I have purchased 2 vehicles from them (both for my son, who wrecked the first...ugh), and I have been extremely happy with both transactions...both are/were excellent vehicles, mechanically sound. Bruo & Cody were very accommodating regarding my requests and I never felt pressured. Thank you Mr. Auto Sales!

I wouldn t recommend them Never got a response on my application and when i did i would have to call them? That s not how business works I m coming to you to purchase a vehicle that i don t even need. You should take the initiative to call me back to get me into one of your vehicles not the other way around so i gave up they will no longer get my business.
Met with Cecilia and she did a magnificent job on the paperwork and setting me up for the test drive they will work with you as long as u have job showing u make the money requirements. Everything was quick and fast would recommend them to anybody and this tax season I will be sending a couple of people their way
BUYER BEWARE Two weeks after we bought the vehicle, the car cost my son $1100 for an air conditioner that Mr. Auto Sales was suppose to fix the day of purchase. Unfortunately, I had to leave my 18 year old son to wait on the A.C. to be fixed while I went back to work. They didn t fix the A.C. and now won t return my calls. Very disappointing.
Absolutely horrible experience with this dealer. I tried for over a week to get in touch with the manager to get details on a specific vehicle because the lady/ assistant on the phone didn t know what in the world she was doing. Finally, after speaking with the manager, he was no help and frankly rude for that matter. Don t recommend this team at all, very poor service.
Worst experience ever. First of all they really don't know much about their cars, the installed options and the like. Secondly the owner is this loud foul mouth big Italian guy. What a mouth on this clown. I invite you to visit this dump and spend 5 minutes with this clown.
I saw a White 2008 Lincoln Town car on Cargurus. It seemed that it was the car I was looking for. It was located at Mr Auto Sales in Eastlake OH. I went over there to test drive the car. When I arrived, I was greeted by a gentleman named Bruno. He was very polite. I checked out the car and took it for a test drive. When I came back; Bruno was on the phone with another customer who was interested in a car they had seen online. Bruno told the customer on the phone the truth about the used car they were inquiring about; " this is Cleveland, and we get snow; so it has some rust" he said. Well anyway; I liked the Lincoln; and he did all the paperwork. The car runs like a champ; Thanks again Bruno. Great Customer Service. Would recommend Mr Auto Sales to anybody in the market for a used car.
I went to Mr auto to buy a car,i arrived at the store at 9am,picked the car wanted and we started paper work. After everything was written up and approve I went to the bank to get the money.before I left to go get the money another customer walks in and says he has cash for the same car I'm interested in,so now the owners attention is focused on the guy that has all the cash, and he ended up letting the other guy get the car because he couldn't wait for me to get my situation together with my bank.the owner dug deep into my personal information,he even called the bank and to hear my account balance. That was poor, poor, customer service and won't recommend none of my people and I sure won't look there way ever again.
Hello, recently brought cash a 2002 Lexus Is300. Great looking car very clean. It did have suspension issues but what got me is how they erased the code on the computer due to the cat being bad. Very very very very expensive part. If going to purchase a vehicle from here please bring diagnose scanner and test drive for minimum 30 minutes. Grimy people here
Bought a suv 3/17 on 3/18 couldnt put gas in took it back they claim they fixed it, took it back 2 days later same problem this time they kept it 5 days. Pick up and 2 days later car wont start. Call them they give me run around for 3 days on 4th day they finally tell me to have it towed because they cant pick it up. Pay 80 for a tow they claim its fixed 2 hours later, drive it 5 days same thing now Im in another state stranded. I gave them 4,000 cash and only drove suv maybe 7/8 days...Rip off
We bought this car from Mr Auto Sales Inc. We drove 8 hours from New Jersey to Ohio just for this vehicle. We where greeted by everyone that was working there. We test drove the car with no issues. They worded with us on pricing. We returned the rental and came back home with our new car awesome. No issues with the car. Awesome service at the dealership. Thank you Mr Auto Sales Inc. We will do business again.
