This is my second time here and the staff is amazing there's a fellow here not sure if he his management or not but he definitely should be jeff is the best so accommodating it's unreal handles all problems gracefully I love this hotel and can't forget about the bar.

The bartenders were not the best at mixing drinks nor were they in a good mood. A lot of tension among staff members.

Glad Starwood is going to be joining Marriott. It was a nice property - just watch out for the $3 bottled water - one is free, two are not.

Had a good stay. Rooms were clean, check in and out were very efficient.

During the snow storm the Sheraton was nice and accommodating. Everyone was so helpful

Lovely hotel! Horrible catered food. Great location though. Went for a weekend conference recently. Nice staff, nice place. Only complaint is that the food provided was very blah. Tasteless and just plain bad. Rice pilaf and fried chicken, two basic foods, both nasty! They compromise taste and quality for price and it's just not worth that gamble. Do it right or not at all. Stay but don't eat the catered food. Go to outback!

We got a great deal and the hotel was perfect for our needs. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, I would definitely recommend.

The party I was with paid for an open bar and catering. The service was fantastic, and the food was great. I had nothing bad to say about the experience.

Professional staff, clean rooms. Doors are loud when opening and closing.

My son was married November first. The Sheraton did a wonderful job with the rehearsal dinner and after wedding party. The staff make you feel very welcome and are very invested in assuring your events run smoothly. I would definitely use this hotel for future events. This hotel would also be great for a getaway weekend.

During my stay the hotel had dirty dishes lining the halls that were never picked up for the entire three days I was there-even though I mentioned them to the front desk. The first room they put me in was badly in need of renovation in the bathroom, and the room they moved me to had a bathroom that was not much better. They seem to have a constant turnover of front desk people who do not know what they are doing and billed me erroneously. Would definitely NOT recommend staying here. The staff in the lounge area is outstanding though-very nice and helpful.

I only slept here. And was here for a short time. Other than my bed needing to either be picked or repoaced it was a great experience.

It's a Sheraton though, you expect a satisfactory experience.

Front desk personnel was phenomenal. I worked with Rena when I arrived, who I found very professional and accommodating. Even with the large amount of guests who were arriving, she has an ability to keep her composure, smile and stay focused.

Franklin was also at the front desk. Very nice gentleman who reminded me "anything we can do to help..Mr. Barkley"..

Later, I met Kimmy and Sadim, who help solidify a wonderful experience that I had at this property.

The room I stayed in was nice, the restaurant agreeable, but most of all, it was the front desk staff that won me over. I will return and recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues.

Visited for a business meeting and happy hour. Set up of conference facilities were nice, when a glitch with seating was encountered, they were quick to get us more tables and chairs. Was disappointed to see happy hour drink prices had risen. $9 for house merlot during happy hour? It used to be $5. Won't be as quick to patronize the bar in the future, sadly.

Great place to stay....went for n low season breakfast included, nice pool

The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The only bad thing was that our jet-tub didn't hold water.

the WORST hotel EVER. The hotel management is completely RUDE and service AWFUL. I cancelled stay the morning of my stay because of suspected BED BUGS.. I did not feel safe. I shared my concern with the hotel manager, cancelled, and they STILL charged me. STAY AWAY from this property!!!

Very nice Sheraton, good breakfast buffet for extra charge. Nice pool, hot tub, and gym. Workers all friendly, and room 200 had a separate living room with big TV. Will stay there again.

We went there after our wedding night and reserved a block of rooms and we're using their complimentary shuttle service. Everything was great!

My rotary club meets there every Wednesday morning, nice buffet.

Can see through the crack in the door. Antenna TV, no cable! No microwave in the rooms. Not nearly worth the rates.

The room was awesome. I didn't stay but my nephew and his family did. I visited them while they were there.

The room was very nice. Has nice ammenities and a jacuzzi tub.

Had a very nice stay. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary evening snack and wine as well as the breakfast. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable. The only negative was the room was not as clean as I would prefer. But I have extremely high standards for cleanliness.

The room next to mine blasted its TV all night and guest services wouldn t do anything to help. They already hadn t given me the room I requested and tried to make it better with cookies. Having cookies to eat while I can t sleep is no help when I have a 12+ hour work day ahead of me.
Update: I went to check out of the hotel in the morning, planning to go to a different hotel for the remainder of my trip. They were very apologetic, moved me to a better room for the remainder of my stay and offered some additional ways to make up for the experience the night before. Glad they wanted to make things right. I was able to get a great nights sleep the following night.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Property and furnishings are older and should be updated first chance they get.

We experienced an excellent.banquet room, quality service and great lunch menu during our Alpha Kappa.Alpha Sorority, Chapter Retreat. The staff were very cordial as well as the manager was accommodating to ensure the success of our retreat.Thank you on behalf of our Chapter.

I've been in this cozy hotel several years ago. Of course the printing of years ago may not be used without care to present day, but I have great memories of the hotel, it was very pleasant, efficient and kind staff, comfortable rooms.



I have been in this cozy hotel for several years. Of course, the impression of so many years ago can not be used for today without precaution, but I have very good memories of the hotel, which was how we were welcomed, how the staff was efficient and courteous, how the room was comfortable.

