The best airport hotel in Frankfurt. Great rooms, good food and convenient. Fly in, fly out. The perfect stop for a layover or to stage yourself prior to a long flight. Try "Flavors" restaurant for great steaks and breakfast.

I have been in Sheraton few times and the stay is just all right. The rooms are clean and spacious in the old wing. The breakfast buffet is vast but I find the staff little less friendly. As hotel is connected to the airport and train station you can spend some time shopping and eating as airport has shopping area with good restaurants and coffee shops.Hotel lobby has Starbucks that s perfect for me as coffee is must for me to start my day.Reception is generally busy so you will have to wait for a while for your query to be answered. The best thing I love about the hotel is the sauna and jacuzzi, it s crowded most of the time but it s worth after a hectic day.In room dining options are limited and delivery takes time. Its an ideal hotel for transit or a night stay.

The sheets are very clean and the bathroom is up to standard. Stuff is very helpful and nice. City is not far from the airport and public transport is cheap. Also there is a grocery shop one floor under the hotel's floor. All in all not bad for an airport hotel.

This hotel is on the awful side of grim. The service standard is low, room service is a lot of pomp (and price) with very little circumstance, and the second star is for the location. The first star was a freebie. This hotel is best avoided.

Impersonal airport hotel with abusive prices. Distance between the reception and the kilometric rooms. Meeting room with all services. It has several restaurants where they serve almost the same food.

Solid hotel, one of 3 attached to the Frankfurt Airport so perfect for travelers that just want to roll out of bed and can go down to departure terminals to check in.

I often stay at the Sheraton, which has the friendliest staff out of the 3, although the hotel itself has some dated rooms and halls. The lobby area is stellar though.

From the bellboy, concierge, front desk, to the waiting staff... everyone is friendly and attentive! Very impressed by their choice of people here.

Their breakfast has a good selection and sports bar is very comfortable/ fun addition to the hotel.

Only downside is parking is extremely difficult to find. The signage on how to get to it is very confusing.

Overall, I can recommend for their service, price, and convenience. Their rooms can improve with a makeover I hope sometime in the future!

I stayed at this hotel in June 2016, connected directly to the airport's terminal 1 and great for those who have a flight the next morning.
very clean spacious rooms equipped with every comfort including slippers and internet connection in the rooms.
stratospheric breakfast was there for everything

I wouldn't stay here again. They nickle and dime you to death (internet is free, but only if you give an email). Meanwhile we booked a rm w/3 twin beds well in advance and were given a rm w/a king & a twin. The bed side lamps don't work and the toilet is tricky to flush (!). We arrived at 7pm and are leaving at 8am, so i didn't bother to tell them. On the upside, the thermostat in the rm works and we cannot hear the airport at all.

The nearest from the Frankfurt Airport (there's two others), but Sheraton is a much closer walk from the terminal. The rest is much like the rest of the chain. Lufthansa uses it to accommodate their cancel flights passagens.

My family and I stayed at the Frankfurt Airport Sheraton before our flight back to the states, as we often do when visiting family overseas. It just couldn't be any more convenient; its a five minute walk from the rental car return and since it's really comfortable, modern, and in great condition every time, it has become a regular part of our traveling plans.

This last time we booked on a club level and our room was just perfect. The front desk manager greeted us when we checked in, and they had some fruit in the room which was just of such a perfect ripeness that we couldn't stop talking about it. They had two rollaway beds for the kids already positioned and made up when we arrived, and the room was so spacious it didn't put a dent in the useable area. There were even two showers - a glass stall shower and a tub shower.

And of course I will, because this airport is really the gateway to Europe, and this hotel makes travel there easy. Thank you Sheraton Frankfurt Airport, we will be back!

The room was huge as was the bathroom. I love bathrooms which have glass doors (no shower curtains). There is free bottled water for Marriott rewards members (which is free to sign up). The sound proofing was excellent because I didn't hear anything. I do wish that the hotel had some gluten free dining options but the front desk was very helpful when I bought some M&M's at the German Supermarket, and I asked them to help me read the ingredients (which were all in German). I try to sleep on the plane, but I just can't. This was a perfect set-up because I flew in, went to this hotel right at the airport, slept for 8 hours, then woke up and flew home. Would definitely stay again!

Ideal hotel for flights arriving early in the morning, directly connected to the terminal. Very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are a bit dated, but it has everything you need. Especially the huge TV. Rooms are very quiet against the outside, but you can hear everything from the corridor. Had a great room with a view of the flight operations.

Nice hotel, friendly service.

Nice hotel, friendly service.
In some places a bit dated, but not unappetizing. Beds super comfortable! Room to the airfield super exciting and soundproof! Will be back. Perfect location to refuel before a trip.
The only negative - the (high) cost of Wi-Fi are absolutely medieval!

