The hotel is placed in the middle of the city and very accessible. Staff are kind and friendly. The room is spacious and clean enough and the view from there was beautiful. You could see even the TORONTO sign from your room if you're lucky! I loved the pool as well it's perfect to be chill and you can even forget you're in the city!
