Rooms very comfortable, well furnished and clean. Staff super friendly. Very conveniently situated so one does not travel outside getting from train to Sheraton to airport. I highly recommend this Sheraton location.
Beautiful hotel. At Schipol airport. Perfectly soundproof. I recommend the club floor with access to the lounge!
They let us check in at 9.30 am, and gave us a nice room too. Getting of a 10 hr flight with a 6 yr old, that was manna from heaven. I am an SPG member, but don't have status either!

I used to like this hotel but the last time for the check in they asked for a credit card for guarantee, I gave them one card I use only for emergencies.The next day I started to receive alerts from my bank for purchases I didn t do. This was on June the 10th.

Clean, neutral looking, comfy room with wardrobes, lots of charging points, television, alarm clock, air conditioning, decent soundproofing, en suite with seperate bath and shower. Got a good night's sleep before my flight.

Room service breakfast is available at a price. Don't expect the reception staff to know anything about how it works. They will lie to you to avoid admitting they do not know. The information is available in your room on a card.
I did not not use the restaurant but the bar and restaurant area are spacious, sleek and airy. You imagine yourself almost in a luxury spaceship. Prices are high as you would expect.
The biggest problem is that though the hotel is very close to the airport itself, it is surprisingly difficult to find your way there from the airport car park, which is also hard to find your way into from the motorway. Nothing is very signposted so it pays to have visited before.

Atrium good place for consultation. Lots of light and enough space. Bar service good. It is a pity that we were unable to make ourselves understood in some of the foreign staff in Dutch.

We stayed here last minute because of a flight cancellation. We had a long day and were with a very tired 14 month old. The staff was amazing - I wish I could remember who checked us in at reception but he was very nice and accommodating (Dec 16 in the late afternoon). The room was lovely and the breakfast buffet the next morning was probably one of the best breakfasts we've had especially at an airport hotel. The selection was the perfect size and everything was great quality. The staff was also nice and appropriately playful with our son. Everyone we encountered was very professional. Thank you for a great stay!

Very great location!! Express Check out. Close to the parking lot. 5 min walk to airport plaza which have supermarket(AH)and lots of food to eat. If you want shopping, the airport plaza also have many stores to buy clothes, cosmetic, souvenirs. Great hotel for every passenger.
Always love to stay here. Deket if you want to check in or tax refund to schiphol. If you are lazy to go to the central city, there is a lot of food in Schiphol, the rooms are clean, quiet and the service is really good

Very clean design, very clean rooms and halls, very gracious and6hospitable staff
Only stay here if you absolutely have to. Dusty tables, dirty remote control, smelly carpet, and very out dated rooms. Not to mention lack of bathroom amenities (cotton buds, bath tub gel). Add to that, empty refreshment fridge that looks like it hasn t been used for quite some time.
I will try wilton next time if it s any better. Too bad they are the only two ones that are close to the airport.

Traveling to Iceland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland for 2 months, this is a great effort to give them a bad review, especially to give their managers the lowest rating. I booked a room for 2 people, but brought the children aged 8 and 5 to come. They said that they could not stay for 4 people. I let the children inside to live. I lived outside Hilton, and the Hilon gold member also served breakfast. But Sharton, I am also a gold member, even knocked at 10 o'clock in the evening to see if I booked more than 2 people. Although I am in Hilton, the insiders said that they came to the house and knocked on the door very loudly and quickly, just like living in The same as the prison. The result was booked for the second day of the second day to check out. It is not allowed to say that it is not authorized to live only one night. What makes sense? This hotel has no tolerance, absolutely not recommended, and its business strategy is narrow-minded.
The Sheraton Amsterdam Airport is ideal if you need an early morning plane, nice quiet rooms

This hotel is within walking distance of the airport - it is even connected via skyway. The train to Amsterdam Central Station is also only a 15 minute process. Overall, the hotel is of very good quality - good staff, and spacious / clean rooms. At this point in time there is still a bit of renovation occurring, so that slightly detracts from the quality a bit for now.
This hotel was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very nice as well and we could order some things a la carte. However we are platinum status so for those without status you may need to pay. Location is great with access to restaurants, shops and public transportation. Overall very nice!

The staff is friendly and the location is very convenient. However, the Club Level area for evening snacks and morning breakfast was not well tended, so the presentation was sloppy and dishes were not cleared often on tables, making the eating area feel dirty. The airport tax is paid separately from the price you pay for your room, so that feels misleading on price.

Have stayed many times at the Sheraton Amsterdam International Airport (Schiphol) the night before early flights. The location straight in the terminal cannot be beaten - not even by the competitor by Hilton which is five minutes further walking. Overall a satisfactory experience - the main remark would be that the room is sometimes too warm upon arrival; but this appears to have improved in the last few years. No coffee machines in the room but quite good free coffee can be obtained in the hallways of some floors.
Nice airport hotel with a view of the airport. I paid for the airport view room since I want to make sure I see the airport lol. I basically got the same view as the view from the lounge on the 8th floor. Totally worth every penny. The pictures are views from my room. Overall it s slightly better than the typical Sheraton you see in the US, which feels like hotels from the 90 s and never been updated. This Sheraton has modern looking furniture, nice lounge (way better than the ones in the US), but you can still tell this is just a Sheraton. The best part about this hotel is it s inside the airport. So it s like a few minutes walk to the security. Very convenient.

Reception staff is fantastic and always very friendly. If you're elite with Starwood, expect great treatment and flexibility. The lounge serves a great breakfast every morning. Gold and higher elite status receive free WiFi service. Very convenient location when making a connection or for a short stay. Amsterdam is only a 17 minute train ride away.
It was right in front of the airport, and even if it rained, I could go without getting wet in the access passage.
I arrived at the airport on an early arrival flight, but I was able to go to the city area in the afternoon after checking in early at 50 and taking a rest in the room.
The hotel staff was also helpful.
There was a large bathtub in the room.
There is a free coffee machine and multiple tea packs next to the elevator.

Booked a room because we needed to spend an extra night in Amsterdam before we could fly home. The hotel staff at check-in and restaurants were excellent. Gabriel at check-in was friendly helpful and able to answer all our questions. The hotel is convenient to airport. Would highly recommend the hotel for several reasons but mainly the friend staff