Bruno (the owner ) & Cecilia (office mngr) were both friendly, informative and willing to help. After a very rough start with another employee both Bruno & Cecilia contacted me with an invitation to come back and talk regarding an auto I was interested in. After a short time I was on I-90 west bound in my new Cadillac. EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase, couldn't have done it without them. I WOULD drive back there again for a car, without a doubt!! THANKS, BRUNO & CECILIA.
Easy buying and selling experience. Staff and owner were very nice. No attempts to up-sell and were very respectful and accommodating. Also, I got a great price on a minivan. Overall, 5 stars.
My friend and I bought an 04 wrx STI from them. Their ad said that the car had been fully inspected and that there was nothing wrong with the car; however, 10 minutes after driving off the lot coolant and oil started leaking horribly. Took it into a shop and got an estimate for $1700 worth of damages that they had not only knew about but also hid. We tried to call them but the car salesman that we bought the car from, Matt, "wasn't in." Called back an hour later and they picked up the phone and immediately hung up.
Take note. They do not have an adequate service center to condition the vehicles they sell. When I came from out of town to view the car I purchased, it was covered in scratches that should have been buffed out before sale, the oil was not changed and other fluids were either low or depleted. This means that vehicle was not conditioned and that they simply purchased and flipped it for profit. If looking to purchase from them, get a free engine diagnosis from an auto parts retailer, and check for fluid levels. All things considered, they are somewhat negotiable on price and though they give you a lot of the typical sales pitch (which is frustrating when you want to talk seriously), they are otherwise reasonable to deal with.
I bought a 2007 Z51 Corvette from them. I live in michigan and i've spent a lot of time driving looking for a mint vett. Finally found their car listed on autotrader and called them the next morning to get the ball rolling. Staff was very pleasant to work with. They got my financing accepted quickly and called me back with all the details. While i was looking at the car they even worked with the loan officer and lowered the interest rate by a whole point! It did take a lot longer than expected to get the car out of the showroom, but i assume they get a lot of people calling about the car and never show up. So that was completely understandable, and it gave me time to crawl around on a clean floor looking at it. After the deal was done they didn't leave me high and dry. They spent a whole hour of their time helping me load my car on the terrible uhaul car trailer i rented. This task had no room for error and they treated the car better than i did when i was backing it onto the ramps. Overall the staff was awesome and so far the dealership was right about the car being in perfect condition. I highly recommend them. I buy a lot of vehicles, and this was one of my best experiences. No pushing to sell, gave me as many details as they could, and there was a free cup of joe with the purchase of a sports car.
Luv this place..always have something I really really want..i get all my cars here..great staff..never pushy..always patient with me..I'm picky..Will definitely be back!!
This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I made an appointment to go look at a car and shortly before the appointment, while in route to get there, we were told they just sold the car. We told them it would have been nice to know that, considering we drove almost two hours to look at the vehicle and scheduled a next day appointment! These people clearly do not value your time at all. It s extremely disappointing since we took a good chunk of time out of our day to visit. We will not be going there again.
Very good people, Honest and grand. My salesmen Cody help me out with my purchase. Very satisfied! Bruno Razov, great hospitality and knows how to run his business.
Shady! Stay away. I bought a Audi s4 from them. 58,000 Close miles and to $20,000. The day after I bought it the timing chain was making a lot of noise. Come to find out. When the car is warmed up you won't hear the noise. Never disclosed . I went to Audi 2 days after buying car and they charged $6300 to fix it. Mr a s wouldn't do anything to help me. Told me good luck.
I cannot begin to express how positive an experience I've had! Bruno, Matt, and Gino all know me by first name and go above and beyond what any dealer I know would do to help out. The attributes decent and honorable aren't usually associated with car salesmen..but they are among the first I would use if asked about them!
