Smaller hotel but great rooms. Breakfast in the club lounge could use some work, but other than that a great hotel. Well stocked waters and snacks.

Reservations sucks. Can't navigate the site. Maybe it's me.
Great space with a modern look. Affordable pricing and comfortable spaces.
Nice hotel, the lobby, elevators and halls are really clean and smelled good. The room was excellent. The view from the room was surprisingly nice.
Went there for a convention, bought stuff it went well,
Great private dining, had my birthday there and the host and servers were great.
Nice conference facilities, very clean though the bathrooms were hard to find.
This place has a pretty nice lobby, and their restaurant is decent. The staff are friendly. The rooms are pretty big. A smart TV would have been nice though. No interest in finding random stuff on channels to watch.
Their showers have dual shower heads, and this would be pretty nice for taking a shower with someone. Some tripple shower heads would be some next level accommodations though. Imagine taking a shower with 3 people and everyone having hot water!
I attended this hotel for a professional seminar. They did an excellent job catering to several groups on the same day. The food for lunch was excellent.
Nice modern decor. Clean rooms. The only negative was no mini fridge in the room but we made due with our cooler and ice.
Went in for drinks at the restaurant/bar. Great atmosphere. Really friendly staff. Definitely recommend.
I spent over $10,000 on Sheraton to reach almost a platinum status last year like one more night to reach tge platimun, but the director of the customer service, Heidi Terry charged me $250 for cleaning the carpet, because of my puppy have missed the spot. My friend was there, and he didn't notice the smell. Anyways, what I got really upset was the fact that Heidi Terry treated me like a number. After 5 attempts to get hold of her for last 8 months, she finally reached me out, but raised her voice, and treated me like a number. "Ignorant" Heidi Terry shouldn't work in the hospitality industry. The general manager is good, though.
Upscale, friendly, and kept up. Clean rooms and great atmosphere.
Rooms were great, the service was on point for the most part, and everything was clean.
It was perfect. I was there for a conference and everything was great.
Excellent hotel for both humans and their furry friends. No pet fee plus amazing staff to handle any requests.
The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are the right size and comfortable. The restaurant did take awhile to serve me dinner (over an hour!) But the food was delicious.
Good hotel, the room didn't have a refrigerator however. The hotel looks rough on the outside, but it's actually very nice inside.
Very clean, quiet, comfy. Great bedding, upgraded shower. Nice large tv. Lots of restaurant choices within a short distance. On-site restaurant had great pasta!
Pleasant atmoshphere and highly professional staff. Great restaurant on site with high quality and beautiful presentation.
The hospitality is great and very accpmodating, the room was nice, there's just one flaw. There was no microwave in the room
Was here for a conference. Everything was very nice.
Nice area away from hussle and bussle of major metro, area but still very convenient and a nice feel to it.
I am attending a funeral with a friend. Got access to the club room and it's great. Have a suite that's excellent.
Very nice ballrooms for conventions. The staff has been professional and friendly.
Friendly staff and great club house. Snacks and drinks are provided
My wife and I spent the weekend here for our 5th anniversary. The hotel was clean, the staff was very professional and courteous and the shower was amazing. The price was great for the quality and the proximity to the Twin Cities. I would and will stay here again when visiting.
Lovely hotel, great lounge, close to the airport, friendly staff and nice rooms
Great location, close to everything.
Very clean & friendly staff. Went with my family of 4. Nice modern touch, gym was nice. Will definitely come back & recommend to others
My wife and I stayed overnight at the hotel after attending an awards banquet there. The staff during the event was very attentive, helpful, and gracious. The food for the banquet dinner left something to be desired. However, breakfast the next morning was spectacular. The room itself was clean and updated but felt a little small.
Do NOT book an event with this hotel. In 10 years of event management this is the FIRST hotel that has charged me for not using their space when canceling weeks ahead of time. This wasn't an instance of no showing, but they claim to be so elite that they barely have any space left during the sales process but yet they need to charge a customer for not using the space when they could easily sell a small room based on their own words. This wasn't a huge ballroom that was booked either. Our company was charged FULL price for a 1000 square foot room that was cancelled weeks in advance. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and we will never do business with them or a Sheraton again.
This is for the Lela restaurant in the Sheraton. Great food and creative drinks. Intimate atmosphere. Friendly staff. The Sheraton lobby is very aesthetically pleasing.
Great beautiful place... front desk lady was amazing
.
Great room, especially for the price. We had a king room with desk and couch, with plenty of room to relax. We had no issues getting a crib for our baby. We were on the sixth (top) floor, and there wasn't much of a view... But that's more a reflection on the landscape than the hotel. Only minor complaint was that there was no fridge in our room, but that wasn't the end of the world.
Was there for a meeting. Very nice staff, requests were implemented in a very short time, bar has a large selection of drinks, restaurant has very delicious food. Would also get me a room here.
Stayed here for CONvergence and it was a very nice hotel. Nice staff and comfy beds
Lovely place clean and staff is kind I will be back to this location
Attended a work meeting. The conference space was very nice and clean, the microphones and sound system worked great, and the meal was very good.
This hotel has an interesting and beautiful lobby. The rooms are large and well maintained. The food in their main restaurant is delicious but definitely a bit on the more expensive side. Our stay was very pleasant overall!
