Parts of the hotel have been updated but many things are outdated. Sheets looked worn and had some tatters. The a.c unit control was ancient with no temperature control besides hot/vool. Pool area was inside and looked really nice. It has a Jacuzzi and deep end (10ft.) Easy parking with garage onsite, reasonable fee for parkong. Good location with things to walk to.

This is not a 4 star hotel, barely even a two. I had a reservation yesterday, and number one, they could not find it, after 40 mins, I was finally given a room in which none of the lights worked, then they moved me to another room, they could not get open, then they tell me at the very end, we do not have a room. I made this reservation a week ago, suddenly a glitch happens and there is no way for the staff to accommodate you. Was literally just left with nothing, and they charged my account. I am livid, I will never ever consider this hotel.

This is a wonderful and magnificent hotel to stay in with high-quality rooms and high-quality service. Just make sure you pay complete attention to where you are going cuz it is a big confusing place to get lost in especially with it still in construction mode.

The rooms were clean and nice even though I requested early check in and they couldn't honor the time. The one thing I dislike the most was the surprise 100 deposit at the door. Even though my room was paid in full I was required to place a 100 deposit upon arrival. Oh and the parking really sucks another 30 bucks just to be able to park on site. yeah they left a bad taste in my mouth.

Me and my husband booked in advance at Sheraton Atlanta Hotel . We requested a king deluxe room on the tenth floor . The night we checked in , we were on the 4th floor and had received a room with two twin beds . We called the front desk to adjust our request and we realized an employee gave away our room . A female employee had said We can t fix that for you , and your only going to be here for two nights . Me and my husband decided we wanted to cancel our stay the night we arrived at Sheraton Atlanta Hotel . A female employee at the front desk was suppose to arrange a refund for us and the entire time she lied and gave us a copy of the room payment with a balance of 0.00 and still charged us for the room we didn t stay in . Very unprofessional and disappointing .

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. I really enjoyed swimming in the pool. It has a really gorgeous ambience. We had the breakfast buffet and it was really disgusting which was really disappointing. The potatoes were flavorless undercooked hard. The pancakes were hard around the edges and old. Grits blahhhffff.... so we just got up and had breakfast somewhere else.

Worse Sheraton I've ever stayed at. Charged a parking fee for every night even on the room that didn't have a car in the parking garage. Cockroaches. Did not uphold tax exempt for military even though I called and asked the manager before I booked the room. Never stay there again. Heavy smell of weed in the parking garage at all times. People not staying in the hotel use the pool like they are. People that you should not talk talk to just wonder around regularly and harass you to give them money... nope. And you have to follow this "yellow brick road" to get inside. Which don't follow the sign on the wall because they are remodeling and put up pieces a paper in the worst spots. They need to cover their regular signs and put up under construction and the list where stuff is.

Overall, our experience at this hotel was very pleasant. The location is great! The beds were very comfy and the room was very clean. The staff was very efficient and helpful. I appreciated the amount of pillows that were on the bed. We will be back!

Not impressed with this hotel. Overpriced and a terrible layout. The rooms seem nice, but almost everything that is complimentary at most other hotels costs money at the Sheraton. Parking is $22. The parking deck is difficult to get into and inconvenient. Lots of walking and driving around in circles. Also, no free breakfast. The complimentary coffee was Starbucks, but you pay for that with the rates for your stay/parking. It's a nice room, but not what we expected price-wise. Parking costs way too much. Feel like they should just put the price of parking in the room rate so that people will quickly realize what it truly costs to stay here.

The rooms were clean, but dated and cheaply furnished. A lot of the veneer was peeling on furniture. The ceilings were low, and the walls we're exceedingly thin - we could hear every word spoken by our neighbors and anyone in the hall. Upon arriving at the hotel over an hour after our check-in time, we were informed our rooms still weren't ready, and the staff had no idea when they would be ready. It took them another 3 hours to get them cleaned for us. Oh, and they told us parking was free, but it was actually $30/day for self-parking. Ridiculous.

Noisy. Unbelievably poor customer service. Gold member. Put me on the 3rd floor right next to the street. Either be part of the Marriott program and act like your care or don't participate in the Marriott program. The rooms are so small they have a queen bed.

There was so much wrong. Please read before booking. The room wasn't ready when we checked in. (Even though we checked in 3 hours after the time they gave us.) They tried to put us in a room that hadn't even been cleaned. The valet brought us the wrong car twice after waiting for 20 mins!! They offer a special gift basket package. We never received the basket. Obviously we didn't tip anyone, and will never book Sheraton again. The Motel 8 is more organized than this place.

