One of the worst companies out there. They lowball...

One of the worst companies out there. They lowball all their techs and send 1 tech out for what is a job for multiple technicians. We gonna get you ServRight, we gonna get you - we patient out here. I accidentally accepted another job in the past... they sent 2 pizza joes who didn't know jack about configuring IP's on servers... my god, I bounced after my 2 hrs - left those 2 pizza joes with the on site contact so they can eat time and get plowed. They try to hold absolutely no responsibility for the errors they made on their behalf. Stay away from this 1.

The tech broke out tv after claiming to do a repair for LG. The TV went to the blue screen of death and then power to tv just died. Now LG is not covering it. Saying it's out of warranty. On ti Square Trade to see what they will do.

Servright is a horrible company for LG service. Had service scheduled since June the 8th. Emily Vincent never answers her phone or emails. Finally get a hold of her and she is rude and transfers me to a dead line and gives no help at all! Technician has the parts for my TV and got into a motorcycle wreck. No one calls and lets me know anything, just leaves me hanging. Now they say there is no one in my area that can fix my Tv. You're telling me you only have one technician per area?? If you request service from LG DO NOT accept Servright LG Service.

We were forced to use Ser Right to buy a replacement part for our Drytac laminator. We originally were supposed to get the part shipped to us overnight. Then its turns out they ran out of stock and had to buy the part from China. Its been over 2 and half months and we are still waiting for the part and our Drytac laminator is still out of service. Serv Right has pathetic inventory management and poor ability to acquire parts from their supplier in China. If you are a company similar to Drytac don't ever sell the rights to your parts to a company like Serv Right.

After getting a response I was happy to get my repair in. I googled the company and I saw this page with a low rating, so I was worried. But when the gentleman came he was on time and very nice.

Awful. Scheduled repair thru LG for my TV. On Dec. 21 I explain the issue to them, and they say they're ordering parts. Appointment to come repair my TV was on December 30. December 28 I receive an email from them saying they dont have anybody available to come fix my TV now. Apparently one guy is busy until January 11, and the other guy is on vacation.

Why did it take them a week to let me know? Now I have to go through LG AGAIN, get a different repair service to order parts and fix and it will be at least another week before the parts even arrive.

If LG gives you this company when you schedule a repair through them, REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE

This company is incompetent and rude. We were forced to go through this company to get our LG TV repaired under warranty. They ordered every component in the tv to be replaced, including a new tv panel. After the tech came out to replace the boards in the back of the tv, he left the tv mount loose so the tv wouldn't stand up. Many screws were missing, stripped or in the wrong places and one of the panels in the back was missing. Tried to ask for a different tech to replace the panel, but we have yet to hear from someone to get that replaced and its been a week. It has been broken for a month at this point. When we explained the situation to them, they were rude. It's hard to believe this company is still in business and is still allowed to work with LG. Don't use this company if you can avoid it!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, THE TECH NEVER SHOWS UP FOR APPTS. WHEN YOU CALL THEY SAY THEY WILL GET BACK TO YOU AND THEY NEVER DO. BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH FOR OUR SHREDDER TO GET FIXED. VERY DISSAPOINTED.

Incredibly rude. Poor customer service. They asked for a four-hour window for service but didn t contact me to cancel. No technician showed. When I called to complain, they blamed it on the individual who scheduled my appointment. Definitely would NOT recommend.
