My wife and I are state combative sports officials that stayed here over the weekend to work an event. We stay in hotels all over the states of MN and WI. This was bar none one of the best experiences we have had. Huge, clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Restaurant was very good as well. I even thought I'd lost my wedding ring after checking out and someone met me at the room to help me look for it. We couldn't find it and I thought maybe I'd accidentally packed it. On my drive home I was called and told it had been found and is being sent to me.
I was pretty skeptical staying here based on the reviews here on Google. Damn am I glad I didn't listen to them. For the life of me, I can't figure out how people came up with their reviews. I can't wait to work another event here.

Plunge pool was really heavy on the chlorine side but other than that fun experience as always

Great hotel. Great service cheap and a great place to be.

Restaurant hours are not what they say, I've been there twice now and they were closed well over an hour early both times. Other than no place to eat it's nice.

Made reservations made it clear during that time that we would be arriving with Service Dog and another in TRAINING . When we arrived situation had completely changed. Wouldn't expect ID CARD with picture of dog on it, only wanted paper certificate ( who carries those anymore) plus dogs in TRAINING aren't Certified yet how can they be they are in TRAINING.
So after a 3 hr. drive we had to go some where else for our get away.
Not that this was totally bad since waterpark was closed, they booked us for the wrong room, patio doors wouldn't have opened for access to the outside for the dog's, restaurants were all closed also but One.
Seriously for 160$a night bc we. Weren't using any coupons

Terrible service and food, Luke warm shower, staff could care less they just walk around pretending they are doing something. I remember why I haven't been there in 5 years.

They have really cleaned up things. Good for and great serves. I would recommend them to a friend.

Don't recommend gaming unless you want to give your money away, machines are extremely tight, little to no pay outs, can't even consider it entertainment, alot of customers complaining, including staff "that's why we don't play here" "we are sorry , hope you win" not good when they're complaining to. This has been going on for many years.

The slides weren't open until 10am and checkout was at 11. The building should be smoke free . The room was very nice.

Water park was very fun & large. Dinner was good as well at river road cafe

I'm not one to bad mouth people or businesses, but I feel this needs to be addressed and people need to be aware of this.

One of the nastiest things I've ever encountered. Woke up at 230 this morning to BEDBUGS everywhere. Manager said, "We can maybe get you a different room."

Saying this is disgusting is an understatement! I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. If they were in one room, they're everywhere. Gross gross gross!

Nobody is working, every life guard was on there phones

Was ok. Used to be nicer back in the day as far as rooms go. They could use a renovation on the rooms and update

Suite 2002: Large TV, fireplace, ac, king bed, queen pullout sofa, mini Keurig type thingy. Good room overall

Don't bother eating at the cafe. The service was horrid. Or lack their of. Getting a pop proved to be quite a challenge. And that was just the tip of the issues.

It's an alright place to go. Don't plan on winning much if any. I will not eat at the burger place anymore. Mainly because of the noncareing attitude of the employees. I'm not a prejudice person towards anyone. But unfortunately the native American women who work (stand around) leave all the waiting on, and dealing with customers to the non native workers. It's sad to see this because alot of casinos I go to are not like this.
I wish they would get BINGO back at the casino.

It is a Five Star casino but they need to pay out sometime stead of people losing their money lol
