Alan provided exceptional service and saved us from certain misery when our AC compressor went out this summer during one of the hottest weekends, naturally. He arrived and found that our fan was out. We have an old model so if anyone else had shown up, there was high probability that we would have had to wait a week for new parts to be shipped, but Alan worked his magic and was able to install a universal part that he had on hand and saved the day! Seriously, it was already miserable in the house and I was legitimately concerned for my pets. We are so grateful for Alan going above and beyond!!

Air Conditioner went out at a poor time, as is usually the case. Service One exceeded our expectations!!!. Same day appt was great. Our 22 year old system needed replaced. By the end of the day, all options were given to us and by the end of the week our new system installed. No pressure and no hassle. They even provided temporary coolers to help keep us cool while we waited. Overall a really good experience considering the poor timing. We ve always received great service from Service One!!

Josh H. (Service One Plumbing Technician) was dispatched after we returned home from vacation to discover that our water heater was not functioning. Josh arrived right on time, and was able to quickly determine that the water heater was not repairable. He then explained our options clearly, complete with estimates for different kinds of replacement water heaters, and arranged for the scheduling of a replacement installation.

Tyrell was awesome, explained everything, gave me a quote with a range of options, and made the repair process easy. Always go with ServiceOne!

I had issues with my AC unit drain leaking. I called Service One and they said it would take a day for them to come out. But got a call back shortly after and was told someone could come out today.
Alan from Service One came out quickly and was very helpful and professional. He explained what the issues was, made recommendations for how to take care of my AC better and told me what he did to fix the issue and if it ever happens again what could be done. He was in and out within an hour and fixed the problem.
Overall satisfied with the responsive time and communication so I could understand the problem and take care of my AC better.

Technician Jesse, very unprofessional. Left the door open multiple times and we had our cat get out. Its been 24 hours and we still can not find our cat. Would not recommend at all.

Service One has always met contract. The maytag dishwasher pump failed. Part no longer available, so they replaced with a new dishwasher. The service contract worked.

It's nice to have peace of mind that if something breaks they will repair it for $480 a year, but called in on Monday may 8th, my fans won't start. Was told that closest available date is may 19th, it's almost 2 weeks. Have small kids at home and today was 92 degrees outside. Living in basement till may 19.

Israel arrived promptly and was very efficient. He immediately asked if we had any issues or problems with the furnace. He discovered that our humidifier was clogged which explains why my dogs were so staticy. After he was finished he again asked if we had any questons. Very nice and personable.

I signed up for a ServiceOne Bronze plan and set up an appointment for my furnace to be serviced/cleaned, covered under this plan. The Tech (Chris R.) came out and worked on my furnace. He was very professional and on time. He answered my questions and gave me some advice on different types of air filters. I am happy with the work that he had done.

I love these guys. I live in a rental house and my landlord lives out of state. She wants to keep the house in top notch condition. She has a contract with them and whenever I need something fixed all I do is call. They answer quickly, almost ALWAYS are able to get someone out the same day and then they submit the deductible request to my landlord. They always do a great job and the the techs I have worked with are always very professional and friendly. Keep your eye out for the technician named "John Fisher". This guy is super fast and really knows his stuff!! Someday I will be a home owner and I plan on using these guys for my own house. I am very pleased with them and high recommend them!

Alan did a great job. In and out quickly, offered unrelated advice on how to avoid future issues with our unit (move the litter box), and was overall a pleasant and friendly technician.

We experienced a failure of our air conditioning system as the hottest weather of the year descended upon us. Our service call was prompt and confirmed the unit would require replacement. We met with our Comfort Advisor, John, late on Friday afternoon and purchased the replacement a/c unit. The team that schedules the installs found a way to accommodate a quicker installation than the 11 days quoted which was a huge relief due to a serious medical condition in our household that would have been impacted by prolonged heat and humidity. In the meantime a portable a/c unit was delivered Monday morning so we could have a reasonably comfortable bedroom until the install date. The unit was free-of-charge to use and was greatly appreciated. Our installation team arrived on time, was courteous and professional and completed the job in less time than expected.

The entire process was handled with care for our needs and accomplished quickly- THANK YOU to the entire ServiceOne Team!!

Today Joaquin came to our house to replace a part in our oven. He was absolutely amazing!! He was very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. He even gave us advice on how to use all our appliances properly! I really enjoyed him and hope he would be the one to come out for our next broken appliance!

Tyrell came to fix our dishwasher. Tyrell was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient with my dogs. He went over the repairs and provided insight into the issue.

Always liked ServiceOne but once Mike F. Came to fix our furnace I was blown away by customer service and professionalism!

We had active ServiceOne contract on our new home purchased 2012 with a couple of contractors working on finishing our basement. We noticed after heavy rains that our sump pump wasn't running so had ServiceOne plumber come to inspect (I regret I didn't keep the name of the plumber). We determined the pump wasn't running because the two former contractors finishing the basement did faulty work including wiring our sump pump to a non-GFCI light switch that had to be turned on for the pump to work! He correctly referred the service to a ServiceOne electrician Steve B. and didn't charge for his plumbing call. Steve B. inspected and found the extent to which the former contractors had botched their electrical work and spent time explaining what had to be corrected. Our current contractors finishing the basement found the same independently and are fixing it superbly! Thanks ServiceOne!

I called ServiceOne this morning to see what time will they be coming out. They said early afternoon. Cliff G. called at 12:p said he'll be out in a few minutes. He was here at 12:50, done by 1:30. Explained what the problem was, gave me receipt., shook my hand was done. He was polite professional......thanks Service One!

Cliff G called while he was on his way to fix our furnace. He was polite and professional. He fixed the issue and even tried to light to furnace a few more times to make sure it was correct before leaving.

Larry did a great job in servicing my furnace. Extremely knowledgeable and addressed my issues.

Joaquin R. Fixed my dryer in one call! It could have turned out to be two different calls but he took the time and initiative to get the job done. He also took time to explain to me exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it.
I am very appreciative that ServiceOne sent Joaquin out to our house. He is a very pleasant worker with great customer service skills. I can't say enough about his work fast and efficient!

Joaquin was polite and let me know what was going on with my dishwasher every step of the way. I really felt so much better to have everything explained than getting "ok, it''s done" by some people. He was friendly, on time and put up with my barking dogs. Thank you Joaquin.

We have used service one on a few things in are house now and every time they have came out to fix something they have been all the above.

John came out to my home to repair my oven. Got the part and installed it. Very professional, didn't make a mess in my kitchen and was very courteous. I am very pleased and would gladly have John back anytime I need repairs of this type. Thanks, John!

Furnace quit one of the first cold days this winter. Service One came the same day and determined a part was needed. They were able to get this part and install it the next day.
