Lots of cheese for sale but the place has no personality. You might as well go to any supermarket

A must stop, great cheese! And you can taste them ALL before purchasing. The staff was very friendly as well.

Amazing cheese, couldn't get the full experience due to covid but still worth the trip for all their delicious products.

They are unique and tasty! A little on the expensive side, but well worth the treat!

Great place to stop if you're in the county. Cheese made in house and a great selection of imported products. Staff are super knowledgeable and you are able to sample all the products before choosing.

Amazing cheese! Love goat cheese, and here they have quite the variety. The two working behind the counter were very knowledgable! Definitely try to stop by - it's out of the way, but worth it! Modern style landscaping to have a nice picnic as well (which you can buy from them, and they supply the blanket!)

Disapointing experience. Good quality cheese, including buffalo types. Able to taste them, but 1$ per taste tip requested. Limited space and staff not helpful. Expendable.

Lots of samples so you can be sure to like what you are buying. A lot of international choice in the products. Well priced and lots of product to choose from. Hot Pepperettes are very flavourful and locally made.

The hype for this place was big. We waited in line outside for half an hour. In line you could buy cheese samples but they were mixed together so you didn't know what you were trying. No one was explaining what you were tasting. Once you got inside you felt rushed due to the huge line outside. I want to come back during a non Covid time and see what all the hype was about.

Absolutely fantastic cheese making place, if you go to Prince Edward County you must go here. Lots of cheeses, all very good, and in a relaxing atmosphere.

This is one of my must visit stops when I am in the county. The wide variety of cheeses are always incredible. The staff are very helpful. There is always a sample bar.
Make sure that you have a cooler with you to bring home your favorites.

I love their cheese, which we can occasionally find in Ottawa. It was well worth it to go directly to the dairy but I didn't expect such a remarkable building. We will have to come back after the pandemic to get a full tour of the innovative facility. Highly recommended

Awesome cheeses. The truffle cheeses and the Chevre are to die for. Great selection of samples so you can try quite a bit before deciding. It's difficult to spend less than $50 dollars here so beware!

Stumbled upon this as we did a tour of Prince Edward County. Bought a number of cheeses but were particularly impressed with the commitment to the environment and sustainability.

Very small retail space. No information boards. Pricey...

This was my first cheese tasting and I think it's a great experience for cheese lovers. I ended up getting the Rock (buffalo cheese) and the Cowda. Delicious!

Beautiful architecture housing a wonderful selection of cheese

I found this to be the best quality cheese in PEC. Great ice cream too. It looked as though they're in the process of setting up a kitchen/dinning area on the patio. I hope it's ready when we return.

A (literal) world of flavours (they had just flown in specials from Italy) with samples that'll blow your mind.

Who doesn't like cheese.., guess lactose intolerant but that shouldn't stop you. Locally made and imported balsamic vinegars, syrup and did I mention cheese.

Found this business by accident reading about Countylicious coming up in Prince Edward County. Decided to order the Cheese Care Package for a friend's birthday. Ordering was a breeze and Patricia was amazing to deal with. I picked up my order in Etobicoke and my box was beautiful and she even threw in some chocolates as a treat. My friend was blown away by he gift and the variety of cheeses were wonderfully delicious. Support your local businesses during these times you never know what treasures you may find.

Stopped here as part of a bike ride. Been before by car. Some of the tastiest cheeses around. Love the truffle ones. Worth seeking out if you like cheese and appreciate the work that's gone into this place... Unlike others I think they are reasonably priced for the quality. Enjoyed a takeaway selection on the picnic table outside. Looks like they're building a great new patio too. Look forward to trying that again soon.

Beautiful location and amazing patio, but it was hard to make a purchase when we couldn't get any information about the products or factory from the staff. Was hoping to bring home more stuff, but only got the cheese platter. Hope to come back for the tour though!

