There are a lot of inefficiencies within the software and anytime you need them to try to change something to help make it more efficient for your company, they don't ever do it. Nor do they ever reach out when they get negative feedback to see how they can resolve an issue to make a long standing customer happy. Software is a lot of time and a lot of money to set up and we are currently looking to switch.

We have been using Service Autopilot since 2014 and loved the software up until recently. Service Autopilot made a change to how you view/add notes on a customer s account that has drastically increased the amount of time that it takes to accomplish what should be a very simple task. I understand updates to software are necessary and I m not complaining about learning how to do something a new way. It simply does not function well now. When on the phone with a customer I need to QUICKLY be able to review any notes on their account. This is no longer possible. I understand that it must be daunting to update software and of course there are going to be unforeseen problems. What is concerning is that when we have expressed our concern, along with numerous other users, there has been no attempt to resolve the issue. If things don t change we will definitely be looking for new software. I would not recommend starting with this software right now.

SAP makes me life SO much easier at work for Campbell Lawn & Irrigation! I can manage clients accounts, billing, appointments, etc. with ease! And the app makes it helpful on the go, too! Highly recommend.

Look at the date of when reviews were posted. There is a trend. 2 years ago I would have easily given 4.5-5 stars. We've been with them for years and although things were never perfect we figured out back door/channel ways to make things work but in the past 18 months or so things have gone way downhill. Prices have increased, functionality has decreased. V3 (version 3) has been partially released and blame it on Covid or what they will it is terrible. We spend way more time and still can't do things as efficiently or easily as we could before. We're definitely starting to look around for other options. The time investment is much more than the financial investment getting started, so if you are in a position to start I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere. They used to answer the phone, now hold times are ridiculous. Seems like the advice from Lawn Care Millionaire is no longer used by Service AutoPilot, they have probably just grown too big, too fast and lost that unique advantage.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable reps helped me get going. There always checking in on me making sure it s going well. The software is retry intuitive for the most part. Some advanced features might need a bit of help getting going but overall it has exceeded my expectations. The website also has a very good help search function which has solutions for just about any and all questions you could have, a lot with tutorial videos too. Within 4 weeks of getting service autopilot, moving everything I had from excel sheets to their data base, my time I spend in the office has gone from about one and a half to two hours a day down to about 15 minutes!

Own an irrigation business and this software could be OK but the company behind it is clueless and careless and makes no effort to address issues. I've had numerous issues across every part of this software and have had to have "tickets" issued to resolve those issues over a dozen times because tech support was unable to resolve the issue. I have never once had any of those issues resolved. Nearly every time they change something within the system is a negative impact change. I end up having to click more links and open more windows to do the same task reducing efficiency and ease of use for newer users. Meant to switch last off season but had some emergencies come up and have suffered dearly this season. I will absolutely be switching this off season. I would not recommend this CRM to anyone ever.

I have posted several Google reviews, all of them positive; this is my first negative review ever. I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt and cut them some slack when things aren t perfect. I have been a happy client of Service Autopilot for 7 years. But a few months ago they destroyed the functionality of their note taking system and have not resolved the issue despite dozens of their clients complaining about the problem. When our clients calls in with questions it is important for our customer service reps to provide information about their account quickly. But this software now makes you click on the note once and then you have to wait for it to load. Then you have to click on it again and wait for it to load before you can see the note. The double loading takes FOREVER, and all of our customer service reps feel so frustrated all day long because of the extreme slowness when trying to see the notes. Our internet is super fast and reliable. Adding a new note to a client s account is even worse because there are several more clicks you have to do before it takes you to the right spot. The note taking process is so awkward. It really frustrates our employees, so we will be looking for a new software.

It's okay, but could be do much better. -There are a lot of things that are made more difficult then they should be. I use everyday and am good with computers, so I figured out a lot, but my boss and his wife have trouble with it. Here is a list:
-the feature I could use (making appointments by going off of other clients location,) so I have to literally Map it my clients before booking an appt, so but boys isn't running around, and it cost a lot more a month, which is not feasible for a small company. -have trouble entering the time when booking a service. -does not allow you to sort by street or city, which is very important for me, so once again I have to manually do it by filtering and printing each city individually, and can't do by street so I have to play matching game. Hate new designs, wont use it. -Can't search and info on clients page other then name and address. -barely any help, anytime I use help option, nothing there to help me. -can not filter the clients who do not have emails. Even making est and inv is more complicated then it should be.