The location itself is 4 star. The rooms are standard Sheraton quality with ample tech outlets. The pool is the jewel of the property, mood lighting and lush fountains and greenery with a decent sized pool and jacuzzi. The bar and restaurant are also lovely, very attentive and knowledgeable bartender. Also special thanks to the Manager Williams, he was very hospitable at the bar and I noticed very present and active on the property. Bathrooms are reminiscent of an airplane with the way the sink is set to the side.

Very nice hotel. Unfortunately parking is not included and is an extra $27 a night. Beautiful indoor pool surronded by tropical plants & trees with a retractable roof. In the heart of downtown.

Room was clean. Helpful and courteous staff. There was an issue with an unruly guest that was quickly resolved. They could offer free Wi-Fi for all guests but they didn't. Pool area was beautiful and can be used year round. I will return.

The entrance was somewhat chaotic, the people at the reception wanted to put a roommate in the same room and me when we have reserved two rooms after something more than a long hour, everything was solved.

Very disappointed. The only nice thing I can say is the room was clean. Wifi is unsecured. The hot tub was full of little kids still in diapers, unsanitary, as was the pool. Would I return and stay at this hotel, no. Over crowed, over priced, and not impressed.

Do not stay in this hotel if you are over the height of 6'8"!! It is not accommodating to tall individuals such as myself! You cannot stand in the restrooms and using the gym is out of the question! Your head will hit the ceiling in both the shower and while using the workout equipment! Space is also limited in rooms I would recommend trying to get a handicap accessible room, this doesn't improve headroom but at least affords you more floor space! The reason it gets more than 1 star is because of the friendly staff, they do a wonderful job of making you feel welcome entering and exiting the hotel and try to accommodate your needs (unless you are really tall)

I stayed in this hotel in January. It was my first and my last stay at this location. The hotel older and in need of some updates but that is nothing compared to the behavior and treatment after reporting an item left in my room.
I left my tablet in the room the morning I checked out. Once I realized I left it I immediately called the front desk and was then told I would need to talk with security but not now. I would need to call back in 30 minutes to an hour. By the time security called me back and could go to the room the room was stripped and the tablet gone. During that same time data on the tablet was being used. I was treated like I was the criminal by the hotel and its representatives. My integrity was questioned even after providing a narrative with screen shots of where Samsung wiped the tablet, a phone call log, data usage log and a screen shot from when I tracked the tablet to the hotel. I was asked why I didn t call security instead of the front desk to report the item. This is just one of the nonsensical and ignorant questions asked. I will never stay here again and I m thinking about avoiding the chain as a whole. I ve traveled for work and none of us have ever let something an not had it returned.

The facility is okay. I attended a conference with a good amount of people present. The banquet was not good. Not sure if it was a lack of staff or poor management but there was no rhyme or reason to the service. Food was cold by the time we got it. Not sure it was worth the price even if this is in Atlanta.

The Sheraton hotel is a great venue for registration with dragon con. I would recommend that they have a space with dim lighting, water, cool air, and manditory quiet, for the con people who have anxiety, and just need a safe place to rejuvenate from all the stimuli.

This hotel is way overpriced. The parking is horrible. They have a garage but they charge you $34 a night to park there. The money you'll spend there is not worth it. Also, the hotel isn't in a great area of downtown. You have to constantly worry about someone breaking into your car even though it's in the garage. Save your time and money, it's not worth it.

This was my first experience staying at the Sheraton, and I have no bad experiences to tell. The staff was wonderful, the room was clean, and the indoor pool feels like being transported to a tropical paradise. I will definitely be staying here again.

The Sheraton is located a brief walk away from many downtown businesses and attractions. The staff is very friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help you. Overall a great experience, a recommended place to stay in downtown Atlanta.

It was ok could've been a better stay. Room didn't have a microwave for the staying in the Sheraton I would've thought better. Have stayed in cheaper hotel and had better. Didn't have continental breakfast cheaper hotels have that.

Upon arriving in downtown Atl we couldn't find the entrance to the hotel because the normal one was blocked off so we called the front desk and with an attitude they said "it should say it" we circled a few times to find "it" to be an unmarked entrance. Valet directed is to an inconvenient spot to unload in the rain to keep his ramp open for other more important guests. We got to our room and found a queen size bed after we asked for a king because we sleep share with our 2yo. They gave us $10 off of the ridiculously inconvenient and expensive self parking maze. Oh and the bell hop farted really bad in the lobby and acted like nothing was wrong.