We stayed there for one night because our flight was leaving early the other day. We booked the Sleep and Park package allowing us to leave our car at Airport Parking P2/3 for 15 days. Excellent and very friendly service. It just takes a few minutes from Parking to the hotel. You dont even need to leave the terminal 1 area. We had a wonderful dinner at the Flavors restaurant.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and extremely well-equipped; with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, shower cap and hairdryer all provided in the bathroom and good tea, coffee and TV facilities in the bedroom. Clocks by the desk and on the TV also helped me make sure I made my flight on time, which is essential for an airport hotel! Service was very good and the catering provided for the conference I attended was of a very high standard.

Had to wait a little while for the room to be ready, but a very nice place. There was a little supermarket within walking distract inside the hotel which was so nice. Very clean and the staff was helpful.

We were in the sports bar to the cocktail course. Everybody was able to mix 3 cocktails of his choice and, incidentally, we were told important and interesting facts about the cocktail. The course was about 3.5 hours, after about half there was a very delicious buffet for all participants. The course was interesting and really fun.

Have stayed here so many times. It's a long walk at times to your room. The rooms are a bit dated too. But somehow I like it. Train station close by and supermarket too. Unless you land late or depart early, stay closer to the city.

Right here.

Right here.
Second stay in this house.
Perfectly friendly check-in.
Soft drinks and small snacks are available on arrival.
Two rooms with a connecting door and a great view of the Fraport runway.
Thanks to modern glazing technology, no noise pollution whatsoever.
Air conditioning works quietly and can be adjusted very well.
Bathroom with shower and tub modern and clean.
TV already oversized. Cinema feeling.
Beds promise a good night's sleep.
Price-performance ratio absolutely fair.
To be recommended without reservation.

My favorite hotel when staying over night on short layovers in frankfurt. The club lounge is great and staff are extremely helpful. The proximity to the airport is very convenient. (Conecteded by walk ways) a great choice if you travel through frankfurt often.

The Sheraton at the airport in Frankfurt is really great, especially for short stopovers, the proximity to the airport a real plus. Unfortunately the prices for one night are really high, which I do not find justified.

Practically located Hotel Congress. Great opportunities for conventions. More than 1,000 rooms available. Good operation and adapted well to large numbers of participants. Modern rooms with king beds. Everything great.

The staff was understanding of the travel issues I was having and made every effort to accommodate me quickly from check in to check out. Under different circumstances would love to stay there again.

Nice Hotel with a lot of rooms. Service is fast and friendly, rooms are nice and quiet. Food is delicious. Beds are comfortable. Hotel is probably closser to the check-in than the check-in to your gate.

Staff is unpolite and full of themselves, pretty dirty for 5 star hotel! And to expensive for service you get there!!! Go to Hilton, more parking places, more things to offer, and staff is smiling! FIRST AND LAST TIME IN SHERATON, SAME EXPIRIENCE IN Sheraton Zagreb(CRO), so I think it will stay the same forever! No hope for them!

Great hotel. The front desk is efficient and friendly. It was very quite, we did not hear any noise from the airport or highway. The bed is very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is good and of course the service too.

Would not recommend. Stayed there with my family on a night before our flight. On the bright side: the rooms are very quiet when it comes to the noise from the airplanes. Could not hear a single airplane. I did hear the people in the neighboring rooms, though. They were rather loud.
I would not recommend this place: the room was mediocre, very dark and "OK clean" and the entire place was crowded with German tourists which left their bags everywhere. Staff was friendly, but not as helpful as I actually expected for this hotel. The most annoying point was check-in and check out: each time there were long queues with TUI-tourists traveling in huge groups (or maybe they were put there by Lufthansa as in the previous review), they did not have separate lines for other customers. When I checked out I had two empty AA batteries that I wanted to gt rid off, so I went to the service desk and asked the lady if she could put it in the waste bin for batteries. She did not know what to do with it and dropped in the normal waste bin below her desk. I told her that she cannot do this and she at least should ask someone from housekeeping to correctly take care of the batteries. She smiled, I'm sure she did nothing. In Germany, even in Frankfurt airport, there are battery drop offs everywhere. I would assume a large hotel has its own battery bin. Dropping batteries into the normal household waste is pretty much the most environmentally unfriendly thing you can do. When I left the hotel I passed a battery box. But Sheraton now send my batteries to the landfill - or the oven.
I sort of expected much more from this name. Also, I was a little surprised that I had to repeat my questions in German for the staff to understand.
Oh, and the most weird thing: no free wireless. Maybe I misunderstood, but they wanted me to pay for internet. I actually walked over to the terminal that night to connect to the free airport wireless and download some documents. I definitely did not want to spent 9EUR on something that is standard in basically every other hotel, when there is a decent wireless connection over at the terminal.
Spa was closed when I was there....probably they don't want the large tourist groups to crowd the place.
