Very fun, had. Once in a lifetime all you can eat prime rib buffet for new year's, YUMMY!!

Sadly the water park was closed when I went there with my grandparents.. But it is nice they should of told us on the phone that it was close before we made the 5 hour trip there but it was fun with the arcade.

Hi. This goes out to the Marketing Committee. Not the Hostesses. I have been a loyal customer for at least 16 years. I have been treated pretty good, I would say. Lately tho the promotions have been pretty bad. I don't know what's going on with this departments thinking, but you lost at least 4 customers. I and my husband and sisters travel 5 hrs to go to your casino. I at times spent a lot of money and at times went to play my promotions to just get away. My promotion is ridiculous. No more free rooms, no meal and now 80 for the month. It is not worth the damn trip. If and when you start wanting your loyal customers back, it will be too late to go. I won't have anything to look forward to. My sister's won't be going either as well as my husband. So, I guess it is what it is. Someone better start looking into revamping the promotions again. Thank you.

We went there to eat for the taco buffet on Tuesday and it was great. Service is hit and miss. food is good though

First five machines I tried to play wouldn't accept money, need better maintenance all machines.

It was fun to go and play the slots and the people looked like they were happy to be there

It was so bad again that I have no problem at all of not going back thought it would be better for a change but I was wrong they really need to open up the machines people can't afford to put in so much to get into a bonus then get nothing I'm not the only one that thinks that

I m from Washington but I gotta day this is a pretty great casino. We had all you can eat crab one night they have live music. It s just all around a good. Environment

Came for a realtor continuing ed class in a conference room. Not a good place for that sort of thing. Poor breakfast service, conference room too cold. No signs to help us find the way to the meeting room. The staff had no idea where we were supposed to go.

U will win no matter what. the progress ives are won daily, and the workers are friendly. Winner winner chicken dinner.

Staff are nice but the place stinks, rough shape, all atms on the casino floor were out of service. Hotel has good value. Food at the buffet was below standard but it was late and slow...

Their machines only offer doubling up on a winning bet on only their 5 cent slots. Points earned to exchange must be earned in one day and it doesnt tell you what you can do otherwise with your points you earn.

Hotel rooms are spacious and comfortable. Water park has a variety of different activities/areas to have fun.

Staff is unfriendly, water park is not too bad, food is terrible, casino is lacking, rooms are discusting.

Clean, but it smelled like smoke everywhere, even in the waterpark area. Also, had to go to 2 separate floors to find a working vending machine. The cafe area near the casino told me they didn't serve beverages, and the snack shop in the waterpark is only open on the weekend. The lights weren't even on in the gift shop, although it was open. The staff were moderately friendly, and it was clean, but the other inconveniences and overall smelliness of the place led to a poor stay.

The water park was not working, which they failed to tell us when we made a reservation. The workers and management did not seem to know anything about what was going on and when or if it was going to be repaired. We asked for maybe some future vouchers to the water park or discounts on hotel stays and they refused. The one plus was it the rooms seemed pretty nice and spacious.

Cheap Canadian rates, no booze allowed which is fine. We had originally thought the water park was included but it isn't. We then thought we had to purchase a wristband which would be valid throughout our stay, which was also incorrect. The water park wristbands are purchased each day which was a bit disappointing.

Took over an hour to get promotional stay and check in. Snack bar wasn t open in water park so we went to the deli area that had a sign that said be open at 430. Went at 430 and it said won t be open until 5. Went to arcade and half the games didn t work. Restaurant had a sign that said they won t be open at all tonight. Went back to deli at 5, at 5:10 a lady came out saying they won t be open but the restaurant is. Went to restaurant and they said they ll be open at 6. Waiting now and I ll be surprised if they open. Clean rooms though so that s nice I guess.

The waterpark is just set up weird... you walk in from outside... so it gets lots of dirt and rocks in the pool room. And is very very cold on wet bodies when the door is opened... changing rooms very were dirty both times we were there... also had to wait over an hour for towels...

First off it is 12:02 AM 10/3/2013.... I am CURRENTLY in my room at the hotel and have been VERY disappointed!! First off to start I rented out my room for 2 nights... This morning I had taken my young son for a walk around the building to get him out of the room.. I returned to my room shortly after 10 am this morning due to my son starting to cry because he was hungry... I COULDNT GET BACK IN MY ROOM!! Neither of my card keys worked anymore!! Secondly I had requested new towels during the afternoon and was treated with dis-respect, attitude and hung up on TWICE from the hotel lobby when I finally called them around 5 once again requesting towels!! And thirdly my young son has found 3 very small items crawling around on the floor that pose CHOKING HAZARDS!! I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms!... Many times today I walked passed rooms with the doors open being "cleaned" and I must say if the housekeeping would pay as much attention to their cleaning as they do to their phones and music maybe there wouldn't end up being filth and garbage left around the floor! (Mainly on the floor around the edges of the beds) and one item was found under the night stand... I for sure do not recommend anyone with young children to stay in this hotel! Personally my son could have choked on those items due to the inadequate cleaning staff!! Also the evening hotel lobby employees need to learn some respect towards customers!! OVERALL DISGUSTED WITH THE HOTEL PORTION OF THIS CASINO!!

