Huge hotel of the 5 star category. In fact, quietly, but somewhat anonymous.

Breakfast is terrible, bath products taste very punctual

Great location for an overnight stay before a flight. Super friendly check in from Maurice. Thank you for the great upgrade and the warm welcome. Room is very nice and absolutely quiet.

Three stars mean it's ok. That's pretty much true. The location between Fernbahnhof and Terminal One is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good but also very expensive. Thus, the positive has already found its end. The hotel is already very old. The elevators and associated controls are a nuisance. You just have to wait too long. This shortcoming can be overlooked if you spend only one night there. The biggest drawback with my visit, however, was the room itself. Understandably, the rooms have noise protection reasons no windows to open. But if the air conditioning does not work properly, then the stay will be agony. The rooms themselves are decent middle class. The high price for the night is due to the location and not the quality of the room. Oh yes, the missing toilet brush is not included in the rating.

Great place but they woke me up at 7 am as there was some construction going on saturday at 7 am. The guys keep hammering and I couldn't sleep

Easy to move from there to anywhere. Just below the train station connects with the part of Frankfurt or Germany that is needed. Very calm.

There a the long line for the check-in. We waited in the line for 20 minutes before checking in; and we were far luckier than the people that arrived after us. The public areas are clean and nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable but they charge you for the WiFi.

Sports Bar was amazing! Try the Peruvian pairing for a sheer delight. Compliments to the cooks in the kitchen, Viktoria who made us feel welcome and Salem who managed our very long layover with excellent customer service!

Great place to spend the night before the flight! Aircraft do not hear! But there is no free wifi, poor room service menu.

Actually a nice hotel, unfortunately something in the days.

Only thing good about this hotel is the location and the gym. Everything has else is average. Dirty tap water. Rooms are too far. Expensive Internet.

Despite the good location for travelers, very good kitchen, the (usually) nice and courteous hotel staff, the beautiful interior and the overall appealing ambience, it is in direct as well as in the figurative sense for 5 * not enough. From the outside pretty gray and not really blooming, the usual pricing here is not really understandable, price-performance still has room for improvement.

The hotel located in Frankfurt's Terminal 1 is very convenient for the airport, out of town, and downtown.

- Room service knocks on the door every Sunday at 7:35 am, without words

At a Sheraton I have other claims .......

A regular inn in Frankfurt. This is the best place to walk before departure and after arrival. Is breakfast delicious and rich?

Excellent location. Secured. Prices are reasonable comparing to other hotels nearby.

Very disappointed with this hotel. We were placed here by Lufthansa after missing a connection at FRA due to a delayed flight.

There was a queue of well over 20 people waiting to be checked in when we arrived, and only two staff checking people in while at least two further staff stood idle. Our room was not particularly clean, with a lot of dust behind the bedside tables, and nowhere near the bed to charge a phone.

They took Lufthansa's 20 dinner allowance and provided the most pathetic meal I have ever seen - turkey breasts, broccoli and rice. Not even a vegetarian option for my partner, who had to make do with broccoli and rice as his evening meal. They even had a member of staff rationing out drinks, making sure nobody took more than one single 200ml bottle of coke.

I would complain to Lufthansa but clearly the Sheraton know full well that they have no choice but to use their hotel when their passengers are delayed. Sheraton are clearly treating airline passenger bookings as 'cash cows', milking us for every cent of profit they can make, knowing that we aren't going to be as likely to complain if we aren't paying for the accommodation/food ourselves.

Certainly avoid this place if you can.

Close to the airport and trainstation. Couldn't be more convenient.

Always a great place to stay. Really convenient being connected to the Frankfurt airport. Nice lounges including a Davidoff cigar bar. The restaurant is a little pricey.

The hotel is very nice and the location perfect. The staff are just great too !!! But. Honestly, a can of Jacky Cola for 13.50 and starters for 20?

Nice hotel, restaurants be were pretty good, found an outlet adapter for me to use and brought it to my room. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

5 stars was unfortunately once. Location and staff is at this level, but with the room I grabbed this time in the toilet. Penetranter chemical smell, windows can not be opened, so one relies on a low-performance and rickety loud AC. The toilet flush would like to be addressed with you and climbing into the shower tray is tedious ... 5 stars should look different.

Expensive for a long stay, although very nice room and clean, at the airport terminal no need to go outside the airport unless you look for something less expensive.

Location for a United flight is the reason to stay here

The hotel is unique in the immediate vicinity of the Hilton Hotel which looks like a cruise ship!

Spent the night here before my flight to Cuba and am completely satisfied. From the check in to the service in the tavern to the sports bar, everyone was very attentive and friendly. I will be happy to come back

Nice ambiance, though the bar had very limited seating. Drinks were quite pricey but well made. The location itself was very convenient, especially close to trains and parking.

Has never happened to me that a parking meter beschississt me. He actually charged sixh for the change. Incomprehensible! After being forwarded to four counters, I was told that somebody will take care of it during the week. It would have been easy to simply lift my proven 6 . Only when I audibly asked to get the police did they remember to return my money. What a service disaster!