This is the second time that I have been to this hotel. The rooms are nice and roomy. The feeling you get when entering this hotel is grand. By the door the ceiling is lower and it gradually opens up into a huge cavernous space. The one area that this hotel needs some work is on the outside. There some areas where I could see paint pealing and that doesn't match the experience on the inside. We had breakfast at the restaurant that was attached in the morning. The staff wasn't anything to write home about but the food was good.
Clean and modern conference rooms. Prompt and pleasant staff.
I liked the hotel considerably more when it was the Sofitel, but Sheraton really does try to offer a solid experience. For that, I try to be a repeat customer
Rally nice hotel to stay at. Staff was friendly and room was clean and quiet.
The hotel is nice. But the rooms- not so much. They're clean (from what I can see), but lacked a few things. There were no cups, ice bucket, coffee maker, pen, notepad, brochure of any kind, and the bed didn't even have a fitted sheet on. For $109, I expected a little more. There wasn't even a channel guide, and the tv didn't have any streaming like Netflix or anything.
Came to the Sheraton for convergence. It was great experience.
Great hotel. A+ rims with comfy mattresses and a good in hotel restaurant
No on site self service laundry or pool. No microwave as expected for a hotel hotwire says is 3.5 stars. It's a beautiful facility with big windows but my view was of the lobby. The lobby is nice. This hotel was way nicer than some hotels claiming 3 stars in the area and the king sized bed was so comfy, I was sadly disappointed when I returned home to my own bed.
We stayed at the Sheraton Bloomington Hotel for two nights. Overall, we had a good experience. The room was nice, and everything was clean (carpet!). The reason for giving four stars is because on our first night, our room was very warm and we couldn't get it to cool down. The next night, we said something to the staff. Someone came and looked at the system in the room and after that it was much better.
Nice rooms, good conference facilities, and helpful staff
The Sheraton was a lovely space to host such an event, with a mix of open space for public gathering, one bar that felt public and another that was more quiet. Accommodating and kind staff helped a lot.
Doesn't look great from the outside but it's one of the nicer hotels in the Southern Metro. Great location off of 494 &100 and close to the airport
Best hotel for detour. Staff is sweet, professional and prompt. They also offer incentives to keep rooms clean which is clever and nice. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Best hotel beds I've ever had. Not too many floors so getting to room is easy. Love the free wifi. A little sad that they don't have free breakfast or a pool though
Hotel: clean common areas with a variety of tables and seating with plug ins for chargers or USB ports.
Lela restaurant: surpassed our expectations especially since they have a limited menu for Covid. Menu items were packed with fun flavors and delicious use of ingredients. We had Erika for our server and she was so sweet plus provided a fantastic experience.
Drinks/ bar: Ask for the signature drinks. The food and beverage director brings his Taste buds from Florida creating an experience you cannot find anywhere else in Minnesota.
Rooms: good sized bathroom and room along with extra seating. Due to Covid, some of the usual amenities are at the front deck to ensure sanitation which I thought was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable with lots of closet space.
Tesla: we were able to plug in to a 120 volt outlet and they intend to install a destination charger in the future.
Staff: fantastic!!!! 5 stars.
They are very accommodating with conventions and the staff is always polite.
I was at this hotel for a work function. The company I work for catered through the hotel as well. Both the room and food were adequate. The room was a little cold. The food was good, but nothing special. I'm gussing that might have more to do with my employer than the hotel. The lobby and hotel bar looked nice as I was walking through.
It was a really nice hotel.... Restaurant is super expensive for the tiny portion sizes.... And the fire alarm went off at midnight because of "humidity"
To start with the positives the staff there are all very welcoming and helpful.
Okay so now the negative... I chose to upgrade to the club level rooms, the view was horrible it overlooked the lobby and the furnishings were average the Club lounge was not as good as anticipated they were very few choices for beverages and snacks, then went for the breakfast which in my opinion was a joke... They had fresh fruit, cold cereal and cold french toast with no access to syrup for it. They had breakfast you could buy which was way over priced. They also charged my card an extra $100 with out my authorization to make sure if anything happened it would be covered.
I compare my experience to that of staying at the holiday inn or best western. Which both i have found are great choices.
I attended a conference at this hotel and am a nursing mom. I asked if there was a private place where I could pump during breaks of my training. The lady at the front desk told me to pump in the hotel public bathroom. This is totally disgusting and inappropriate. Staff training definitely needs to happen so that this doesn t happen to others as well in the future. When I pushed the issue, a manager ended up giving approval for allowing me to use an open hotel room to pump in. I was just so taken back by this experience and don t want this to happen to others!
Easy access from the interstate, but rooms are still very quiet. Front desk staff is professional and helpful. Club lounge is VERY relaxing with the BEST snacks and drinks -- breakfast is also AWESOME. Room is spacious and linens are top notch. Slept great!
No refrigerator or microwave in the room.
Odd,...but great people, food and bar.
No pool either.
Great service, great hotel, very clean, will definitely be back if in the area.
The staff was very helpful and nice. It is beautiful in the lobby. The rooms are very clean, and the food selection was good. A couple minor issues I had were the hallway ceiling was a little low. I also had an issue with hdmi input on the tv and was unable to play video games. I did like the voucher program where 5 dollars was taken off food and drink purchases. Overall it was a good stay at the hotel.
The service was excellent!! Our room was nicely furnished and had a pleasant view of the interior/indoor courtyard.
