We had active ServiceOne contract on our new home purchased 2012 with a couple of contractors working on finishing our basement. We noticed after heavy rains that our sump pump wasn't running so had ServiceOne plumber come to inspect (I regret I didn't keep the name of the plumber). We determined the pump wasn't running because the two former contractors finishing the basement did faulty work including wiring our sump pump to a non-GFCI light switch that had to be turned on for the pump to work! He correctly referred the service to a ServiceOne electrician Steve B. and didn't charge for his plumbing call. Steve B. inspected and found the extent to which the former contractors had botched their electrical work and spent time explaining what had to be corrected. Our current contractors finishing the basement found the same independently and are fixing it superbly! Thanks ServiceOne!
