Being that I myself am in sales, I have extremely high expectations when doing business as to how I am dealt with, spoken to, treated etc. I was immediately (and warmly) welcomed to the dealership by a young salesman named Jeff; and as I continued to work with him over the course of several weeks - I was met with nothing but respect, a positive attitude, honest and transparent information, and above all, patience. Had I not worked with Jeff, I most likely would NOT have ended up with the beautiful TLX that I took home today, simply due to the fact that I had my heart set on another car before meeting him. His execution from beginning to end was impeccable, and I would highly recommend working with him. Thank you Jeff, I love love love my new car!
