Great nice place to go play and swim stay the night

It may be small but it had the best variety of slots in the state as far as i am concerned. And we actually won pretty good too. Completely opposite from Northern Lights in Walker.

Seven Clans is an inviting environment with fun machines and a clean atmosphere. Would recommend their table games, as well!

I been looking 4 a Black Hills watch..found it there..its beautiful! We had the buffet..delicious! Staff friendly and machines were good

Fun slots, Waterpark is a blast even as a adult. The food in the dining room is undesirable and is an alcohol free casino. Definitely a repeat however for families.

Dont go gambling much, but it is fun to go do something different once in a while!

Terrible experience this past weekend. Besides the waterpark. We were treated rudely when checking in. Our food wasn't ready for our planned and booked birthday party. The wrong name was on the cake so they scrapped it off. We had requested a roll away bed early in the day - nope we are out. Ok. So we requested pillows and blankets - nope they were out of those too. Seems strange that a hotel would be out of blankets and pillows as those things are needed to make up rooms when people check out. Asked for towels and toilet paper - we did get them about 3 hours after we asked. The restaurant staff was horrible. Took part of our order then said - oh I'll be back to take the rest of your order. What the hell? Took about 45 minutes for the kids to receive their grilled cheese sandwiches. Most of our drink orders were incorrect. I will NEVER go back there nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience.

Worst paying place I've ever been to. You think they would let you win a little bit just so they would get some repeat business. Stay away from this place.....

It was dirt, employees were rude,and the water park was full of food in the water... Oh and I'm a smoker but there was so much smoke in there ur eyes burned

Bed bugs matter I hope one day they can get rid of them and probably won't be a bad Casino even though we can't win them all the time. rest in peace Bruce lerol

Front desk staff were very nice. Restaurant was terrible and staff was not attentive both times we went. The water park was fun, but they never ever had towels! We rented the Jacuzzi suite. It was in pretty bad shape. Wallpaper peeling, toilet seat was gross looking, and the bed was terrible. The bathtub was dirty. The Jacuzzi was actually clean. Casino was small and boring.

The machines are nice to me a lot of the time. Lol!

My honest opinion? Not one person that works there wants to be there and it shows. They look sad!

Seven clans casino Warroad is a very nice place. Good food, the rooms are very nice and even the slots are pretty good. No big wins but lets you play.

Good casino floor, we mostly go for the water park which is great for the kids. Service in the two on site restaurants is terrible. Rooms are ok very cheap rates during the week.

Breakfast buffet was good but some things were on the cool side.

Just reading all the bad reviews, I am definitely going to another place to stay for the weekend.

Hotel will charge your card extra without telling you. Staff was rude and seemed forced to be there. Food is not good at all.

The water park is nice. The service wasnt great, promised but didn't deliver, no compensation or effort to correct issue. Kids had a blast, makes it all worth it.

Terrible service, terrible food, staff seem like they are forced to be there. Waterpark was down and didn't come back up on a busy holiday weekend, place smells like cigarette smoke everywhere you go, just an awful experience, and drove 3 hours to get there, will not be returning ever.

When we arrived we were the 2nd group of customers in the Malt Shop.

There were 2 of us and 2 in the other group.

There were about 5 employees behind the counter. It took about 5 to 7 minutes before someone came to our table. When the lady came to our table she actually threw the menus down. She was rude, got our order wrong and delivered our food in to go containers.

We did not complain that she got both of our orders wrong we just wanted to eat and go. The food was horrible, tables dirty and the staff was playing most of the time. All sorts of people in and out of the kitchen.

Once we left all bathrooms in the casino were filthy. All the people working acted as if they are being forced to work. Almost like children that don't want to clean their room. I have actually never been some place that horribly operated.

Small casino. Older machines. Dry casino. No place to eat.....

It's a nice size casino. Slots were ok. No alcohol kinda bummed out, but still had fun with my girlfriend.

Hotel manager was rude. Got charged 250 dollars for having alcohol in the room. No staff told me that I couldn't have alcohol. If they think im paying that 250 dollars there crazy. Found what I could only identify as a bed bug. Only one slide was working in the water park. Life guards were standing in one spot the whole time when i was swimming. Fire alarm went off at lease 2 times every night I was there. I called to see what was going on just to be told I had a noise complaint and no explanation on the fire alarm. Won't be staying here again.

Food was terrible and cold, no service. Rooms desperately need remodel, which I was told will begin next month. Beds were listed as queen, but were double. AWFUL BEDS One bed had a broken spring, the other had dried blood splatter on the box spring. Didn t notice it until the last night. Room was very cheap at $35 per night (great outdoors discount), but I would rather pay more for improved accommodations. Water park was fine, no problems. Towels were good, snack bar pizza was good (better than restaurant food). One of the other rooms with the group had all the pictures removed, almost definitely because of bedbugs. Smoke smell was nauseating. Most of the employees were unhappy, couple were very nice and accommodating. I wish I knew their name to pay compliment.

went today with grandsons for few hours from 4:00 until closing at 8 and wasn't impressed at all, all womens toilets had no toliet paper also pool areas tables had garbage on all floors wasn't happy bout havin to pick up trash so my 1 yr old grandson kepted tryin to walk and pick it up since gee empty cup hum he not understand but i saw lots staff walkin around and visitin with life guards for awhile but none could pick up trash and throw in garbage cans as they walk by very lazy n sad which i had a 3 year old also so hard to enjoy them more when im pickin up trash which im not employee. same with arcade area trash all over floor which i was constantly pickin up so i could even sit on floor to play spider game with my 1 yr old grandson very gross but gee 4 employees sittin behind counter talkin hum maybe need to be retrained on job duties yep.

