Sheraton Bloomington Hotel, Minneapolis South Review

The only place we stay when we go to Minneapolis! Great service, great food and super awesome employees!!

The bed was large and comfortable and the staff friendly

Really nice place. Big rooms with all the amenities. Very comfortable beds. Decent room price. The restaurant was a little pricey.

Dalyn and staff are incredible. They are extremely professional and accommodating! Very impressed with her as well as the staff. Wouldn t reccomend going anywhere else in the Minneapolis area.

Good location close to mall of America and ikea. The rooms were nice and clean. The building itself seems a bit dated and we were given a handicapped room without asked which had a different shower and no fridge or microwave which was disappointing.

The Holiday Buffets put on by Lela Restaurant are excellent and well-rounded, with multiple proteins and an expansive salad bar.

Only went for a conference but the food was excellent and the conference space was nice & new.

I attended the CONvergence convention this past weekend, and the building was clean, it was comfortable inside, and everything seemed really nice. I'd highly consider spending a night or nights there if I had an occasion to do so.

Spent a night here yesterday and I enjoyed my stay.The beds are soft and beds are comfortable , quiet rooms, good service

Great dining experience at Lela's restaurant, inside the Sheraton hotel in Bloomington. On Valentine's Day, nevertheless!
Everything was perfect, from the food to the service. Our waiter, Adel, could not have been more professional and friendly. His service was impeccable, his wine recommendations spot on. Manager Sam and his crew are really making a huge effort to make this restaurant the best it can be, and it shows. Bravo, and keep up the good work!

The Sheraton Bloomington Hotel was a good location for the reptile show. More than enough space on the ground floor and the temperature remained good, despite the many visitors.

Wow! Talk about excellent service. Our dog even got her own doggy bed, bowls, and doodie bags. The staff was amazing! Very helpful and went out of the way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Will definitely be back.

Soviet style lobby hides very nice rooms and decent club lounge by Sheraton standards. Might choose Double tree across street for similar amenities but also a free airport shuttle which Sheraton lacks

Very helpful. Gorgeous room. Took extra steps to welcome our dog, including her own bed & food and water.

The newly remodeled bar area is beautiful! I can't wait to have some drinks with friends there!

The old Sofitel was better. Sheraton isn t bad but there s a noticeable change.

They hosted the dealer room and many events for CONvergence 2018. I did not stay in the hotel, but the interior is modern, updated, and very clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Got to stay at this very nice Sheraton during the weekend and it was great. Confortable bed, clean room, free parking and pretty close to The Mall of Americas

would have been five but the fire alarm went off at 1am. it was hard to tell when we could go back in, cause the alarm went off again after. Otherwise the staff was great and the room clean.

It is a nice hotel, has been quite a number of brands so some of the common spaces are a bit disjointed. Rooms are nice and clean, I recommend a room on the exterior rather than the interior windows. Lots of rooms if you need to meet with large groups.

Nice service, comfortable amenities. Wi-Fi didn't work while I was there. Good breakfast.

Went to Lela, the bar, for happy hour. Good selection of drinks and beer (although, C'mon, use a pint glass!), and the snacks were well done with pretty good sized portions.

I wasn't a guest there but the hotel was clean the employees I interacted with were very professional and nice.

Loved the new remodel of this hotel and the rooms were very nice. Nice friendly people there to great us! Would have gave them a 5 star but the second room I had payed for 2 days in advance was not ready for 3 hours after our check-in date.

Great hotel. Wish it had a pool but meh. Rooms are great and showers are fantastic.

Very nice and clean hotel. The only thing I would change is adding a fridge and microwave to the room. The bathroom is very large with a wonderful shower.

The hotel and rooms are beautiful, with clean, comfortable beds and couches. The Sheraton is conviently close to the convention I was attending, and has pleasant and attentive staff.

The rooms were spacious and the place was really clean.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Door to the main area would not open however. Had to use the room through the back halls to access an area easily accessible through secured door.

Extraordinarily nice staff, this hotel was a fresh change from the one across the street. It was clean, cool, and comfortable. Our bed was super comfortable and everyone was very accommodating.

Great service beautiful rooms..... overall an amazing stay

I like the modern renovations, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. But there appeared to have been some water damage on my floor because there was a damp smell and fans running in the hall. Also, some of the outlets in my room didn't seem to work, there were no washcloths in my bathroom, and my entry was being finicky, which sent me back to the front desk for a new key after I had just picked up dinner.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Nice, open design with an inviting bar and lounge area. Their restaurant is good too! The rooms are comfortable and well designed. Approx 10-15 minutes away from the Mall of America. Will stay again!

It's a very nice hotel. The room and bed was very nice, as well as the shower.
Location is great- close to metcalf for food and shopping. Quick drive to downtown. Staff are always professional.

Very friendly staff. We were able to get an early check in with no problems room is cozy. Bed is comfortable and clean. Overall a good experience.

Interesting setup at this place. There's a spacious main lobby area, overlooking sort of a banquet hall on the bottom floor...where the gym also was. Exterior of the building could use a bit of a scrub, but overall, the interior and room quality was very impressive.

Accommodative staff, Lela food bar got me dinner on night of checking in even after it was closed for the night. Gym is good. Good views if you are floor 5 or higher.

Great service upon arrival. Also given a free upgrade to a suite.
