This is a great place for families with smaller children. The staff there are super friendly and always willing to help. The resort has a nice pool which is great for younger children as it's not too deep. There's also the lake which offers free canoe rentals as well as kayaks. we were there over the Canada Day long weekend, they had a decent fireworks show and they also had a free breakfast and also free hot dogs for lunch. I didn't expect it and it was quite a pleasant surprise. This place definitely earns a 5-star review.

Very nice and chilled resort... it has a lot of amenities including an outdoor pool, a basketball playground, tennis playgroup and a kids area. You can buy wood for fire at the reception and swim in the lake. However, the specific lake area prepared for swimming is very small and not very nice. Yet, other spots are really nice to swim and enjoy the fresh water... it has very nice scenery as well and the staff are really nice and helpful.

I am so annoyed. I have been trying to get a hold of them for over a month! I have left messages and spoke to head office twice and still no communication. Guess they don t need any more business. How unprofessional. Bad, bad customer service

Very nice place to go in the summer, fall, or spring! Activities include beach, fishing, pool, various sports (basketball, soccer, etc.), relaxing in the sun, and many free and some paid water activities!

The cottage and grounds were great. We were very close to the pool, playground and splashpad, however the latter wasn't working while we were there. Accommodations seemed very modern - our deck was particularly nice. The beach is just okay. We'll probably go back.

Went here for 2 nights with my wife and two kids. We loved it! Nice and close to the beautiful beaches of Picton. Helpful staff. Beaitiful pool, ice cream shop and kids club. Hope to return again next year!

A resort style campground. The resort offers many activities. On and off the water. Laundry facilities. Adventure Club for kids activities. Store for snacks and treats. Staff very friendly.

Nice little community surrounded by several lakes. Plenty of opportunities for swimming, fishing and outdoor play. Great family atmosphere. I can see myself owning a cottage here, one day.

The pass to access SandBanks National Park is not offered unlike most accommodation in the area. There was no water for a good part of the day without having an alternative. The trash can in one of the bathrooms was not empty. Very dirty BBQ. Really very disappointed with the place.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The beach is small but useful when we didn't want to take the car to Sandbanks. Please note that the swimming pool and the water games are closed at this time due to Covid-19.

Former campsite now transformed into a prefabricated chalet resort. Beautiful site with many facilities (heated inground pool, water games, 2 children's park modules, arcade, tennis court, basketball court, and more). However, the swimming pool sometimes turns white in too hot weather). The interview could be a bit tighter. All in all, beautiful place very well located for the holidays.

Nice atmosphere, nice lake, close to Sandbanks, extremely pricey for what you get but..although it's a nice place to come, nice amenities, just extremely pricey, ice cream for one scoop costs 3.50!!! A small slushie costs 2.50!! It costs 45 dollars to just rent a fishing boat for an hour! If your gonna come, bring money.

Nice resort but not what we expected....or hoped. Pros: Great location...very clean house....pool....Lake and customer service excellent. Cons: Expensive....no cable...no Wi-Fi...no fire pit on property ( you need to ask during reservations) splash pad not working for the whole week ( water conservation?)...water sports limited....no real dog run......no umbrella on deck.....and the kids club only runs on certain days (not everyday)). Overall we did enjoy our stay but we paid a premium price ( tax included $1450....for 4 nights - 3 1/2 days - early check-in incl.) Mon-Fri. If you're going to charge that much you need to make sure you can deliver...and unfortunately gor us, it didn't. My advice...ask a lot of questions up front about everything......

A Canadian Resort Experience: lake/beach access, outdoor pool, boating, multi-sports court, chip truck offering great food, bbq, fire pit and onsite staff.. makes this a true resort get away.. the rental suites are tidy modern and accomodating.. The stunning beaches and diverse variety of wineries, restaurants and shopping which surround this beautiful Island.. make this Resort the full vacation experience. You must try it to believe it..

Came here for a 4 days vacation and enjoyed the setup. Perfect for the kids with all the activities, pool, beach and splash pad. The way we were welcomed on arrival was less than impressive, but everything went well afterwards.

This was a really nice family resort. They have a playground, a private beach, some boats you can check out. The place itself is made out of many cottages of a similar style and it's quite large. A great place for the fall and I imagine it gets pretty busy during the summers. You can but firewood from the office, and service is really nice.

Liked it! My friend booked this place for Victoria Day Long Weekend. The Resort - Trailer - Rep was helpful and nice. I did not expect a lot of this place may be that is why upon arrival I was quite satisfied with our accommodation and the location of the unit we were in. The complex consists of more than 200 Units some are outdated and some are in excellent condition. The Resort have their own beach, Kids playground, Saltwater swimming pool and Basketball arena. Some of the units are pet-friendly.
