Fantastic hotel. Comfortable accommodations and friendly staff.

Fantastic hotel just 2 min from the central square of the airport. Rooms are really soundproof. Restaurant could have more choices on the menu, a smaller dishes section could improve a lot.

Excellent without making too much movement, at the foot of the airport for the next flight if you only come in transit

Conveniently across the street from Amsterdam international airport. Great establishment. I spend a considerable amount of time in and out of hotels, and this particular one had a very low quality breakfast for the class of hotel. Not to mention some it's were soggy and some dry as if they were from yesterday.

Great location. Service is functional and at surface level. Gave me a twin bed instead of king size bed that I booked. Too tired to go and get it changed.

Very low water pressure. Tied and dated room. Not worth the money.

Good location for a training, but the parking is ridiculously expensive.

Super great service and very clean and bit luxury totally all over the property. Super ideal to spend time whiles waiting on your flight... The Spa is where you refresh or just work with your body as much as you like or just enjoy their service.

Very neat room and good reception at the reception. Because we had to wait a little longer, we were offered a free drink in the bar, which is definitely worth a visit. Good wine and a cozy atmosphere. Especially handy that you get on the plane carefree without stress with parking the car and taking transfer vans.

I was at this hotel on the night of Feb 16 during my trip to USA. I enjoyed the room size and cleanness. Excellent front desk service and restaurant. The hotel is just few minutes away from shops, restaurants and a supermarket in the terminal.

Highly recommended! Delicious eaten and received top service from Bas and Nino. Next day I missed my way too early flight, went back to Sheraton where I had already checked out but could just get back in the room and even arranged late check out for us due to later flight. Top!!

I loved the location. Easy to get to and clean. Access to the trains can get me anywhere I need to go. Will stay again.

Very close & convenient. But they don't keep dental or shaving kit so you have to open your bags

Great location on Schiphol next to the long hall to Arrivals, trains, taxis and buses. Comfortable beds, clean rooms but a bit dated in style and maintenance. Has it's own (pricey) parking. Ask for voucher. Staff is friendly and hospitable. Free fitness. Great meet&greet lounge with good privacy. On ground floor ample meeting rooms and/or breaks out opportunities. Pricey hotel, but common for this chain.

Lunch and dinner almost identical. Buffet varied. Very expensive.

Good location for a presentation. Except parking is ridiculously expensive.

Had a such a pleasant stay here! As I checked in at 2 am in the morning when the bar was closed, I had to use the welcome voucher after I checked out but it was not a problem at all and the lady working at the bar was so friendly and lovely.

All the staff I have met here when I checked in, cheaked out, at the bar, and left the luggage were all friendly which made my first day of Amsterdam amazing. Def recommend this hotel if you are looking for the place near the airport!

The Sheraton Hotel is located next to the terminal complex. You access the hotel via a ramp from the first floor.

The rooms are nice and this is a great place to stay if you are recovering from a long flight.

We had breakfast at the Runway Cafe, which is next to the Hotel. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced.

We had previously stayed at the Citizen M Hotel, which is slightly farther from the airport. The Sheraton is closer, in the same price range and much nicer. The room at Citizen M reminded us of a prison cell in a Nordic country.

If you are thinking about the Sheraton vs. Citizen M, I recommend the Sheraton. We will never go back to Citizen M, but we plan to stay at the Sheraton in the future.

The new club lounge is great, just don't get the room next door to it as I had because it's really noisy. Otherwise hotel is breathtakingly functional. Location is of course ideal for the airport (and not much more) but accessible from the terminal. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room service food selection is poor and quality isn't great either.

Decent rooms , surprisingly good restaurant on the atrium floor. Very convenient to hop on trains for day trips (stayed there for business in Antwerp).

Very nice hotel. Good accommodations and the convenience of being attached to the airport is hard to beat. Room was a bit stuffy with weak AC and no window able to open but otherwise comfortable.

Great selection of wines at the Sheraton Bar and good ambiance, for an elegant afterwork or business dinner.

Great hotel, great service, beautiful rooms. But I still don't get why the Sheraton hotels don't offer its guests unlimited wifi access. Even cheaper hotels provide such an essential service

Great service and clean rooms, great hotel if you are taking a flight the next day.
Since my flight was at 10pm I was able to pay by the hour after checkout time !

Great choice if you want a hotel directly at the airport. 4stars because the dinner dish was not great. Breakfast buffet however is very rich.

Had to overnight im Amsterdam with an early morning departure. Hotel is at the airport. A bit tough to find but locals at the airport very friendly and helpful.
The room is very comfortable. Staff efficient. Had room service. They sent my order with a female employee. Im impressed and the food was good. Great choice if you need to stay at the airport

Fair enough if you stay just one night between flights

The staff are absolutely amazing.Would stay here again for sure.Beautiful.....rooms....can't say anything negative.Being from Canada the Dutch are very curtious, and go out of there way to make everything perfect.5 stars and more.

Easily accessible. Equipment is fine. Room very functional. Seminar area very good.
For all those on long transport routes waive very well.
Top connection by train to the center.

The conference room was perfectly suitable and equipped for our meeting as so was the coffee break and lunch supply. A pleasant meeting space.

Would give it 4.5 if I could. The only two complaints keeping this from 5 stars: price and breakfast buffet. The Airport Hilton has a better buffet on a much larger seating ares and is less expensive (although still expensive).

Having said that, you cannot get any closer to the Scbiphol Airport/Train Station than the Sheraton. It is a significantly shorter walk (definitely a factor if you have large luggage).

The staff are very helpful and polite. The rooms are average size, but all you need--very few people spend more than one consecutive night at an airport hotel, so the size and decent bathroom are all you need.

Awesome, modern hotel right at the airport. Convenient for access to all public transportation and then for catching your flight back home.

It is beautiful and clean. Staff not smiling sincerely, and very expensive. 5 euros for a cup of coffee ...

Simply an experience from head to toe, top to bottom. Everything is perfect, atmosphere and anesthetics are really soothing and there are restaurant, bar, spa, fitness, club and all that you need for the perfect hotel stay. Flight got canceled at night so we had to book a night at Sheraton and it was just what was needed. Beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, there is a tub in the room and staff and personnel were very friendly and service minded. Definitely a place to stay if needing a night next to the airport.

5 stars for the convenience of establishing Schiphol as a point of entry and departure base as we tour Europe. This hotel has the best location: no need for Uber or taxi and storage of luggage fees. 3 stars in comparison to the luxury scale found in other Sheraton s around Asia. 5 stars for practicality of design and convenience. 3 stars for mediocre room size and design

Very nice for an airport hotel! Very easy access, clean, spacious rooms, good breakfast!

Convenient location for a layover, and just 15 mins direct train to Amsterdam Centraal Station
