor for over a half an hour trying to get down to the lobby because the elevator was always too packed for him to fit on. One the amount of people that were put onto that elevator was a safety hazard. When a spot did open big enough for my father to fit usually the elevator would stop at another floor first and the cleaning staff would have their carts and take the spot instead. I understand maintenance was doing their best to fix the other elevators, but the issue still was my father was stuck on a floor with no way out. One last thing was the prices for everything there are way more expensive than just going to a gas station down the street. I know I will never stay there again.

Horrible hotel on the weekends. The noise level is off the charts at night. People partying in the halls, TVs on too loud with paper thin walls, etc. I m a platinum elite member and management didn t address the issue.
The concierge lounge (Sheraton Club Room) smelled like stale eggs and ham. Coffee maker didn t work and there was only a basic assortment of soda and water.
Sad management of what could be a decent property.

They're lucky they get 2 stars. I couldnt wait to review this hotel!
The rooms were clean and the check in staff was wonderful. That's about it for anything good.
I was in Pennsylvania for my best friends wedding, we checked into the hotel to get ready for rehersal. The bride and groom got a large suite that, as I said was clean, but it smelled like burning rubber, we contacted the front desk and they sent up a maid who sprayed a bunch of febreeze to mask the smell. That lasted about 5minutes until it smelled horribly again so we called again. They promptly sent someone up to see what they could do, come to find out the AC unit was broken because it started leaking, right in front of the door so anyone who came in got wet, real classy before rehersal in our evening wear. We complained and after watching the bride cry we finally got another suite for them.
None of the rooms have safes by the way so we were paranoid to leave the rings in the room especially with people coming in and out to fix things.
Next, after our rehersal we went back to the hotel and our whole wedding party was in one room trying to figure out a plan for cars and what not for the big day, we weren't being out of control just 10 people talking. We were told we couldnt be in the room any longer as we were being too loud and that we had to go to the bar if we wanted to be loud.
My roommates and I, the 3 people that owned the room went back to our room, a separate room, seperate floor, and were watching TV giggling over some inside jokes, when we got a knock on the door that we were being too loud again. We gave the lady a funny look and said "it's only the 3 of us", which she advised we go to the bar again, I said "no we're going to bed this is our room we're staying" and she told us they had called up 3 times and this was the 3rd time they had visited to tell us to be quiet, LIES! We had been in the room maybe 10mins not a single phone call or knock. As we are explaining this another hotel employee walks by and shushed us! Its maybe 11pm at this point so I get being quite but come on!
The next evening was no different, we were all excited to get undressed from our gowns and tuxes so we rushed to our rooms with plans to go to the bar and didnt even get that far! Once again she lied and said we had been warned 3 times and that this time the police are on their way. I answered the door holding my dress on, we had been in the room long enough for someone to unzip me! We were supposed to be in a wedding block, which meant that the entire bridal party was supposed to be on the 3rd floor so we could be fairly loud if we wanted to. They messed up and put half our bridal party on the 1st floor and the others on the 3rd. We found out that there was another bridal party on our floor as well. The rudeness of the employees was appalling! We weren't being THAT loud that police needed to be called, we also never saw proof of that so they basically just lied the whole weekend. The bar over charged for drinks, $7 beer. Breakfast on our final morning was delicious but we were all ready to leave by then. Just beware if you're there for a wedding of any sort they will lie and treat you like toddlers on a playground no matter how respectful of adults youre being. Shushing you for saying goodbye to friends in the lobby at noon. Rude.

We visited the hotel to go to a monthly opportunity meeting that is held on the bottom floor by Jimmy Smith lol. This event resonates directly with our business. All the staff is very polite and genuine. The facility is very clean and well kept with very magnificent amenities available to guests. Always an overall fantastic experience.

I've been staying here on and off for the last 16 years. The staff is very nice, but the hallways are so nosey if you stay during the weekend when they're hosting wedding parties. And, I hate paying for internet when you pay $170 a night for a room. I stay elsewhere when there are other options...unfortunately.

