I passed by this hotel to have a good breakfast at The Mahogany before my 8 am flight. I think because I got there as soon as it opened at 6 am, the service was reasonably fast. The food itself was cooked and served perfectly.

Coveniently situated next to the airport and lends itself well for participants that need to fly into Toronto. Although the overall decor of the conference and break-out rooms felt slightly outdated, the hotel had ample space, food was average, but the service was great.

I am a platinum elite member.....seen many different Marroitt and Stsrwood chain hotels.....this one is particularly, i remember very well..... rooms are OLD, the server at its lobby restaurant are always in BAD moods....you will know it the moment you sit down for a drink... this hotel survives because of its location.....still...the worst one of the 2 worst airport hotels I have ever seen...

pre-paid parking package is ideal if you are going for a week somewhere. we use this package when we have a very early flight. and especially during winter months, where covered parking is ideal. it's always a comfortable stay, too.

We stayed here overnight between flights and it was extremely helpful to be in the airport already. Room was tidy, big TV, nice room with a view of the runway. Decently priced. We were quite satisfied.

If you have a good budget, this hotel is for you, if you re flight is really early. Rooms are good, food is normal. Price is good for be a hotel connected by a bridge to Toronto s airport (YYZ). You can pay a little bit more for a unit in front the runway.

Check in was a nightmare be prepared to wait at least a half of a hour in line. Bedrooms are dark and beds where very uncomfortable. The only saving grace they where friendly and polite.

It's insanely convenient but remember it's called Sheraton Gateway not Sheraton Airport hotel. They are different! Also they are helpful and kind but you are paying for convenience not luxury and they are often full.

This Sheraton is literally attached to the YYZ airport, so it can't get any more convenient if you need quick access! Stayed as an unexpected overnight guest after some issues with my flight home, and the sheer convenience and comfort made the additional layover a breeze. The fitness center is well equipped with weights, treadmills, and ellipticals, with windows that overlook the terminal loading zones. Rooms are classic as expected and very comfortable, though the furnishings are a little older. Everything is very quiet despite being able to see the planes from the room windows. Sleep comfortably in a bed without even leaving the airport!

Excellent hotel for its location .. it is located inside the Toronto airport .. very convenient for those who decide to make a stopover with an overnight stay or have to stay very little time in the city ..
The rooms are good .. small but functional .. courteous, helpful and discreet staff ..
Inside there is also a pub / restaurant ..

Good location, rooms are hit and miss as some have a musty smell. On site lounge is super expensive for drinks and food even for Toronto standards. Service is usually good and efficient front desk. Toiletries are disappointing given price you are paying.

Challenging to get a rate. Staff were confused and bordering on rude (phone staff were actually rude). Manager honored reservation price eventually.

Room was nice, but bar fridge door was screwed shut. Hotel bar messed up order but food was quite good, nonetheless.

Location can't be beat if traveling WestJet.

Lipstick remnants and spots on glasses in bathroom.
Over priced, extremely outdated.
Catering to bleary eyed travellers. Expect so much more from a major Hotel at an International Airport.

Everything I needed for an overnight stay at the airport. Obviously a great location for this, but also really convenient to get into downtown on the 20 min train ride. Room was nice and the bed was cozy but the whole space had a bit of a musty smell. I Liked having a restaurant/bar in the hotel and I appreciated that when I got up at 5:30 in the morning to catch my flight, the lobby felt lively and awake.

Nice place. I stayed for a conference so I wasn't using all of the facilities. Room service and the food made for the conference was amazing! The room was comfortable and had all I needed with the exception of a small fridge. Maybe you could get one on request but didn't bother to ask

There were no rooms available but was informed by the attendant that I was more than welcome to hang out in the lobby and take advantage of the free wifi till my flight left. Baby was sleeping on my chest as I checked my email and one of the employees came around informing those in the lobby including myself that although my daughter was a baby I needed to wake her up because sleeping in the lobby was not permitted. I find it hard to believe that I can possible have control on the sleeping schedule of a 8 month old and told i must wake her up. I will not wake her up because your 6'1 attendant insists that it is not permitted. Ridiculous. Never even heard of such a thing. Really need to overview your staffing and regulations because an infant sleeping in my arms while I browse on my phone is not comparable to an adult sleeping.

I've stayed at many Sheraton hotels and somehow they all smell the same. Pleasant, familiar smell. Hotel is beautiful, TV can work with your phone on YouTube or Netflix. Clean, beautiful rooms and it's located at the terminal 3 , incredibly convenient. Best hotel to stay in between flights.

The convenience of staying right at the airport is fantastic! Easy to find after dropping off the rental car. Check-in was smooth. A glitch with our room was dealt with and we were happily upgraded to the club floor and lounge. We had to leave too early for for the lounge breakfast, but it was partially laid out the night before and looked more than substantial. All said, a great hotel.

Due to a flight delay we didn't arrive at the sheraton until 4am. It took 2 minutes to walk from arrivals to reception which was appreciated at that time of the morning! The receptionist very kindly bumped our check out time to 2pm so we could get a decent amount of sleep. The room was big and comfortable and even more importantly, being so close to the airport, sound proof. I want to tell you how comfortable the bed and pillows were but I was so exhausted I may be biased! However, they really were extremely comfy! The location is so convienent for the airport, the covered walkway connecting it means you don't have to go outside. If I fly from Toronto again then I would definitely stay at the sheraton.
