The staff was wonderfully friendly and professional, however everything had an upcharge to it. Things like having $4 bottle of water in our room, super expensive breakfast that would have been complimentary at a Marriott, a $5 fee for not crappy WiFi. Overall the visit was nice, but having the upcharge on things that most hotels include annoyed me.

Parking $32 a day, closed the pool for a private event for 3 days. Hallway was loud at 1am . Large groups of people standing outside on the property smoking marijuana that we had to walk through with my daughter and 6week old granddaughter to get back to the front of the hotel. Because we didn't do valet parking we couldn't unload or check in before we parked. I will never stay here again they really only care about the large events they have booked screw us normal people that are looking for somewhere to stay that is safe and comfortable. Also when I was packing to leave I stripped the bed linens to make sure we hadn't lost any jewelry and the mattress had a very large yellow stain on it . Which I brought to the attendees attention she made a face and said she would notate the room.

Valet parking wasn't available. Had us waiting over 30 minutes for check in because they over booked. The room didn't even have a refrigerator or microwave. Had a pull down bed that was uncomfortable. Not happy with this experience at all.

I booked my room online but had a representative on the phone with me that works at this location. He wasnt sure if the room had a jacuzzi yet assured me that the description he was reading about their room said my corner suite had a jacuzzi. so i booked the room. I arrive and sure enough NO JACUZZI this is something my husband wanted for his 30th BIRTHDAY and the rep help mess that up! then i was promise a breakfast for 2 and ended up missing the breakfast on the 12th floor because another employee told me i was suppose to go on the 3rd floor the get it.(most false information) The elevators did not work adequately, took 15 minutes for the elevator to get to my floor. 2 couples decided to take the stairs down from the 6th floor with all their luggage because this supposed 4star hotel accomodates their guests(ya right) and at check out 2 other people were upset about their stay on october 18th 2018. never ever will i stay at this sheraton, probably never stay at any sheratons. worst hotel experience of my life. i dont even like trump and his hotel gave better service then this location did!!!

I tried to book a room here but the hotel and central reservation kept cancelling my reservation due to " there was an error made in our pricing system causing room rates to display below reasonable market value and costs to operate." Even after I booked the first time the rates were actually even cheaper the second time.

The hotels is nice! Great area! There was no fitted sheets on the bed at all! Not enough rags! We put an DND sign on the door and housekeeping came in anyways! Glad nothing was taking from our room! We called for a bellhop and the lady cut me off every time I would speak! Some of the staff is rude! I suggest more customer service experience!

This hotel is somewhat of hidden gem in my opinion. It is not very appealing from the outside, but the inside of the hotel is nice. We had our company Holiday Party here and had a DJ, dinner, photo booth, and open bar by the pool area. The inside area by the pool is set up to look like downtown New Orleans and is really cool. Be sure to look up! The open skylight is gorgeous here. We also have some conferences here at work - and the accommodations were great for our business purposes. It's also close to many downtown amenities and transit (Marta). Parking is pricey, and I would recommend parking in the deck across from the main entrance to save some money.

Stayed at the Sheraton in Atlanta with our two young (1 and 3) children recently. It was really a great stay. We arrived Thursday evening, and we were greeted by friendly staff. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room was poolside, which was great when you are on a schedule or have limited time. I thought it might be too loud for the kids to sleep, but it really wasn't. The room was clean, and although it was smaller, the space was designed very efficiently. It was very comfortable. Another thing I wanted to note was the fact that we arrived a little later in the evening, and our kids were starving and restless after the long drive. I believe the only restaurant (in the hotel) open at the time was more of a fine dining establishment. Again, the staff was friendly, and more than willing to accommodate us. We were seated in a semi-private lounge-like room with a large screen TV. My husband was able to watch the NHL play-off game, my kids got to get some energy out, and the food was great! Very pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Atlanta.

Very nice hotel. I've stayed here twice and really liked it. It's very full featured. They have an indoor pool, 2 restaurants, coffee shop that serves starbucks. The rooms were nice, could use a little more space in the rooms but the beds were very comfortable. My biggest complaint is the parking. They have a garage and you pay $11 a day to park but they run out of spots fairly regularly. Then they tell you to park across the street for an extra $5. It's a little ridiculous. But I will definitely stay here again.

I've gone to the same trade show event in about 5 world cities. This year, it was held here. Every single member of the hotel staff is cheerful, efficient and cooperative, more so than in most hotels of this type. The service is top notch, the facilites are clean and well maintained, the wifi works well.

Room was okay, I paid $30 for parking when I went out to truck early next morning for traffic court to my surprise had been broken into. The steering column was broken, door handle broken and it would not start. I went to get help from front desk. The lady was very uncaring said she would get security manager to come out to where I parked. Told her I had to get to traffic court I was going to be late getting to court she told me to go outside and hail a taxi. I was beside myself she wasn't going to help me line up a ride. So my husband stayed behind to talk to security and I went to try to get ride. The vallet got me a cab. When security came to talk w husband he was like park at own risk. I feel like security at this hotel doen not do job they should be doing. I would like ot advise staying here.

Will not return due to poor customer service. Hotel placed my daughter traveling with school group in the wrong room, then forced her out of the room in the middle of the night. She was left waiting in her pajamas in the lobby for an hour at 1am while they got it sorted rather than letting her stay in that room and sleep. Manager incredibly disrespectful to her and to me rather than resolving the issue the hotel created. If you can't get a good night's sleep, why stay here?

This hotel is a staple of downtown Atlanta for conventions with spacious ballrooms, meeting halls and breakout rooms. The breakfast buffet is loaded with all the best items along with an omelette and waffle station. Valet is available as well as self park.

It was very nice. My room was beautiful and the hotel was very accommodating. I was unhappy that wasn't a mirror in my hotel room close to a table and outlet. Also, I spent much time in the hotel looking for a trash can.

Liars and cheats. How convenient that they forgot my complaints and the directive they gave me. Did not state hotel was under renovation and I had to send pictures to the 3rd party company showing the mess.

Luxurious. Friendly staff, great location in the downtown area close to the Aquarium and other major attractions. Was a huge step up from an extended stay America experience in Atlanta which did not end to well. My wife and I would definitely be staying at Sheraton again for future vacations!

Worst hotel experience I have EVER had. For start...

Worst hotel experience I have EVER had. For starters the lady assisting me at check-in was extremely rude. I was on a business trip, my place of employment had submitted the credit card authorization to the hotel weeks before my arrival. Sheraton sent a confirmation e-mail stating they had received this authorization. At check in they stated they never received it and I was unable to check in until that was completed by my employer. The hotel room I was given had an odor upon entry. The room overall was nice however it felt dirty. The second day of my trip maintenance was in my room and wouldn't allow me in my room. No apologies, nothing except for drywall dust all over the room and my belongings. While at the Sheraton I also ate at Collage, which I don't recommend. The service was extremely slow considering there were only 3 people dining in the entire restaurant. In addition the food was extremely over priced with little taste. The only positive experience I had was from the ladies at the deli. They were always extremely friendly and helpful.

Charnice is the absolute BEST. She saved our vacation when we arrived here from another property, not sure if we were even going to stay in Atl for the rest of our weekend. She went the extra mile, and we are so glad we found this Sheraton! Even with the covid limitations, we had a lovely stay-I'd given Charnice alone 10 stars, and we'll be back to see you!