Was interested in a vehicle they had but before driving the 11 hours ( coming from VA) to buy the car was wanting to have the car inspected. This was all fine and agreed upon with the dealer. I paid 140 out of pocket to have the car inspected by a local.toyota dealer. Yes there were numerous things wrong with the car. Heard nothing back from the dealer about the vehicle after the inspection only to find out a week later the vehicle was sold out front under me. Very shady.
Went there on a Saturday around 4pm (they close at 6pm) to check out a vehicle. There was only one person working, Cecelia, and she was extremely polite. I didn t expect to be able to drive a car off the lot the same day but because of her, I did. She walked me through everything and was very helpful and is still trying to get me a better rate on my financing (because this is the first time I ve financed so I have no clue what I m doing) and she was just so nice. Realistically that s all I could ask for but unrealistically it would be nice if they had free hotdogs.
I came to mr auto at around 1 pm a week or so ago. When I got there, I was told the car I made an appointment to look at was at the shop and that there had been a miscommunication. I waited about 20 minutes (not a huge deal) to test drive the car. It was a little dinged up on the outside, battery was a little older, and the touchscreen was a little laggy, but overall the car seemed to be in decent shape. I had my mechanic do a once over, and took it to have the codes pulled. Nothing. I decided to give the car a shot, as it was fairly priced for the miles on it. While my initial experience at this dealership was a little confusing, Cecelia was very helpful from the start. I came in to see a 2014 Subaru Forester- and they promised to fix a bad bushing before I came and signed the papers. Sadly, the next morning after signing the papers, my dash lit up. ABS light, tire pressure light, traction control, at oil temp light, all of that fun stuff. Next day, my transmission slipped out of gears and I almost hit another car. I m concerned at this point as I had not even owned the car 48 hours. I call the dealership and am told that the owner would call me. While he never got around to it, cecelia called me the next morning and promised they will take care of any issues. In order to take some of the workload off of them, I have my mechanic do thorough body inspection and pull all the codes as well as test drive the car. It turns out I have bad solenoids in my valve body, which are not sold separately, so I will need an entire new valve body for the car. I call cecelia back and inform her and she assured me that it will all be taken care of.
While obviously this hasn t been a perfect experience, I am not upset. Everyone has been very polite and helpful thus far, and I am happy and thankful that they agreed to fix this problem so that I can drive away in a well priced car!
I purchased the car remotely without physical inspection. It arrived safe and sound and looked even better than its photos. The sales representative was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The price was more than fair, and I believe a bargain. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
This place has a scamming fraudrulent Manager I went to buy a vehicle my new tire blew on their lot will negotiating a vehicle the Manager Guy refused to help or replaced tire or give a Jack to use he called police in from of me told them I'm trespassing police came I almost went to jail
By far the worst dealer ship of them all they dont even let you test drive their cars ! its basically a scam they will say nothing wrong with there cars my buddy got a sti from them a month later the headgasket blew tek said the headgasket was glued
Awesome selection of vehicles and a very genuine and honest experience. Dealing with Gino is a pleasure, and he went above and beyond to meet my "demands". Had a lot of problems justifying buying a brand new vehicle from a larger dealership, but I can say that Mr. Auto Sales made trying to find an affordable and reliable car their mission and I was a little surprised (in a good way). I highly recommend them to others.
Yesterday May 29th I bought a 2010 crown Vic with 89k miles, and am very pleased with the vehicle. The staff was very nice and made the process of buying a car easy. I would recommend them to a friend or acquaintance.
I really wanted to buy a car from this place that I've been eyeing for a couple days to a week now, but after seeing the reasons that these "professionals" have towards customers who left bad reviews there's no way that anyone could take them serious. Putting people's personal information out there should be some type of breach of privacy whether they were a current or past employee. Also, they made a racial stereotype by calling someone a "Typical Bosnian criminal" like wow. These guys are real messed up. Glad that I read reviews before wasting a trip here. Very very unprofessional.
I gave it a 4 b cause when I shop for a car I don't like when pushy salesmen come following me around so it gave me time to look on my on and they allowed that good place in my opinion to buy a vehicle
Avoid this dealer. Bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey in May. Now I'm putting a new engine in in October. I've owned Honda's for a long time with no issues. It's obvious they don't check their vehicles before selling them.
