I went into the dealership to help my daughter find a different car and since signing the paperwork I have been told now i have to send proof that my house is paid off because I am the buyer not the co signer because the finance company wants more proof stay away from the dealership anybody who can read a credit report can see if you have a home mortgage this is the absolute worst i have ever been treated i am about ready to tell them to stick the car up somewhere

I purchased a 2015 Kia Optima Sx Turbo on February 13th 2018. What seem to be excellent service turned out to be horrible! I contacted my salesman two later and several voice message before receiving a call back, one week later. Scott Skalisky excuse was he had been working late nights and early mornings. Okay, I can understand the life of a car salesman, my thoughts. The reason for my call was I noticed that my car had paint chipping on the trunk and scratches on the front bumper. Now, I brought this to his attention and Scott assured that it wouldn't be an issue and I could bring it in a his guy who does paint jobs would take care of it. Excited to hear that my dings on my car would be taken care of, I sent my car to Shawnee Mission Kia on 3-1-18 for repair only to be told that the only way they could do this was by giving me an estimate at dealers cost. Now, my problem with this is why should I have to pay you anything, when I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue! I purchased this car at night and of course it's hard to see and pings and dings! But as soon as I noticed, I contacted these people only to be insinuated that they're not so sure that the scratches were there and I probably did it myself. So, therefore they won't repair unless I pay! Well, guess what Shawnee Mission Kia, when I purchase my vehicle you were paid. So, why would I she'll out any money to you you!!!! I believe they knew the scratches were there and hoping that I wouldn't notice until it was too late!! But this turned of to be a learning experience for, never buy a black car in the dark or do business with Shawnee Mission Kia ever again and I will not be referring anyone to them ever!!! His manager Chad, was no help at all. In fact, he took Scott's side!
Vegas was great! I had heard about him through a friend and have referred several people to him. Now that I finally needed a car, I had no doubt who to go to. Vegas made my car buying experience fun! Thanks to Frankie and Justin for getting my payments where I wanted them to be. :-)

I have a KIA Sedona EX-L is under warranty this minivan had good review and I bought it because the safety rating. But I will not recommend KIA at all the service is terrible. My new van stall in the highway had to get it tow to KIA Shawnee Mission,KS I had to call and ask if after 3 days if it was going to be ready they said yes I go to pick up my Van and I ask the service person what was wrong and his answer the worst ever I don't build the cars I just fix them(Is this person stupid or what) this is not the first time I take my wife's van to this dealer and always the service is terrible if you have a KIA don't ever go to this dealer the worst ever. My other car is a Honda Accord ex-l every time I go to Honda I have great service and the place is clean and nice not like KIA.

I had scheduled service on my KIA and let them know that I need a ride to work - about 10 to 15 minutes away. I had to wait 1-1/2 hours to get on the shuttle and I was late for work. I had to call to see if my car was ready, they didn't call me. They said that the shuttle was leaving now to pick me up. After waiting for 30 minutes, I called them again and they said a shuttle would leave now. All in all, I lost 2-1/2 hours at work. No apology was offered.

Had an appointment to get my freon refilled and when I went to get an update 3 hours after waiting nobody could give me an update. What s the point of an appointment or coming to the dealership if I can go elsewhere with prompt service.

I made an appointment to drive, and most likely buy, a Telluride that was listed on their website. We drove an hour to the dealership only to find out they had sold it. I eventually found out they sold the car several days before I had even made the appointment. Bait and switch going on here. I will just order my car from a different dealership.
My service advisor was Begi Velasquez. She greeted me as I arrived and exited my car. She confirmed the services scheduled and compared them to my previous visit, which indicated some services had previously been done or may not be needed at this time. Because of her due diligence, I saved money and lessened the wait time. Upon my arrival, I asked for a copy of my previous service records and they were ready when I checked out. She had estimated 1.5hrs for the services and I was gone in less than the estimate. As we walked to my car, we inspected a spot I pointed out that was rubber on the paint. She was able to remove the rubber from the paint without affecting the paint. She removed the service tag from the mirror and the plastic on the steering wheel; thanked me for coming in and wished me a good day. She is a keeper and will be requested for my future service needs.
