Super nice and quiet room, upgrade for lounge access for 65 per room, so also for 2P!

Staff members at the reception are simply fantastic

I recommend it for a meeting with a client because of the reputation but honestly it sucks not to break goes good but expensive.

Chilled out only in bar at night. Nice place, kind barmen. You can smoke here.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast but limited snacks in the lounge

The hotel is very large, the rooms are comfortable, it is a very nice hotel inside the airport.

In Shertton, the shitters are moving and telling each other stories.

The rooms are cozy, and very clean. 110V power outlets are in the room, too, so no need to worry about having an adapter or power converter. Super convenient and easy to get to the security checkpoint in about five minutes walking time. The staff are very hospitable and their English is excellent. I always stay here if I have an early morning flight out of FRA. The gym is adequate, but it would be nice to have more selection of machines and additional cardio equipment since it can get packed quickly. The 9th floor lounge for elite members is a nice place to relax and have a glass of wine, while the omlette bar during breakfast will hold you over till you're on the plane. Overall I've only had positive experiences at this hotel.

Reception desk was totally closed with slider cover when I arrived. Had to call and wait for receptionist to check me in.

Nice enough hotel but very expensive. Arrived late and there wasn't a food option that would cost me less than 50 euros. Just to get a bottle of diet Pepsi was 6 euros. Such a shame to rip off travellers this way! Went to hotel restaurant...28 euros for a schnitzel dish and that price didn't even include a side. I paid the extra for a "runway view" and it was really just a view of the front of the airport with the runways far off in the distance... definitely not worth it. And they want you to be a Marriott member to get access to the good WiFI when you've already paid over 200 euros for your room. All around unimpressive and poor value! Also they allow smoking indoors in the sports bar.

Rooms are very quiet and good facilities. Check-in despite having to make an appointment online via app: not so much modern. Otherwise at Terminal 1 and very convenient for early departures, short distances and also close to the train station. Food in the restaurant really good.

Company community meeting, nice location for big events

Was forced to stay overnight. Did not really enjoy the food nor the coziness of the beds. It was in the end not really pleasant.

We stayed in the hotel after our flight was cancelled. We had to wait at the room check-in for over an hour. Service was very friendly though. The hotel overall needs an update. The rooms are funcitonal, but not modern. What was annoying for me was the noise (maybe a train?) and the air conditioning which I couldn't turn off. Just things that you'd expect in a 5* hotel to be better. Also the conference rooms look pretty run down, too. All in all, you stay here because of the airport.

Great location within the train station next to Terminal 1. The rooms are big enough, quiet and the Club Lounge offers a nice selection of drinks and food during some hours. The benefit to not need a shuttle is what I like compared to other hotels around the area.

5-star hotel which can be accessed directly from the airport. I stayed there one night due to flight change. Very elegant and classic in the style of the international Shraton chain. Clean and level.

Perfectly convenient hotel especially for a business trip to Frankfurt. Conveniently located at a walking distance from the airport. However, expect more utility and convenience in this hotel, rather than luxury, great service and attention to detail.

Excellent hotel which is connected to the airport in an excellent and comfortable way! Large and insulated rooms, a sane and fair price and the right option for those who want to spend the night before or after their flight. Really connected with Terminal 1!

It's a Sheraton but do not expect luxury. Lufthansa paid a night here because of a delay and the room was quite fair. To say that the heating was not going ....

Dreadful. Room hot, stuffy, was not vacuumed. Exceedingly plain with cement hard easy chair. Charm of a jail cell. Was told this is a typical upgraded Club room.

Dirty dishes in hallway, including outside my room! Soft drinks in Club Lounge were not chilled. Had to go downstairs from 9th floor, through hotel lobby to airport hallway to purchase a cold drink.

Marriott management needs to inspect and bring this hotel up to their standards.

Amazing breakfast and service. The fridge is a bit noisy

The building is a bit old, but the rooms are in good condition. Spacious room, large TV, coffee pot and plenty of facilities. Two bottles of water are provided on the first day. Directly connected to the airport, there are many restaurants in the subway / hilton hotel building.

Hotel of the finest. However, smoking rooms ordered via HRS and non smoking.

Hotel is renovated, beds are cozy and clean. Nonetheless the staff is not very friendly and the prices for food are a little high. There is a fridge in the room that you can not use unless you give a deposit, which is very inconvenient.

Time for renovation, really! and WHY there is NO kettle?! why?! Tea, sugar and coffee all there, but NO Kettle!!!!!

Ideal for the night before the flight. Longer room stay also possible without extra charge. Great fitness area + sauna. Breakfast is first class.

The wait on check-in took a little longer - there was probably a problem with the system - but the service was extremely friendly and even water was distributed to the waiting people. The room itself was a good size and well prepared, even though we thought the presetting of the 15 degree air conditioner was too low. There were two free small bottles of water and also the possibility to cook coffee in the room. In addition, we were pleasantly surprised that even in the evening at half past ten within five minutes a technician was available and could solve our little problem in the bathroom.

Club lounge moved and they are getting greedy on upgrades for Platinum members

If your are overnighting as we did in Frankfurt, consider the Sheraton. Well well worth the upgrade is the Sheraton Club with its inclusive breakfast and club bar. You can easily make a meal at the club bar. Gloria manager and Matias at check in were so pleasant. Will stay again

Very comfortable, excellent ppsizione near the airport and very friendly staff, too bad that instead the 2 bartenders of the bar on the E2 floor were rather rude even pronouncing offensive phrases

Paid Wi-Fi (-), the room was prepared for 1 person although we were the second. For 4 stars hotel is unimaginable.

Room was comfortable but the wifi was difficult to connect to (no instructions) and we had to reconnect the next morning. The breakfast was quite over-priced; our deluxe room was advertised as having bathrobes, but had none (but did have one pair of slippers).

The location is perfect, and the hotel should state on its website that it is attatched to the airport.

We really liked our stay, great rooms, absolutely quiet ( which is amazing for an airport ! ) Great food. Only one "problem" , the coffee is not good, this is the weakest link of this hotel. Why have industrial american starbucks coffee that tastes burned when there are so many good german coffee roasters ! Please at least give a choice to the consumer by offering another brand of coffee that does not taste burned, not everybody likes starbucks. ( i had to buy a coffee from the airport instead..), we go to germany to have the German experience !

Hotel itself very good, but too air conditioned and Wi-Fi costs more than just extra. Food was very good and has the 3 stars of the rating saved.

Was not impressed. Problems with AC, wifi, key card. The convenience of it being connected to the airport is good.

I could use the services of the hotel because of border closures during a pandemic. They stole my money equivalent stay with a credit card for booking. German thieves do not write off the complaint. I direct the case to the prosecutor's office.