I went to a dealership in rock creek called Northeast Auto and the guy gave me 2 screwed up cars the last one I bought a silver 2010 Chrysler town and country minivan $900 down (my entire check) and $384 a month or $150 every other Tuesday so basically $400 a month well as sooooooooooo much wrong with it I noticed I said not doin this again I need a new vehicle well I found the same year and model but in my favorite color (red) it had 1 owner and not super bad milage and in great condition inside and out was amazed how much was missin and messed up with my Silver one I only had a week with.....So I came up to Mr Auto in the mid afternoon and as soon as I parked there was a bunch of customers coming and going so I knew it seemed popular, everyone had a smile on their face and spoke extremely professional shook hands soon greeting each other listened to my issue told them I not only have $700 but I have all kinds of paperwork to help get me approved to take the van home.....Spoke to owner Bruno (up front honest assuring and sympathetic) , his receptionist Cecilia (funny silly very knowledgeable great memory fast paced and efficient), and Gino (friendly awesome extremely helpful respectful, polite, honest), all of them were respectful kind professional funny and answered all of my questions was very patient with me and stayed an hr over closing to make sure all of my paperwork was setup properly and all my personal belongings from my silver van was transferred into my red van, refilled the AC before I even got it bc it needed done they came with me on a test drive talked with me on a personal level and helped me with all the paperwork after and also allowed me to store my silver van near the back so I could have someone come with me to come get it but I drove the red one home for a fact i was proud of the purchase (so far so good just got it 7/10/19) felt confident and assured giving them $500 down and $250 a month starting the 20th of NEXT month I am 21 and haven't been able to establish credit just yet but this purchase will start allowing me to do so now so that's a plus.....they said if I need anything to just call and ask and go from there if anything changes in both positive or negative way(s) my review changes and I leave honest reviews so I'd rate this experience 11/10 as of 7/10/19 and thank yall again for the help appreciate it! UPDATE: On 7/15/19 (5 days after purchase) was doing 70mph in a 70mph on 90 towards Ashtabula to Gamestop to pick something up coming from Geneva where i live was 18mins away on GPS I make it with still 9 mins on the GPS to mile marker 228.2 (before the on ramp of Ashtabula) the car overheated and needed to pull over my mechanic told me to roll the windows down and crank the HEAT to full blast I did and it seemed to cool down then it turned on I went forward for about to under 60 secs and overheated again then waited some more same process all over again but this time it wouldn't even rev like the car was on and in drive but wasn't catching so I waited for 3.5 hrs (got stuck at 4:25 & didn't get towed till 8:15) in 90 degrees Ohio weather was hot out and had to have it AAA and needed picked up by my other half I called Mr Auto and they said they would fix it if I got it to them next day TODAY (7/16/19) owner Bruno personally from his cell calls me and apologized says it would need to be a few days because their mechanic was out sick they assured me that it will be fixed and was realistic about the situation but also confused why it happened in the first place so I'm goin to allow them to make it right and if nothing crazy happens after that when it's fixed then everything should go smoothly I hope, I understand cars break down and have issues but there was no reason after 5 days and being inspected it should have done that, will keep info up to date on results.
I purchased a car from Mr. Auto Sales. Their website had 81 pictures that I carefully scrutinized. The pictures did not do the car justice! It was better than advertised and I couldn't be more pleased! The staff was patient and with me as I bought the car site unseen from out of state. The processing of documentation was handled very well as was the actual transaction. The next time I'm looking to buy a car I will start at Mr. Auto Sales.
CC .. So pleasant , an patient also very sufficient , polite more than just employee greet people with a smile like a friend or family offer water so down to earth .. Will recommend people to buy a vechile. The owner tough cookie but also so nice both treated my family very kind like a neighbor , even family.
