Great hotel inside the airport, very nice restaurant, gym , steam room

I felt cozy but it's rarely easy to find a parking lot.

Parking is very confusing, even with GPS guidance. Checking in was more than 30 minutes, despite elite status with Marriott. Other customers were frustrated and noticeably unhappy about the check in lines.

Big, new, very clean room, so convenient to the airport. Excellent service and very friendly staff, I commend the GM, he runs a great ship...

Rooms are okayish, but you can feel hotel requires refurbishment. Comfortable bed and good quality bed linen.
Restaurant - depends what you have - scallops as a starter, just good , nothing exceptional . Steak - good , but not exceptional again. Comparing to value to money - massively overpriced...

Absolutely the most convenient place to stay if you are flying in-and-out of Frankfurt airport. The hotel is adjacent to Terminal 1. The rooms may just be average but the concierge lounge is great and access is free to high status Marriott loyalty guests. Also a superb breakfast buffet to get you started. The rate I paid was unbelievably low so it was a great bargain.

Very Hospitable staff, great service at restaurants and convenient location.

They do a great job of treating their SPG/Marriott guests well. Head straight to the elevator for the special platinum check-in (this will let you beat the long lines downstairs), then grab a drink and snack at the executive lounge. The rooms are getting a little banged up do to age (not as renovated as the Hilton properties in the airport), but still comfortable. If you're flying Luftahnsa just a quick walk to check in, very convienent. If you have Marriot/SPG status I definitely recommend staying here when flying through Frankfurt. Makes for much less stressful airport experience. Can easily take the train into the main part of the city (or anywhere in Europe for that matter) right there from the airport.

Wonderful place to stay for an early flight from FRA.

Actually a good hotel but the service leaves a lot to be desired. At check-in 20 minutes waiting time. We had booked rooms with parking in our own parking garage. We had to park in the 1km distant normal airport parking garage with only a unique exit card. For us that was certainly a one-time thing.

My first time in this hotel and I can't say I'm super impressed. My room (an SPG 6th level room) is small, the TV is really, really old and I had to fight with it to force it to accept a Roku stick - no I don't want to pay $$$ for your hotel movies. There's no power anywhere near the bed. The hotel is split in 2, the old and the new tower. I'm in the old tower, but I'm told the new tower isn't any better. The club is on the 9th floor of the new tower. Getting to it from the 6th of the old tower is a hike. I went for breakfast, they shut down at 10. The shutter to the hot stations started closing while I was still serving myself. Parking a terrible. A very small lot with a pay machine that doesn't work. It'll take your money but it won't print an exit ticket. You have to go inside to the lobby to get one. Even driving in to the hotel is difficult. The directions are poor. The shower is fine. The desk is ok. A chunk of my room is wasted by a huge floor to ceiling mirror but I'm told that's not every room. You can't use the fridge for your own stuff (pressure sensors). The drawer and closet space is sufficient. Can't beat the location if you're flying soon or just on a long layover though.

Large comfortable rooms. Fast internet. Plenty of food options to choose from, and very conveniently located near the terminals. The breakfast buffet was very well prepared.

Currently being refurbished and split into a Marriott and a Sheraton. The old Sheraton club tower was very good, that's now going to become the Marriot. So let's see....

Great place to stay if you're traveling through Frankfort airport. Wifi is good, decent restaurants. Convinent to Terminal 1.

Good airport hotel. Perfect to reach by train and within walking distance to check in. Although you can see the runway, you can hear nothing and the night was very quiet. Room was a bit old but was very clean. Bathroom is big. Bed comfortable.

The service attitude is good, but the bathroom shower water is hot and cold.

Perfect location easy access to the airport with very nice lounge with friendly staff.

Had a great experience from check in until checkout. Room was great and comfortable and the bar and restaurant food is good as well.

I had to cancel my reserrvation cuz my flight was delayed due to unforseen weather circumstances, I made sure to call them before I board my plane from Toronto( 12 hours earlier) and it was a day use room!!!!!
Still they charged me a cancellation fee. Shame on you Sheraton.

The location is very convenient, just in the DB and the first terminal.
The staff is very good and professional.

The room was poorly cleaned and it was found that there was a lip print on the front of the mug that needed improvement. Lose the standard of five stars.

Room air bad and musty, furniture ancient and worn, bathroom falls half apart. On the "upgrade", as I was touted, I like to renounce.

Nice cigar lounge with monitor with good selection. Entrance in the connecting passage to the train station of the railway.

At the moment the cash registers are not working and I am waiting for them to open, but otherwise the airport is big, there is only one cafe, the automatic refrigerators in which there are soft drinks do not work and they took three euros from me.

For passengers who arrive or depart by train, almost no alternative. 300 meters from the ICE train station and 100 meters from Terminal 1, it is probably the most convenient way to insert a commode stopover. The rooms are well equipped and extremely well insulated against noise from outside! However, the fun is not for bargainers. If the pure accommodation costs are still within budget, additional services such as breakfast, restaurant or bar can be bought. And the alternatives for cheap errands at Frankfurt Airport are very manageable.

PERFECT ! I travel frequently around the world and cannot think of another world-class airport hotel that is actually linked to the terminals. Not only is FRA a great airport but should you need to stay overnight for any reason - connections or delays - this Sheraton is second to none.

No power outlets near the bed. Closest outlets were switched - lights off, power off, no charging devices. No free guest Wi-Fi. Would not recommend.

Good place to go fast to the check in, but the hotel is very old

The first time I stayed in a hotel so close to the airport, there are advantages.

The place is not brand new, but still nice and tidy and clean. We were also very delighted when our simple room was upgraded to a suite. If you have to catch a flight before noon and have kids with you, staying over night can be a real life saver!

Everything great. Staff very nice and take care of everything. Prices are also completely okay.

There is one thing about internet, VPN is not working well here.

Enjoyed an 8-day stay in Frankfurt in May/June 2014 on a business-trip and we stayed at Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel and Conference Center Airport/Terminal 1. Walking directly from the airport terminal via the covered walk-way directly linked to The Sheraton entrance hall starts you off on the right foot and it feels like they mean business about you doing business.

The hotel rooms were splendidly appointed and perfectly set-up for a business traveller with an office-type desk in the suite and all the usual paraphernalia of business. Our programme was pretty-well stuffed with meetings and suchlike but we did get a chance to visit a couple of local Frankfurt spots.

The Sheraton cost is not for the faint-hearted . . . but it gave us good value for money.

Love this hotels room, the colours, furniture everything is so cozy and warm.

Overnight stay for a morning flight. Very good staff, quick room service, and a quality room. Easily my first choice for next-day flights out of Frankfurt.

Friendly staff, really close to airport and train station, best selection of lounge food I've seen. It's a huge hotel with a lot of great amenities.

Very nice rooms, even if everything looks a bit old-fashioned. The windows are phenomenal. You do not hear anything about air traffic or the federal highway. There is a bridge directly to the departure area of Terminal 2 from Frankfurt Airport.

Despite the age a good hotel. Conference center with large seminar rooms (also larger than 1000 people). Fitness club well equipped and including sauna.

Friendly service. Prices are borderline. Very convenient as walking distance from airport terminal but charging additional 18 for 24h internet and even 39 for breakfast feels a bit like a rip off. The room is ok but could do with a refurbishment.

After the renovations a modern and nice hotel. You can not hear the airport and its operation. You can sleep very well and relax. The way to the terminal is not far and completely built-in. The staff is friendly and helpful, even in stressful situations. The smoking lounge with bar is nice and has both good selection of smoking products and drinks
