Hi I had a night because of my flight from Lufthansa delay flight so they gave me a voucher of 20 euro for the dinner and in the reception I was informed that was going to be a buffet in the mighty after 22.00 at the Level E1Room 1022 but I get get there it was only 2 dishes of tortellini with white sauce and some cake I was very disappointed from the Sheraton side but the room was very clean and good size room. But in the morning the Breakfast was fantastic full choices of food + fruits everything. I appreciate the lots of choices.

With a friendly and efficient front desk, this was a great stop on my journey. It is a large hotel so be ready to walk some. The room was very nice and clean. There was no noise although I had a runway view.
I got a room in the newly renovated part of the hotel. While the room looked nice it was not a great experience.
The bed was by far the most uncomfortable, cheap and firm bed I ve ever slept on. I think sleeping on the cardboard box this bed came in would have been more comfortable.
There also seems to be some drainage issues in this hotel. The first sign was a room down the hall with 8 towels on the ground outside the door. Then when I took a shower in the morning the drain was unable to keep up with the water. I had to stop my shower early because the water would have quickly crested the lip of the shower basin.
The location of the hotel is great, and the food and beer at the restaurant was nice but overall a bad experience.
Large but well appointed building with a direct link bridge from Frankfurt Airport. Clean and large room, very quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Nice hotel, but way overpriced for what they offer. Aditionally to the steep room price, they ask 38 for breakfast per person. Convenient as you can walk to the terminals.
The club lounge does not have adequate food there is a feeling of cost cutting at this hotel. In addition the move to pepsi products was a very bad one.
Soo nice, convenient, and amazing food. Looking for a goodnight sleep after/before a flight this is your spot! Direct access to train and airport. Oh... the breakfast
Overall not the most modern rooms, but a nice hotel with very good restaurants. Great service. The rooms are super quiet - you don't hear anything from the airport.
Fine choice of hotel for an early flight out of Frankfurt. Basically in the airport complex. Rooms were clean but ordinary otherwise. Very convenient to train to go into Frankfurt if you have a long layover.
An excellent hotel in close proximity to Frankfurt airport from which it is also accessible via a covered pedestrian link. Excellent structure with very efficient and friendly staff. I can't comment on the rooms since I didn't stay at the hotel but I was a congress guest.
Hotel bar has an underground service. I had to get up 3 times and check the bar myself to get my first drink after 35 minutes. Rooms are ok, but shower without water pressure. WiFi 9 euros extra ... The second star is for the very friendly check-in.
I stayed sheraton for the last day of family tour. Room is spacious and staff are professional. Worth to stay. But breakfast is need to be upgraded, price is high but foods are very normal.
Only complaint was the response of the lady at the concierge desk when asked how to get to terminal 2. She pointed at busses that were actually transport to hotels in the area. Also the internet cost 8 EUR and was very poor quality in my room.
Stayed over recently to relax before a flight. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and super quiet. They also have a restaurant with delicious food and the location couldn't be more convenient.
In itself a beautiful hotel, which allows a relaxed start to the holiday, especially through the direct access to Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport. The room decor is appealing and the bed very comfortable. The service is however in need of improvement and a house of this category not appropriate. The reception staff was unhelpful, very arrogant and evidently ill-trained. As described, the hotel offers currency exchange services to its guests. To be on the safe side, I had this confirmed in advance by telephone and the front desk manager received the feedback, this was possible and no problem for the desired amount. When I wanted to use the service on site, the lady at the front desk lectured me in a condescending manner about the fact that I had to do this at the airport at the travel desk and that she had never heard of it. As for my reference to the hotel's website and my telephone request, she answered succinctly that she did not know where to take US dollars. This was done without further explanation or apology for her. The next morning at breakfast was set at the next table for the birthday breakfast of a seemingly "very important" guest. For at least half an hour, joined forces of all the service staff loud tables were moved, different tablecloths and table decoration placed, repeatedly cleared and arranged in a different color combination, etc. These chairs from the whole restaurant were spotted on spots, carried around, free of crumbs and exchanged at said table. At a cozy breakfast was not to think so. After coffee I had to ask twice, you had apparently more important things to do. The breakfast itself was rich and tasty, which you can expect for the price of 32 euros but also. The atmosphere had by the action described above something of Bahnhofskneipe. The evening meal in the sports bar was delicious, the service was very friendly and accommodating. However, it was unfortunately very cold by the despite cold outdoor temperature very cold air conditioning. All in all, I will choose another hotel on my next stay at the Frankfurt airport, there are next door other hotels, which are also very attractive and within walking distance of Terminal 1 to reach. Maybe you bring the guest there more appreciation.
