What great customer service !!!! I would like to acknowledge Christian Printup and Jill (at the will call/customer service area) this past Saturday, 1/26/19. I had ordered tickets on my phone for the Price is Right show they had at the casino. At 1:48pm, I mistakenly ordered 2 tickets for the 2pm show, when I meant to order tickets for the 8pm show. Obviously I could not get there in 12 minutes. When I realized the mistake, I immediately called Ticketmaster to explain what happened. They could . not do anything because the tickets said "no refund/exchanges", gave me a phone # for Seneca Niagara to see if they could help. I then spoke to a customer service rep and explained my situation and she emailed the Senior Executive of Entertainment, Mr. Christian Printup. He contacted me not long after I spoke to the rep. I explained my situation to him and he said "Not a problem. I will have new tickets in the same section available for you at the Will Call desk. Ask for Jill." So, I go there, ask for Jill, she gives me new tickets in an envelope and off we go to eat. I pulled out the tickets and realize they were not in the same section, so I go back to Jill and explain that Christian said they would be in the same section. Showed her my notes from talking with him and she did not hesitate to give me new tickets in the original section that I had ordered tickets. Awesome service!!!!! The show was excellent and the crowd had fun, especially the people who won. So, after we went to play some slots. That was fun and the machines are mesmerizing, so much so that, that we moved from one machine to another at the other end of the room.........and I left my purse behind on the floor. I immediately found a security guard, told him what happened, my husband went back to the machine we were previously at and came back with nothing. The security guard called the girl at the Lost & Found, walked us over there, and miracuously, someone turned my purse in. She made me check my purse to see that nothing was missing. Nothing was missing. We went back and played some more slots...and I held onto my purse the whole time. We had a lot of fun that night, had excellent customer service and plan on coming back, maybe even stay over. So, again, thank you so much to Christian Printup, Jill, the security guard and the girl at the Lost & Found.
You all made our first visit there a night to remember.
