The hotel was nice but the staff at least some of them were a little rude. The price was good Monday through thrusday. Expensive on the weekends.

The water park and arcade are amazing for kids as well as adults. The hotel is very clean and the hotel staff are very welcoming and respectful. The restaurant and the malt shop have great food. Last but not least the gaming floor staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If you have any questions while visiting, ask a security guard they will be happy to help.

The watermark was very fun, but it's was never open when I finally got back from basketball practice. The food is pretty good, but it's usually crowded with a bunch of little kids. Room service was very nice. The gift shop was pretty spendy thou.

The only reason I'm giving a star is because they gave us our money back. Apparently you can't bring alcohol to your hotel room. Yet no sings that say this.

With the exception of the employees working at the Player's Club counter, those who work here seem miserable at work.
This casino is as far from any amenity as you could imagine. Cell phone service (I have Verizon) is weak at best. Expect no cell phone service and you'll not be disappointed. The free Wi-Fi times out and forces you to reconnect regularly. My phone has issues, I had issues with my laptop and tablet also. Other areas casinos are doing upgrades while I see Seven Clams Casino doing nothing. It is the smokiest casino around.
Their system for reading and printing vouchers had "technical difficulties" requiring every "cash out" to wait for the one hand pay team they've got walking around Thee casino. I've waived down the team three times now and they tell me they'll be right there. What a brilliant way to trap patrons in your casino inhaling second-hand smoke.
The food choices are limited and don't taste good at all. The water park is ok. In general, this place was ok at its pinnacle and is quickly being surpassed by competing businesses nearby.
If I hadn't committed to this place for the entire weekend, I'd leave. I can't think of a more depressing, oppressive place to be than this place. This is further evidence that Seven Clans Casino continues to fail at the very minimum services expected at a casino. Their refusal to maintain their IT infrastructure shows. They'd be better off selling ask their slot machines and offering only card and dice games. Seven Clans is stuck in the late 20th Century and shouldn't attempt to advertise themselves as a casino when they obviously can't handle the bare bones, minimum expected services.

I can't thank the Seven Clans casino enough. We had to come to Thief River Falls MN because my son was in a horrible motorcycle accident and lost his life. This is where his funeral was. Because of this casino and their RV spots the cost of a motel was not an extra burden. We had family come all the way from Montana as well as us and they have been very gracious to us and accommodated in any request we had. Thank you Seven Clans casino and God Bless You.

It is the worse hotel... the building is very pretty and I was excited to stay there, upon arrival I had to wait in line for over 20 mins while one of the two girls played on her phone, then when I finally get to talk to someone she was extremely RUDE and acted like it was gonna kill her to help me, I was booked to stay there 7 weeks but instead I cancelled my reservation and drove to another motel... if you want to be treated like your a total piece of s**t then stay there but good luck

Easy parking, enjoy visiting about once a week. Machines aren't terribly tight. Ventilation to get rid of the cigarette smoke could be better.

Motel was amazing! I lost at the casino, but had fun, my girlfriend won enough to get back what little we paid on the room, over all, great experience!

Front desk tried charging me double for a mistake their evening front desk supervisor made, and were super rude and ignorant the whole time I tried getting it straightened out with them. Horrible staff - like the worst ever.
Also random parts of the hotel look like construction zones (carpet missing, out of service signs on stairwells, paint splattered on random doors) but no actual construction was going on anywhere.
Place is a dump, staff are even worse. Of you stay, God help you if you have a problem or billing error. The staff will treat you like enemies.

the absolut worst customer service and front desk service I ve ever seen and experienced in my life!! Unfriendly, rude, annoyed and disinterested. Just made a phone call to book a room and was disgusted how the girl greeted me, talked to me, responded to every question, ridiculously rude!

Cleaning is improved but games are very tight Waterpark is great for kids

I was very excited to come here to celebrate my daughter's birthday and to relax away from home. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The rooms were overall clean but that is the only positive thing. The lazy river was full of random trash such as an egg carton, bandaids, and random bits of plastic. After the water park, we were ready for a peaceful nights sleep but instead, we were woken up at 6:00 AM due to construction workers on the floor below us. After complaining to the front desk, the construction did not end and we were up for the day. If you need a family-fun water park experience, I'd recommend going to the CanadInn instead

The Food was excellent, the WiFi great, and the service exceptional. Everyone there had a smile on their face. It was a great dining experience at the restaurant in the hotel part of the building. I didn't get to eat at the malt shop. But I would like to try the next time I go.

Terrible. When we went to the counter, someone literally just walked right in front of me to get in line. When we finally got to the counter we asked if they did the $10 off for birthdays. The old lady said they don't anymore. Done that's it. So I asked if they did anything for birthdays, and that's when she said yes, they give a free tshirt and $10 off your order of food. But they were out of tshirts. I asked if we could be on a list to get one, but she looked at me weird and said, "what?" So I said never mind. We went around the casino and it was fun. There was a machine we wanted but someone was on it the entire time we were there. It looked like a young kid with his two parents. I should have asked someone to check his ID. I wonder if there is a rule that you can't be on one machine for so long, if so, no one did anything about it. We go to the food diner, ordered a cheese pizza. It literally took an hour. After thirty minutes, the waitress said it will be out soon. 30 minutes later, it came, but it was burnt!!!! We ate what we could, then went to pay. We didn't want to pay anything but we are nice so we decided to pay. We asked for the birthday money off and he asked to see our casino card. What?!?! We were never told we needed that to get the $ off the dinner. Wow we were so upset. The lady should be fired and the cook who burnt the pizza and took an hour should be fired as well. The casino is fun, but the staff is absolutely terrible.