Incredible room but absolutely horrible customer service. After being stranded in the airport with 20 others on a school trip, the staff was less than inconsiderate saying we are a five star hotel we can t do that after we were under the impression we had breakfast included this morning. Horribly rude horribly in compassionate absolutely terrible and disgusting. I ve never met people who couldnt care less about the well being of 20 children. Very disappointed in this hotel. Didn t even try to help
No more rooms. But the receptionist kindly helped us from the rain in the drip. Must hotel? That must be a kind of running gag, it doesn't exist at all. At least I understood that from the telephone operator in Ireland ...
Conveniently located in the heart of the Frankfurt airport, the Sheraton is the best place to stay before a flight. The rooms are newly renovated, really neat and spotless. Bed is really comfortable. The breakfast room is huge and there is a huge selection. I give only 3 stars because it is disappointing in our day and age to don't get a real hair dryer in the room. Please stop with the tiny hairdryer connected to the wall. These things are annoying to use! I am expecting more from a hotel like Sheraton!
The staff here is just world class. As a Marriott Gold customer, you really feel welcome. The hotel is directly connected to the airport (Terminal 1), yet very quiet, and ideal for an overnight stay before an early flight.
Located right next to airport/trainstation. Hotel looks kind of old from the outside. Business hotel. Room spacious and clean. Tv and mini bar. Food was okay.
Very...Bad...one of the dirtiest and cheapest ive seen in a long while(and ive been to cheap hostels). Shower takes 10 minutes to warm up. Bathroom tiles are broken and dont be suprised if u find hair here and there. And hospitality is non existent.
The triple-paned windows do a good job of insulating you from the noisy airport, and the breakfast buffet is the most impressive I've seen anywhere. The rooms are nicely furnished, and the staff is eager to accommodate any special requests you may have.
Prices are above similar hotels elsewhere, but that's what you pay for staying right inside the airport.
We have to wait until 11.30pm at the airport for our luggage due to a defective baggage band. In the hotel you have to ask until you find the front desk. There is nothing to eat at this time! Not even a snack machine. A small bottle of still water gratis.wow. tv is huge for that the programs are unstable. Toilet flushing did not work right away. For me at most 3 star level. At the prices in the bar I say nothing. Outrageous. 9 euros for wifi!
Located directly at the airport. Decent gym. Rooms are comfy but slightly dated. Other than that hotel is very well situated and staff is very friendly.
Club level is great: large lounge area, exclusive gym with sauna, nicely appointed and recently renovated rooms. Negatives: hotel layout is confusing, room service feels understaffed, and basic commodities like room TVs are outdated
The Sheraton manages to book a room for us within 5 minutes and also debits the money IMMEDIATELY from the credit card, but woe if you do not want to use this room and want to cancel it, you have basically written to the wrong email address or you get 3 more email addresses that you could contact.
For me the last hotel. Rip off without end> !!!!. They didn't even transfer the VAT back !!!! They are CRIMINALS in my eyes !!!!!!!
Nice enough for an airport hotel, but I dealt that we were nickeled and dimed. No free WiFi in the rooms no breakfast. Dining options were all expensive( probably very well done as well) we just weren't in the mood for fine dining. The access to the airport is worth staying here. The rooms were quiet with no airplane noise. With airport security at Frankfurt being closer to the gates a surprising amount of the airport is available to explore, shop ,and dine. I would stay here again as the access is fantastic. You should know that you will need to use the airport parking if you have a car.
