We experienced a failure of our air conditioning system as the hottest weather of the year descended upon us. Our service call was prompt and confirmed the unit would require replacement. We met with our Comfort Advisor, John, late on Friday afternoon and purchased the replacement a/c unit. The team that schedules the installs found a way to accommodate a quicker installation than the 11 days quoted which was a huge relief due to a serious medical condition in our household that would have been impacted by prolonged heat and humidity. In the meantime a portable a/c unit was delivered Monday morning so we could have a reasonably comfortable bedroom until the install date. The unit was free-of-charge to use and was greatly appreciated. Our installation team arrived on time, was courteous and professional and completed the job in less time than expected.
