Beautiful hotel with very nice rooms and frendly staff.

It's a really nice hotel, right in the heart of the city. Good location, nice interior, decent prices.

The staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. We stayed with our baby and they were very accommodating and helpful. We loved our room, it was clean, inviting and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location for conventions! Staff kept the areas clean and the water flowing. We were attending a board game convention and the venue was super well set up to accommodate the amount of people without it feeling like there were a lot of people. Super convenient to get to by public transit. Very easy to travel underground to other nearby locations.

All was well except the confusing phones in the rooms and their mobile at is not user friendly.

Good Hotel, but ask for renovated rooms, the old ones are really outdated. Got a refurbished room which was really nice.

Amazing hotel! Stayed at the Sheraton Centre, and it really is in the centre of Toronto's entertainment. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you can think of. Staff were all amazing, and valet parking was worth it.

Standard and clean rooms. Centrally located. Great guest services.

Very clean. Nice staff. Would have given them five stars but 3 of the elevators we're down, so 3 elevators serving 43 floors made for quite a long wait when checking out.

Probably my 100th time here. Unfortunately, room keys did not work on 3 separate times throughout my stay. Further, the keys also did not work for restrooms at pool.

Convenient location, food was OK. Room was a weird setup, very wide but short.

The design was very nice and the courtyard with the water fountain was beautiful.

Self service laundry service not available. In the weekend even the hotel one. Intermittent Wi-Fi. The Sheraton is losing ground

Short, but great stay. Marc at the front desk was wonderfully helpful and accommodating. Large, clean quiet room with a great view of Toronto.

They have well trained RMT masseuses. They however lacked in water therapies. Pool left alot to be desired for.

Hotel was very upscale, front desk staff were extremely friendly. The room had modern decor with comfortable bedding. Location was great and was within walking distance to the convention center and restaurants. Really enjoyed staying here and look forward to returning in the future.

A very good hotel with great staff and a great block over Toronto itself on the 9th floor.

Clean rooms extremely helpful and accommodating staff and fantastic food. I asked for special meal requirements and they provided. The concierge was very knowledgeable about the area. Highly recommend for business functions.

Nice rooms and bathrooms, very clean. No in room mini fridge which surprised me. Well organized and effective at handling the large groups for an event

Centrally located in downtown Toronto and within walking distance to the entertainment and fashion district. Hotel is decent in space (room) and amenities. Great conference facilities and awesome crews.

I come to this hotel very often and i've made before a 5 star evaluation, but, and specially because of this "Covid-19 time", I can't get into to a room and feel that it didn't have the proper cleaning.

Incredibly friendly staff, full sized pool, 24 hour gym, and centrally located. Would visit again.

Enormous hotel opposite Toronto City Hall. Zero character. Episodic housekeeping. Food at the BnB restaurant fairly ordinary. But the staff are cheerful and the location convenient for financial district. Just don t eat there or expect them to make the bed.

I loved everything about this hotel. The location was steps away from the Eaton centre, the aesthetic and size of the hotel exterior and interior was beautiful and very welcoming. They had live latin music playing in the lobby. The workers were unbelievably helpful and understanding. Check in and check out was quick. The room I got was a traditional king room....very spacious, sleek design, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I got the CN tower view which was great. Will definitely come back in the near future and recommend to others.

Hotel is right in the center of downtown Toronto. It right accross from the city hall where during the winter they have ice skating there it was fantastic. The hotel is close to shopping restaurants and many attractions

Room was nice. Good beds. There is a pool and many bars and coffee shops inside the complex. No fridge in the room. But there is a coffee maker. Location is great. Right in the city center.

It's in a good location close to downtown by shopping areas and business district as well as the university. The have a good fitness facility as well. The waterfall by the main lobby is a sight I enjoy seeing as well. It's also connected to the PATH. Which makes getting around on rain or snow days easy.

My best hotel choice in Toronto downtown. The room is quite clean and the service is excellent. Like the light perfume smell in the lobby.

The venue was in the basement and was ok. Great for a professional event.

Good hotel all around and very convenient location. Connects to the path, which is really nice as well.

Was in one of the large conference rooms for a work event. Friendly staff, good service, good food.

Great hotel, near lots of great things, lots to do, staff is great.