Casino is getting a whole new look at this time floors 3 and 4 are completely updated. Great food. People, a nice arcade and waterpark. Great family get away.

Fairly small casino, but the staff at the blackjack tables were great. Helpful and friendly. Put us at ease while taking our money :).

There was human feces in the pool and the water wasn't clean so I would stay away from the water but the hotel rooms were alright and the casino was pretty nice

Nice and clean facility, building smells of smoke from the casino, and as someone else had posted, it seems as if the staff doesn't want to be there. But the waterpark is better than anything the city of Winnipeg has to offer.

Great resort and arcade! Wish they hadn't taken the lockers out of the dressing rooms though

Service was bad applied for a new players card and the guy working at the players club couldnt even find my name in the computer then never made me a new card kiosk was down n lines were busy trying to cash tickets in I felt rushed it was not a good experience

I do not think that walleye counts as Seafood, and that's about the only aquatic life form that was present at the seafood buffet, other than the white macaroni and cheese with mock crab also known as processed Pollock protein. The beef on the buffet was also mostly gristle that was very hard to cut, and the regular macaroni and cheese that was eventually brought out was also not very good, and the three or four people working at the till at the time showed a very large amount of apathy, like they didn't want me to be there. the best part about the the best part about the buffet was the view the water park. For my money I would suggest the Golden Corral, also known as the golden trough, over this one. On the plus side the dealer at the blackjack table was a blast, he had lots of stories to tell, and he was not grumpy like some of the other dealers I have seen at casinos, and the casino floor did not smell like the aftermath of a forest fire like shooting star, that place was toxic, the cigarette smoke at seven clans was not nearly as bad. In conclusion the buffet is in need of some improvement, the casino was above average, the water park was very fun, and the room was clean. I wouldn't go out of my to come back, but I wouldn't say no if offered.

writing a review since all you see is bad reviews. been coming here since I first came to the states. the rooms are so comfy and cool. the cheeseburgers at the restaurant are amazing and there are so many nice people here. I like being surrounded by other native people, it's awesome. the casino is really fun. the wifi is kind of sucky but I'm not complaining, at least it's free. I really like it here.

The water park was awesome our room was good. Only thing that got me was the smell of cigarettes in the halls and lobby, but that comes with the casino i guess.. Lol fun experience tho

My boyfriend won two free nights stay in one of their fireplace Suites and it was wonderful! What the before looked like to compared to now is a total 180. We also got 8 free water park passes (4 per night) so we got to enjoy the water park with his 4 year old son for two days. Which was nice because the little guy was so tired after it all that he slept hard. Even woke up saying "daddy I really like this bed". Considering he got a queen all to himself I can't blame he kid lol. I really enjoyed the fireplace, as well as the big shower/tub. The bed I loved compared to a lot of other hotels this one wasn't so soft you sunk into it but instead more on the firmer side (which I prefer). All in all I really liked staying in the suite and was really impressed with the remodel.

Felt very understaffed. Water slides were closed often over the course of two days since there was only one life guard and closed for their breaks and shift change.

Drove to stay a night as i got a email for $40 for Canadian s...only to be told sorry thats for a standard room..you have to pay $114 usd for a fireplace room....parking lot was empty..and it was thurs....very disappointed! Did not stay....even shooting star was cheaper!

They didn't have all the slides open in the water park. The arcade was closed most of the day. They closed one restaurant down cause of being short staff and the Buffett ran out of food. When the malt shop opened up I went in to order a malt and they said we are not making malts right now. No one that works here is friendly and not one person has a personality. They should be named th casino that has nothing and will make your vacation hell

My family and I love coming here for the water park, and the discount for a fishing license makes it super cheap for a hotel room! The water park was recently renovated, and the rooms just a year ago. If they would ever find decent management, I would give it 5 stars.

Fun slots and water parks nice now that it's remodeled. Understaffed, wait times can be excessive.

Seven clans hotel and casinos.
The room are very nice. You can even upgrade to a room with a fireplace. They even offer free hook ups for RVs. There is a water park but it's closed. My husband and I were very disappointed. We were looking forward to float in their lazy river. Bathroom in the casino could of used so work. There were free drinks (soda, coffee, tea. ) in the casino. This is an alcohol-free facility. I found that to be very surprising. There is a cafe. I like their biscuits and gravy, burgers, and pizza. I did not care for their onion rings or their chicken sandwich. The onion rings were not crispy and the chicken sandwich came plain. Only a chicken patty and bun nothing else. I felt the casino was small. Due to covid 19 once you enter they take your address and phone number for contact tracing along with your temperature. They did give me 7 dollars of free play.

Love it. Will definitely be revisiting this resort. Kids had the time of their life at the indoor water park. 100% worth every penny spent!!!