Not up front with hidden fees, $250 to do paper work, $15 to use credit/ATM card. Advertised A/C- didn't operate, paying $6,000 for a auto didn't feel I should have to pay out of pocket for anything. The blue Volvo wagon. Don't waste your TIME. They are living off deposits, they won't Refund!!!
Had an appointment scheduled to test drive a car, a few minutes before arrival they informed us they just sold the car! We had made them aware that we were driving 2 hours to see the car, clearly they don't value your time, would not recommend! Too many considerate dealers around to bother wasting time with them!
Dont do it, chief...... Dont give them A DIME of your hard earned money. This is an establishment centered in self-interest at the expense of the consumer.(by the way, most of these 5 stars are fake)
Do you ever hear about the bubble of Predatory Auto Lending? How used dealers bait people in with nice LOOKING cars with respectable to low prices only to completely shafted by the mechanical condition of the car, the ridiculous financing, or BOTH?
Well SIT DOWN, NERD....let me tell you about how I dodged an absolute BULLET here.
I'm in the market for a very specific car with a specific set of options that Mr Auto happened to have. I found it online, with a good looking set of pics with a good looking price. Everyone seems nice and accomodating at this point.
I stop by to take a closer look under the hood, and find a decent amount of grime on and around the power steering reservoir. Cecelia (who is at least polite at this point), refers another associate to talk. After a smug exchange about it being my first example of the model and how "hes owned three",then states that "the oil filter sometimes gets oil caked up around it". I point to the other end of the motor (where the actual oil filter is), and he goes back inside to figure out exactly what he was talking about.
Strike ONE
THEN I proceed to turn the car on.
'Bling, bling, bling.' Thats the sound of 3-4 error codes popling up on the display that were NOT present in the pictures. All with serious implications topped off with a "service engine soon" light. I test drive the car anyway. It actually felt pretty darn good, considering slight misfire and lack of AWD thats triggering the codes. Im still excited about finally finding an e92, and figured that they will just rectify those issues and sell it as advertised. I ask about the car's 1 owner history, and I was told that it was sold back to the manufacturer before they got it. Cool, but the Carfax says they got it at an AUCTION, who Replaced the starter TWICE in a month, and redid rear brakes twice within 6 months, one coming with a rotor replacement, indicating that the Transfer case has been bad for A WHILE, & they've been going without 4x4 extensively.
STRIKE 2
At this point, I bring the issues up to the staff, as they assure me that they woukd rectify them ASAP. Cool, time to talk payment, then. The car is about 7500 (worth 6000 with the issues, a new transfer case costs $2k ,but i digress as its an e92) ill put 3 grand down, but not until you fix those issues.they seemed happy to oblige.
I was called back 48 hours after the visit, saying that all the codes were gone, and it was just an ABS sensor (which COULD be a legitimate catalyst, but who has an e92 abs sensor just laying around? Did you overnight it? This sounds funky).i had planned on bringing my good ole trusty OBD II scanner on the next visit (shouldbe brought it the first visit, but forgot), but I wanted to run the numbers again.
Unwilling to add a warranty? Fine, youre a used dealer, and you dont maintain cars on site.understandable.
How much per month? 252? Cool, i can pay that off quick....
For 48 months? WAIT A MINUTE.......
Thats TWELVE THOUSAND DOLLARS im paying you back, and im only borrowing five. Cecelia insisted that it was a 24.9% interest rate and that it was the state maximum(LMFAO).Anyone whos decent at math knows that is an interest rate WELL over 50%, and well into the realm of PREDATORY LENDING.that is EXPONENTIALLY larger than the average rate of even SUBPRIME borrowers (which im NOT, btw)
I explain this, and she continued to stick with the 24.9%. they think im stupid.....I am BEYOND insulted.
Strikes 3, 4, 5, AND 6.
Dont enable these people by giving them ANY of your business. Thanks for coming to my ted talk :)
Best car buying experience ever!! That is with the kids too, lol! Very kind, honest and straightforward owner and staff. Looking forward to purchasing a vehicle for my son from them as well!