Decor in lobby and rooms destroyed. Good bedding in rooms. Ambiance and decor has been destroyed! Staffers need professional TRAINING!

Very nice new big rooms that are great for any size group. Amazing Canadian prices. Staff are slow to do things, restaurant doesn't open on time and they don't care very much about anything. The waterpark is awesome but the change rooms are non existent. Only bathrooms and one large room. Every time I've been here, it's become clear that this place runs on "island time".

I am visiting theif river while on vacation and had eaten at the buffet at the seven clans twice and both times just were not good, the food was either over cooked or just not flavored at all and the staff did not do a great job either. Took them about 20 min to get our drinks to us after we sat down and every time you would go up to the buffet there would be atleast a 10 min wait for more plates because they were out. I'm glad I had coupons for free buffets because I would never pay for food or service like that.

Wasn't worth a s*** one of the big black staff members tried to push me against the wall in the men's room and take advantage of me

Dirty, very run down. Staff didn't care if you were there or not. Not very helpful even though the place was nearly empty due to the recent bed bug problems, and the pool being closed. No food selection either. When I asked where to eat one of the staff suggested Dominoes.

Guest services could be way batter.. not impressed at all.
But the water park was fun besides the burning smell of chlorine in my nose

Seven Clans is a great place to bring the family, especially in the winter. The water park is excellent. There is something for the whole family with the hot tubs, lazy river, 4 bigger water slides, 5 smaller water slides, zero gravity kids pool and bigger pool. They have plenty of options for food. The casino is alright with plenty of games to play.

Room and water park very clean. Staff was not very welcoming. Strongly recommend bringing your own food! Staff in restaurant was very disrespectful and did not want to work. Took 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive after we had said something, no cutlery and no table service. Was also not offered a menu. The restaurant was supposed to open at 5pm but didn t open until 6:30 as they were waiting for the cashier to arrive. Whole building was extremely understaffed. staff also made disrespectful comments towards us and other customers. Will not go back to restaurant! Restaurant advertised as New Management but this was definitely not the case. We were not the only customers unimpressed with the restaurant there and I d recommend the hotel review the staffing.

Since our drive there is 4 hours, we called ahead to assure we could check in at 3PM. We ended up sitting in the lobby until 6PM before our rooms were ready. Ordering food was interesting as staff was rude and the orders were incorrect. Our bedding in rooms had blood stains on them, the TV remote didn t work, and the fireplace didn t work. The only good part of our weekend was the waterpark and the family being together.

Open again and love the way they take peoples health seriously.thank you

A bit out of the way from central Thief River Falls, but not inconvenient in the least. The rooms included in the fishing/hunting package are basic, but definitely suitable to stay for a night or weekend. There were a few gaps in WiFi service, but I was almost entirely at the end of the building on the 4th floor. WiFi elsewhere was reliable. The service was... alright. Very straightforward with little in the way of emotion. Dealing with the usual casino guests, I can imagine why the treatment of newcomers may be less than extremely positive and welcoming. I never felt unwelcome, just largely ignored (which was fine). The overall building and attached waterpark are nicely presented, and I was excited enough to share the surroundings with several friends that may be in the area soon. I'd certainly come back, as my experience was simple and without hassle.

This hotel has a great deal for Canadians which was what lead me here along with the waterpark. My only compliant is that the wifi sucks in the rooms. As someone who is travelling and does not have access to cell service Wifi was important and I could not get a wifi signal in my room. They really need to make sure they boost service to the rooms

Nice clean rooms. Great hotel prices. Wide variety of slot machines. I enjoy my visits there. Good food!

Long waits for anything. Beds are horribly uncomfortable. No chairs or couch in room. Restaurant was closed. Waterpark was small but nice. Casino was good. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean.

Great upgrades but the customer service is less than desirable. We waited 20 min to get into the pool other guests said this happened the day before. Then when I asked if they had showers in the pool area they said they did but none worked and no one would assist. I would love to go back but I can't support treating customers like they aren't a priority.

Never win but it's a good place to unwind.. Cigarette smoke is horrible in there

Restaurant was understaffed during my stay. Took 1.5 hours just to get a burger. Still an odor of cigarette smoke in nonsmoker rooms.

Love the shake shop, but the arcade seems to be of low quality.. the staff don't seem to want to be there and just there for thier check.. the water park is always a hit.. can't speak to the casino floor nor the hotel..

Just re-did the place so it looks more modern casinos a good size and good fun