Very clean and comfortable. Nice indoor pool. Bar and outdoor sitting area with fireplace. Beds comfortable and rooms clean.

I stayed here in Dec 2017 for a brief business trip and was very happy with the property, especially my exceptionally clean room. But the brightest star of this trip was the staff who made a good trip excellent! They created a great atmosphere, were fun to interact with, and were genuinely helpful. They made the hotel memorable, I would like to come back here for future vacations.

Had a meeting to discuss reserving blocks of rooms for future wedding. Rooms were clean and nice. Staff was professional and friendly.

Love the Sheraton Great Valley Hotel. The staff is very accomodating. Valet is cool, it's pricey overnight ($59) but hey, your car is safe! It's very safe, you need your room key to get to your floor. The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are very modern. The bartender downstairs was quite attractive and nice so that was a plus! I definitely will be staying here again. The hotel is walking distance to a number of clubs restaurants and stores.

Very nice place to stay. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this hotel to any one.

We had a business function there utilizing two of the downstairs rooms. Staff was very nice, box lunch was nice but sound system was awful. We couldn't hear the speaker. They tried to fix it but neither the hand held Mike or the lapel Mike could give good sound through the speakers. As students trying to learn it was frustrating.

Before I explain, we are a big family of 4. We received a room with two full beds and it was very uncomfortably small but that was our fault for not getting a bigger room. So, the next day at about 10 am we ask the front desk if we can have a bigger room. They say okay but at that time it was not ready. So we give them our phone number to call us when the room is ready. A few hours in to the day, we obviously know that the room is ready but they still have not called us. It was 5 pm the same day and we still did not receive a call. So, we go to the front desk and we ask for our room. Finally, they bring us to our new room. Which was very nice. And we would now have a comfortable and nice sleep. We try to ask the cleaning lady to please make the pull out bed so it is ready for when we go to sleep, but unfortunately she did not understand us because she only spoke Spanish. We go to the front desk and we ask them to make our bed. Later, we go back to the room and they stick a big rollaway bed right in the middle of the room which is vertical in the air on wheels. So, let me get this straight. Before when we had the smaller room, we asked for a rollaway bed but they said it was a small room so it would create a fire hazard. I don t think that they understand but the gigantic bed that they stuck right in the middle of our room is the fire hazard that they re talking about. You can t even move around it. At this point it s totally unacceptable. And the price a night is not cheap at all. I don t know what these people don t understand (no offense). Also to add on, the hotel is basically right next to the highway and the windows are so cheap that you can hear the wind blowing in and the cars passing by through the slightest crack in the window. Besides this, they food is okay. And everyone is very nice. This room is nice as well. But totally DO NOT recommend.

Dated rooms and elite lounge. Newer lobby and restaurant/bar space though. Stayed here 12 years ago and rooms felt dated then...back a few weeks ago and still no update

Although they have been renovating this hotel, little by little, it's just not a great location.

Good hotel and staff, only real downside is it the sound proofing is not very good between rooms.

Very uncomfortable beds and horrible food in the adjoined restaurant. Never staying here again.

Hotel rooms are nice but pricy and no free breakfast.

Clean, good service, relatively quiet (despite 3 wedding parties & lots of kids)

Smelled like smoke yet its a non smoking facility....however it was clean and beautiful and so so nice to look at. Coffee was also delicious and the beds made me sleep like a rock.

Good hotel, ok service - had to repeatedly ask room service or reception to get stuff working (like key card, an extra towel etc). The pool is very convenient, but was a little dirty and can use a bit more maintenance. The other services were great.

Stay here regularly on business. Staff is great, very friendly. Shakira in the concierge lounge is great and always a pleasure.

Great Location ....... Great Staff ...... Great Food ..... they have 1/2 Size entrees ..... The Salads & Flatbreads are AMAZING!!

Wow! All I can say is Amazing...
We hosted our guests for my daughter s wedding here.
They were amazing, from Amy Band to Kayla Chen to Anthony the Shuttle/Luggage guy to every staff member. We were absolutely accommodated! We love them and will be using them for all of our accommodation needs and certainly for my other 2 daughter s weddings.

Exceptional staff and great environment. I stayed at the Sheraton Great Valley a few times for business and I can honestly say the people that work there make you feel at home. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll be sure to stay at SGV!

Good for a pit stop when traveling to the New Jersey beaches. Free Breakfast (exclusive for elite local guides)

The wall is not soundproof. I can hear my next door neighbour blasting his TV all night. My room is also next to the highway and I could hear the sound of cars throughout the day/night. In addition, the printers at the club lounge and the business centers do not work. Not coming back ever.

Came to the Sheraton for the second year in a row for a retreat. Great staff and service!

Rooms not very cleaned. A group of at least 12 of us had rooms and 3 people I know including myself had rooms that weren't up to our standards. Next time I'm in the area, I'll stay somewhere else. Nasty hairs on bathroom floor that weren't cleaned when I got there. Another person had a reaction to the sheet not sure if bugs or other allergen that irradiated his legs, after requesting new clean sheets, they never brought to him.