Bought my honda odyssey from them, and love it. Nice people, and very honest. Even held a post dated check for me until it cleared. Will definitely return. Thank you Bruno
Being an older man it can be a bit intimidating shopping for a car. Seems like everyone just wants to sell you something, anything now days.
I usually would visit a large commercial lot but I stopped here at Mr Auto because they had some great looking automobiles from the street. Cory I think his name is helped me out. He was really a patient young man and did not rush me around and really listened. I have to tell you this is one of the only times I told a dealer what I was looking for and how much I could afford to spend and was only shown cars that fit my budget. The nice young lady inside kept me topped off with coffee and the owner went through the manual and showed me everything. I have had my Cadillac for about two months now and I just can't believe how nice it is. You know these folks even called me up a couple weeks late; not a sales call they just wanted to know if I was still happy and did I have questions. Remarkable.
I stopped at Mr. Auto Sales today and looked at a 2004 GMC pickup they were asking $3495.00 for. It had 246,000 miles on it. After a test drive I liked the truck but was concerned about the miles, I offered a Bruno Razov $2500 for the vehicle, after all it is 14 years old and pushing 250K miles. Bruno proceeded to berate me , wishing me a Happy Easter and I will make this easy for you:"The price is $3495.00 I paid $3200.00 for it and its a 4 x 4", talking to me like I am some kind of idiot. I am 53 years old , own a contracting company, and was a mechanic at one time.Nobody pays the asking price for vehicles especially at a small cheap lot like this that buys cars at auction. I would have given him the $3200.00 he paid for it ,but after dealing with this jerk no way. STAY AWAY!
Came in at 5 o'clock to look at a few cars I've had my eye on for awhile, one of which is my dream car. Now I never expected to drive out of there with any of the cars I was looking at due to how Young I am. I've been working on my credit for awhile and I had some money to put down but I didn't think that would be enough. Anyways Cecilia went above and beyond contacting all of the loan places she could for me. Still yet I was denied like I thought. Cecilia had one more idea and she called a loan place that was usually closed by 5 but they answered and I was approved! And not only was I approved I was approved for my dream car and the payments are affordable with reasonable interest! Least to say I was very happy and excited so thank you for everything!
I will never ever go to this place nor would I tell anyone to, a friend of mine bought a vehicle here in the first month she couldn t even get her plates for the car She then called them about the situation and the lady was very rude saying that she can t help it that she bought a cheap car my friend spent $3500 on this car I don t think that s that cheap then only having it for a month not able to get plates on it it is now about seven months later and she has put a total of $2500 into the car. Very very poor customer service no help at all she was a girl so clearly she was taken advantage of!!!! Currently the car is in her driveway not able to be drove because of more mechanical problems!!!!!!
I searched for my next car for a week and I searched on CarGurus and found a 2004 Mercedes S500 at Mr Auto Sales and I called to get the owners personal opinion of the car . He was very cincer when he discussed it with me. Drove to the car lot and was greated by a lovely Lady and she handled the final process of getting the Mercedes.
Bought a vehicle from them that I found online. I am from out of state. I dealt with Cody. He was great at communication, giving me whatever info i needed and asked for and made the whole transaction easy, efficient and painless. The vehicle was EXACTLY as represented (if not better) and thier price was very, very good. I'd buy from them again in a second.
The owner is a complete POS I know this because I was previously an employee he fired me because I was frustrated with him he does not take pride in taking care of his customers in fact if you get mad and have a dispute with him he will shut down and call the police to have you removed he does not care about safety related items on cheaper vehicles so if that's what your in search of dont buy from him
P.s I already have a new job making more money I just genuinely dont like him. I also want to make people aware of who they are dealing with. Exactly why my family never bought from him
Bought a 2008 Honda Element a few months ago. it had a noise in the back passenger side wheel which they said they would fix before I bought it. Needless to say a few months later the same noise is back. Take it to a shop to find out the front brakes are completely siezed and need replaced, 2 struts in the rear, and find out it's in overall rough shape. repairs cost me close to $3000 on top of what I already paid for the car! I wouldn't have bought this car if I knew how many problems it had. I honestly feel they put a bandaid fix on the broken strut just to get the car off the lot and didn't tell me about all the other problems that were about to happen to it. very expensive lesson learned... never trust a used car salesman and never buy a used car without getting an independent mechanic to look over the car closely before purchasing. be wary buying from here and be SURE to have your vehicle checked by a mechanic BEFORE you hand them any money! I'd recommend buying your car elsewhere.