Perfect place for business meetings. Ideal transport connections by plane, ICE, car.

Stayed overnight on Aug 14. Room was great, especially the comfortable bed, soft pillows and really nice comforter. After breakfast, my wife went to the parking area for a smoke while I went straight to our room to pack up. The card key ddn't work after so many tries. That was annoying. I went down to the lobby to get a new set from the lady at the visitor counter. I went back to the room, the card key worked and I took a quick shower as I was in a hurry.

Then my wife called and said her card key didn't work at the elevator to get to the 8th floor where our room was. And when she tried to get a new one at the check-in counter, they told her there's no record of her and refused to give her a card key. Now that was not only annoying, that was also humiliating, belittling, and very irresponsible for refusing her entry to the room that we have already paid for. I had to go down the elevator to get her in. There was no time to complain as we were in a hurry and the path to Terminal 1 is nearer the elevator than the reception area, which is about 30 meters further down.

So Sheraton, get your acts together. Why did you remove access to the room of your guest way before your 11:00 am checkout time? Why did you refuse entry to your guest to her room that was already paid for?

Perfect, only the person on reception didn't knew it was us power plug in the room. What it's logical! For the rest, perfect!

The best sports bar at the airport with easily the best service and staff.

Three German stars. Not bad, not great. Coffee is awful. Clean. Quiet. I was Lufthansa's overbooking victim an been offered to stay here. Decent place.

Great hotel and staff right across for the airport. The restaurant is also very good. Sauna and gym were proper. Easy 30 minutes to the city.

The hotel only had an electronic plug for EU and UK travelers. I am not sure why they wouldn't adopt more universal adapters especially when they upgrade their properties like this one like other hotels. I asked for US 110v plug, and they didn't have any.

The phone in the room was a wireless "T-Mobile Sinus 411" whatever that means. It was all written in German and no instruction on how to use it. I had to use my international cell phone to call front desk.

The food at the restaurant was overpriced. Thanks to slow response from the front desk, I ended up not being able to go to the club lounge since it was past 11PM by the time they took care of my problem.

Breakfast was good though. Good location. But, very disappointed with their upgrade. I prefer their old rooms. In fact, I am not sure what all the upgrade was about; to make the stay more uncomfortable? And, internet was slow and didn't work sporadically. If it wasn't the location (right inside the airport), I probably wouldn't come back next time. Too bad since I used to enjoy this property before.

Could this be more convenient? My favourite option for my business trips to Frankfurt

Nice and large rooms. I couldn't catch my connecting flight and Lufthansa booked me a room there, included diner and breakfast. A calm and pleasant hotel with a professional staff.

Talk about convenient, this hotel is perfect if you're planning to use the train, see the city, and fly in or out of the city. It is attached to the airport and the train station's makes the location ideal to be versatile in your travel. The facility is nice and the rooms are well thought out in design and an overall nice place to stay.

Nice place, but the beds are not that comfortable, especially the pillows are like concrete.

Clean rooms and great food. Really good burgers at the Tavern restaurant downstairs.

Only stayed for a few hours on a long lay-over. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Very easy to get to and from the airport, 5 minute walk.

It was awesome, unfortunately only in the evening for overnight checked in. Unfortunately, because we got room 9095, a huge suite with fantastic views of the airport! Thanks again to the very nice receptionists, next time we'll take you!

This only refers to the meeting rooms which I like from size location comfort and service.
An ideal place to hold a meeting when several people are flying in.
A little expensive but you get what you pay for. Menu for snacks and sandwiches which can be ordered on the room should be improved.

This is NOT the place to stay if you have a car you need to park. They only have 18 parking spots (always full) so you have to park in the airport lot that was a 2km walk while dragging bags up many escalators. In addition, parking at the airport lot is 32 euros per day with NO in-and-out access. (Though it s 28 euro if you can get one of the 18 spots. Good luck, there are 1000 rooms here.) They would not offset my parking costs and trouble either. Horrible bellman service that didn t explain how far parking was. Front desk manager was useless too. Platinum Premier Marriott member doesn t mean anything in Europe I m concluding. Stay at the Hilton right next door instead.

Good accommodation. Good if you want to fly in the morning and do not want to arrive in the middle of the night. The restaurants please good food

Good hotel at the airport. Can walk directly from the terminal. Couple of options for food depending if you want relaxed or not. Slightly better than the Hilton which is in the train station but both are a couple of mins from each other via internal walkways. Hilton might be slightly cheaper though. (Depends on when and how you book)

Great staff. Convenient location. Very quiet rooms. Many of the rooms have been rennovated.

The ambience is great, the staff is helpful and really friendly, the bar is not bad. It's free to play pool!

We landed unplanned here because our flight was canceled. Unfortunately, our shower did not work. That should not happen. Otherwise, all right.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. There is parking directly at the hotel which make the process very comfortable. With direct access to the terminal, the hotel is perfect for business meetings