Room was excellent. Clean and impeccable. Bed was fantastic, and I didn't want to get out of it. Bath was very nice, and well stocked with what we needed, and with items you might forget to bring. Check-in was quick and easy, even with wearing a mask. Breakfast coffee was just right. Bar was open later on evening on our return from wedding, but we did not venture in. One note, we used address listed on website, which nav system took us to, which was incorrect. Quick call to hotel, and Shellie helped us immensely, and we found the hotel in less than 5 mins. She was a gem. Would definitely stay here again should there be a need in that area. Btw, they allow pets, with no extra charge, just sign a firm should your pup have an accident.

i am a frequent guest wit Marriott since years (Titanium) and think I have some experience around Marriott hotels as well as Sheraton (live time gold). i have been coming here since 2000.
Let me start with what I like:
location, it is next to an Outback, a bar in house. and the price is somehow reasonable.
But:
this place is one of the old (!!!) Sheratons.
you get to know the habits of the people in the rooms next to you (sound..)
the rooms are old fashioned decorated (is always ok with me if maintained well, but ... :)
the curtains are still original from the day this place opened (ever been washed???), they fall apart (the pictures i took in the second room with that kind of curtains,
management seems to give a sh.. about it (i mentioned it the first time, the second time, and the third time I talked to a manager about it. answer: they don't have spare replacement. i suggested to take them down completly better than having basically completly broken curtains there..). (update: it seems like the photos did not get uploaded so I describe it: basically former white /ish curtains are medium brown like in the old days in a smoker bar, and they were torn in many stripes, almost nothing left, same condition in my first room and second room).
lady on the front desk was nice (so is pretty much the "normal" staff and seemed to care; from all I can tell and what i heard talking here and there to people my impression got kind of confirmed that there is a serious management issue...

today checked out the lounge in fifth floor. basically a worksite, wallpaper hanging down, unfinished walls, and and and...

Marriott: it's time to act and stand up to your quality standards: close that place, rennovate it from ground up and reopen it when completly done. not a day early.
or: take down the name Sheraton.
you definitly ruine your reputation with this location.

for me, after 20 years on and off staying here frequently, it is time to find a different place till Marriott acts.

Insulted by front desk check in. They told me that it will be a hold on my credit card for $50 in additional to the room cost. - If you don t break anything, we will not charge you. This conversation happened in front of me and my two kids. I complained to the director of operation . Was told it must be miscommunication issue.

We had an amazing experience at the Sheraton in Great Valley. We had a suite, and it was absolutely perfect; a great way to celebrate my birthday with my family. The hotel restaurant, the White Horse, was awesome and the whole staff was top-notch. I highly recommend.

We did a destination wedding and then had our wedding reception there two months after we arrived home. Scott, the event planner was extremely responsive, and a hoot to work with. He did a great job working within our budget. The staff was amazingly friendly!
The roast beef was the best I've ever had. They also added a little touch of my Polish background with some Pierogies. Even a week later I keep hearing about how great our reception was. Scott also recommended a DJ Tom Tolnay who turned out to be the best in the area. I can't even begin to go into what a great job they did.

The hotel decor is a little dated, but with the lights low, and with the table and chair coverings it was hardly noticeable. Plus it also added a touch of class, since most hotels these days are so boring and sterile. We received a suit for the night with the wedding package. The sweet is up to date with Flat screen TVs in the living space, and the bedroom. The living space was a little cramp, but the bedroom was big. The bed was a super soft king size, with big fluffy pillows and a fluffy blanket. There wasn't a rack to hang my wife's dress on, or my suit. My wife's dress would have been too long anyway, so we hung it on a door. The bathroom was spacious, and had a large Jacuzzi tub.
The people at the front desk were extremely friendly.
Did I mention the staff were awesome?
I'd totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to have a wedding.

I sleep with the TV on, so I didn't hear the highway.