My husband and I were actually on our way to another dealership in Akron to look at a GMC Yukon Denali when they emailed me and said it was being serviced and not available to see or test drive even though they had confirmed the appointment just a few hours prior to us leaving. It was actually a blessing in disguise because the car was pretty beat up looking even in the pictures and I had a bad feeling about it.
Mr. Auto Sales was the 2nd dealership on our list so we decided to go there instead. We were greeted by Cecilia and she was really friendly and polite. She let us take the Yukon for a test drive and Bruno came out to talk to us about our truck we were trading in.
He was also nice and professional and gave us a very fair price for our truck. When we were in the office doing the paperwork, Bruno's dad came in and was really friendly, played with our 2 toddlers and stayed the whole time we were there. All 3 of them made us feel like family and it was one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. There was no pressure to buy and we got the Yukon at fair market price.
We had an issue with one of the clamps for the coolant hose and Bruno made sure it was taken care of free of charge the very next day.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we would buy here again. Cecilia and Bruno's dad (can't remember his name!) stayed over an hour past closing to make sure everything was done correctly with paperwork too. It was a great experience and our boys love the new car!
Cecelia might just be the best example of customer service I ve ever witnessed. She made me feel confident in my decision to buy the vehicle, which was a great value and in great condition! 100% recommend!
Bought a car here that drove great for about 100 miles then the transmission started to slip. If this car had been properly inspected a good mechanic would have seen the problem easily. Do not buy from here they claim to have check the cars over for problems but they are just pushing junk out of the lot.
Got the car I wanted at what I thought was a decent price. I'm $4,000 into repairs at this point with only 3,000 miles put onto it. I was told before I purchased the car that it was daily driven for a few months by one of the associates, and was very well taken care of. Parts of my car are super glued on (like the spoiler that flew off in the first car wash) portions of my center console have been screwed into place, and the dash piece under the steering wheel is broken and falls off with the slightest touch.
$600 in suspension $1000 harmonic balancer $300 in brakes $500 for spoiler $1150 in R&R for a wiring issue affecting turn signals And over $500 in petty stuff they never did like replacing the air filter of all things.
Overall my experience in person was great, Cecilia is honestly the gem of this place. The reasoning behind my 3 star review lies solely on the condition of the car that was represented to have a perfect interior, and only a couple dents on the outside, along with being nearly mechanically perfect. Basing my opinion off of other reviews I dont see myself driving 3 hours to this place for a car again, and I wouldn't reccomend anyone who even lives a block sway to shop here unless they have a mechanic on hand that isnt from chicks auto, or whatever hoopty place they have work on their cars.

If youre looking at the 06 Acura Tl. Do not buy it. It has leaks from the valve cover and oil pan. Sweating from the power steering pump. Tie rods had a lot of play, rides rough on bumps, alignment is off, rotors are warped and pads gonna need changed soon. Not worth the 4500 at all. More like 3200 at most. Dont let these small dealers fool you. Thats their job. Cecillia said she had it looked at last week and only needed a o2 sensor and vss sensor. Obviously needs way more. Nah im not mad just dont understand how you want 2900 down when you want 4500 all together for the car. Why you mad? Are you mad because everyone that was there either didnt want your ridiculous prices for your cars that has service lights or didnt get aporoved for your loans. Youre the only one mad here
My dad bought two cars here early in 2017. They were amazing cars and seems like a great deal. He got an Audi TT and a Mercedes S500. When my car started having some transmission issues it was time for a change. He brought me to Mr. Auto and we picked out an AMAZING BMW 535Xi. I have always leaned towards larger commercial dealerships however this car is certified 1 owner, 60k miles on a 2004. Has all the service records and I swear it still smells like a new car inside. It is SPOTLESS inside and out. I have been driving it for a couple months now and this thing is A+. Thanks Mr. Auto and thanks Dad :). I have referred a couple friends here as well
I love these guys... They was the only ones to work with me versus 5 other delerships in columbus... Im goin to purchase another car from these guys... They rock.... They sold me a nice a** car....