Only thing good about it was how nice the room, staff was unattentive, couldn't answer any of our questions, they allow smoking down in the casino floor making the whole building smell like smoke, couldn't understand the cafe waiter he was so high he couldn't even function and it was only 8 am ...... So to sum things up we would probley not come back to this 7 clans

It's ok for the most part but, they keep taking away the fun slots my buddy and I love to play.

It's a very nice place! I will go back there again and bring my kids for the water park.

The whole casino/hotel has a seedy atmosphere. If you are used to Vegas or Atlantic City, you will be disappointed. I stayed at this place shortly after it opened and again recently and trust me when I say it has NOT been maintained well. I think I maybe even had the same bedspread, which would make it at around 10 years old. The staff there are more interested in talking to each other or who's texting them now, then they are with helping you, with FEW exceptions. If you are sensitive to smoke, this is no place for you. If all you're looking for is a few hours of gaming and making a "donation" to the Native American Tribal or College funds, then this is the place where you can make that happen. Got a decent casino and it's got a big water park for the kids to have fun and enjoy themselves

We go to the desk to check in and the receptionists (there were 3 of them) seemed to be to busy talking to be interrupted by a customer, finally 4 minutes later one walks over to us and says, Yes? What do you need? So during our check-in experience I mentioned we had a coupon for a discounted rate and she lowered the price $35 to what the coupon stated. Then at the time of Check-out they removed the coupon stating that it was not valid for our room we stayed in. The whole time she checked us in she seemed to be very displeased that we bothered her to check-in, she was very rude and impatient. With no instruction on where the room was we went on our way. We get to the room and found shoes under the table and chairs, which didn't belong to us, and used pop and water in the refrigerator YUCK! Ok so to shorten this up a little here's the rest in a nut shell, They have no buffet, the bed was hard as rock, drain plug in Jacuzzi didn't work properly, pillows were flat, no alcohol on the premises at all nor was it allowed, every single one of the slot machines were really old or second hand machines, the food was mediocre at best, coffee was horrible, The so called water park was run down and very dirty not to mention they charged an additional $15 to use it, lifeguards consisted of 1 or 2 very young kids with mp3 players... not very safe, we found no one to be friendly at all in the whole place, not one hello or nothing, not even such as a smile. Most the employees look like and dress like gangsters. Do yourself a favor and your family, DON'T STAY HERE and risk your life and waste your money. Every negative review listed here is true.

Dining area is dark dated and dumpy....food is very repetative and just ok at best...typical smoky casino and they are glad to take your money...newly remodeled waterpark area is very nice.

When I was there I enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of mildew in the room. my best day there was my second cousins and I played in the waterpark:)

Everything was Great except they should have posted No Breakfast sooner

It's March 5th @ 9:23PM. I was told by security the shuttle is running but the designated cell phone goes right to voicemail. I told security this and there answer was that the driver must have turned the phone off or be in another call. The phone has gone to voicemail for the past hour. Why is this security guard allowed to be a driver?

Pool area is great! Casino staff wanted to sniff my drink!? Pretty gross.

Rooms good. Casino major update needed and it is small, breakfast buffet same as most casinos mediocre. All bathrooms very clean.

Poor service, employees not dressed like they don't they work at the Casino, workers didn't care about guests.

Good casino, other than we were standing in line behind a person in the malt shop and the lady told us that we needed exact change cause the till was acting up. Okay no big deal we got that. Then her I assume manager comes around the corner and tell her she has to close needless to say we didnt get anything to eat. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service.

The waterpark was super fun but only had one slide open because it was a weekday. The room was a jacuzzi suite, it was nice but could've had better pillows and a better coffee selection. The casino part was very fun, won some money and had a great time. I would definitely recommend a weekend getaway here.

If I could rate his place any lower I would. We booked 10 rooms for a sporting event, come check in time they try to charge us $25 more per room than the originally agreed upon price. Went to order food and ice cream from the diner downstairs, food took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive. Then they refused to make us our ice creams for dessert because they were too "time consuming". Even though the staff had almost 2 hours to make the ice creams. I know we were a larger party, 7 in all. But it is rediculous to refuse to make a menu item for paying guests. This casino/hotel has forever lost the

Good price for the room, but the bed was as hard as a slab, the restaurant was not open at 11 A.M., posted hours were 9 A.M. to 3 P.M. I could not find any towels in the waterpark and there were strange smells in the hallways.

But the waterpark was fun, they have an excellent hottub, the little cafe downstairs makes good sandwiches for the price and if gambling is your thing there is lots of that.

It all great but it needed to have shampoo dispenser in shower room and it not fun in there and it need to have big waterfall because everyone like heavy pressure water splash and needed to get new arcade machine and it soo fun I'm going again! And again because my deaf group going to play in there and it going to fun!!! But there only thing is... it too much chemical and made me itchy and hard to breath!!

Cockroach in room when we arrived (German Cockroach). The whole facility was smoky. (smoking is allowed in the casino). But it was very smoky in the Lobby, restaurants and rooms. Kids had trouble breathing, but apparently that's a side effect of roaches also. Many of the staff members we dealt with seemed like they didn't care, however there were a few that were pleasant to deal with.

Some of the employees care about their job and some dont seem to care. Seen many on their cell phones and not worrying about customers.

We're spoiled by living 15 mins from Winstar in OK. It's the world's largest casino with dozens of eateries and shops. This was okay. It has a water park like Great Wolf. The buffet was good. The gaming was pretty much bingo machines.

Cramped and outdated feel on the gaming floor but decent variety of different machines. Nothing to write home about unless you win.

Had a fantastic time with the family. The staff were great and pleasant to deal with. Will be coming back!

Clean renovated room. Decent waterpark. Smokey casino.