Worth a visit. After visiting Fifth Town Cheese and filling a cheese order from a friend I have gained a new interest in cheese. The place is a bit distant and out of the way but certainly worth a visit. I will definitely go back after the covid crisis. In the meantime I am planning on visiting Nancy's Cheese in Toronto to get more of their product. Very rewarding.

The bootlegger is a personal favourite. That said, it is hard to go wrong. Most of their products are delicious. I try to make a trip here every time I come to the county.

Great place, I go as often as I can. Very unique and special. All the chesses are good choices but the Peta Luna is one of my favourites. A great addition to any wine tour activity.

This place is fantastic! A must visit if you love cheese. They have a large variety of artisan cheese - from goat to buffalo, aged and not aged, and lots of truffle options. You can also try samples of cheeses prior to purchasing for a small donation.

No chance to do any viewing of the cheese making process, probably because we arrived so late - but the cheese was delish, especially the cream!

It was such a fun experience trying all the cheeses. The guys working there made it even better making every song a cheese song with many cheese puns. Great time!

There were a lot of different cheeses in a very small shop and they were all pretty strong in taste which I personally like less.

Recommend you drop by this place. The product is outstanding - one of a kind local. You may have to wait but it's a beautiful spot to wait.

I highly recommend this business. They have many samples for you to try and I enjoyed all of them. We ended up purchasing four types of cheese and two types if meat. We will definitely be back.

Sales room is pretty tight and small. I'd expect something more open to accommodate more people touring the County. That said the cheese is pretty fantastic. Tried a number of samples and bought a really lovely goat cheddar.

We enjoyed our visit. We tasted several fine cheeses and decided to buy four different cheeses made at Fifth Town. The grounds are beautiful, as is the shop. Very friendly service, despite the difficult times we're all experiencing. Will definitely come back next time we're in Prince Edward County.

The cheese is great.. especially the Truffalo. Loved the samples. No explanations but people were friendly. Cute outdoor setup but void of any activity.

On September 8, 2020, we stopped to visit your cheese factory, it's a nice place. We bought several cheeses The Buffalina, Nettles Gone Wild, the Rose Haus, The rock, pumpkin cheese and maple syrup.
Currently, we tasted the Rose Haus and it disappointed us it tasted a bit of the cellar but by reading the notes on your site I deduce that it must have been still a little young however the pumpkin cheese was tasty. We personally (5 people) would have accepted it to be a little more spicy, but this is a matter of taste.

One note, the outside snack dish was empty. What saddened us is that an employee came by, she looked and she continued on her way without speaking to us to let us know if she was going to look for others. There were even about fifteen people waiting in the cold on Tuesday. We will come back another time to see if the service will be better. It deserves 3.5 for now.

Lots of local an imported options. Must go if a fan of Goat cheese.

I travel to The County from the States to recharge. Fifth Town cheeses pair beautifully with ciders from County Cider just up the road. Stock up and treat yourself to affordable excellence.

I m serious, good food and drink with friends are cheaper and better than a shrink.

Neat cheese boutique out in wine country. Lot of samples, but sometimes difficult to get to if there are more than 3 people in the shop. Cheese is very unique and tasty.

Free samples of delicious cheeses and a great range of well priced products for sale, a winning formula.

After trying a few of the samples we ended up buying a tasting board with 4 different cheeses, some cured meat, pesto, a honey chilli and crackers. Everything on the board was awesome and we decided to purchase a few different varieties of cheese before leaving.

It's a bit of a drive but worth it. The selection is incredible and all of it tasty.

A wonderful little place in Prince Edward County. Excellent goat, buffalo(water) and cows milk cheeses almost all made onsite. Excellent tasting bar, friendly and knowledgeable staff, COVID safety well handled. They also sell very nice salami and other locally prepared sauces and dips.

Neat place to add on to your wine tour, maybe just start there.

Had a lovely time. Lots of cheeses to sample for only 1$ - just tooth pick sizes but they let us try them all. Took 4 different kinds home.

Because the back deck was relaxing and casual and the charcuterie board was delicious as were the Italian sodas