Advertised a car as having bluetooth, confirmed it did, but checking after purchase they lied, stated they would not decrease price at all, even with a burned floor mat and seats from last owner. As others have said, they do not have a service center, ironic considering there is a store right next door. Luckily the car only needed new brake pads, and minor miscellaneous replacements. Still an obnoxiously stubborn place, with false advertising. Avoid at all costs.
Edit- pretty much criminals. Did nothing in their power to help me at all. Couldn't even express sympathy for what could have been or the inconvience. They actually could have killed someone. NEVER GO HERE. They do not care about you at all. They really had me fooled into thinking they were good hearted people who cared about their customers. Terrible terrible lot
Original review- 2 stars I bought a 2005 Chevy silverado from this lot a couple months ago. I seen the truck with Cody & Cecilia. Both were very nice and pleasent people. Firstly I noticed a couple things wrong with the truck. They weren't willing to release pretty much anything wrong with the truck. Firstly it had a very fine crack in the windshield that I'll assume they thought I didn't notice. I noticed the blower didn't work on 5 and they commented it on it after I tried to turn it on so they had no choice. Keep on mind I asked them what was wrong with it or what work needs done to it before all of this, however they weren't willing to tell me anything unless I found it first. These weren't really a problem with me. I felt that it was still worth the asking price. I had a driver side mirror fall off while in the middle of driving. Found out it was replaced and stuck on with liquid nails rather then contact cement. Annoying, but not a deal breaker. What really did it for me was the last couple days my break pedal has been pulsing. I assumed it was a bent rotar or a bad abs sensor bc these are common. However then the breaks went completely out. I check on underneath for fluid and I seen nothing at the time. So I assumed it was a master cylinder. Before I installed it I noticed there was finally some fluid leaking from the front passenger side of the truck. I took a look under and I see that the break hose was zip tied to the upper control arm. So the hose was grinding every time the wheel was turned. Messing with breaks like that and not telling someone is seriously a terrible thing to do. If I was on an interstate I could have been seriously injured or even killed. As well as others. Not happy but it is what it is. Still a great truck. Just not happy about the issues that keep popping up from past maintenance.
Don t buy here and don t get fooled by the price, they don t care about your safety. Cecilia was very rude and told me this is not the car for you after me finding out there was a lot of issues in their car and tried to negotiate the price respectfully. If I bought the vehicle that day and did not inspect I could have blown the engine because the radiator has leakage and coolant was very very low it was not even safe to drive per my mechanic PPI inspection. I sent them an email about the issues and they did not even bother to reply. Don t waste your time inquiring here.
The sales woman was very pleasant , polite ,not pushy, and helpful. My only disappointment was that I drove 2 hours to look at a high line luxury car. I told them in the morning I was coming in the afternoon . When I got there the car was absolutely filthy with dirt and dust. Engine was filthy and needed detailed. It was stored inside only a few feet away from someone washing cars. Very unimpressed with that.
Bought a great car at an ok price. Nice people while they were trying to make the sale, but sent my title to the wrong address and tried to cover it up over the phone, so I m giving 2-stars because now I have to spend my time running around, waiting on a new title.
Terrible experience, dealer adds $500 in document fees on a cash sale, excluding tax and registration just to scam out of state buyers. Avoid at all costs, impossible to get near the price listed on their website.
