It is much populated but overall good prices and the whole place is clean a lot.

You can find the Best of almost anything at this place. As good as the Harrods or the Liberty's i would say.

Didn't enjoy shopping here as it was just too busy and its probably because they had a massive sale.

You can get almost everything you want and the staffs are friendly and helpful.

I watched the show called Mr Selfridge, so I just had to visit here... All high class stores here, be ready to spend a fortune of you want to buy anything... Lol

Selfridges is a high end department store with a lot of history. I recommend you to watch the series Mr Selfridge before you visit. It all make more sense on how mortar and brick stores got introduced to the UK.

Lots of expensive stuff sold by people who believe it's a privilege to he served by them. Never been keen on the place, but it has gone down hill lately.

Great department store, but be prepared to battle through all the tourists!

Selfridges was the most beautiful store I have ever stepped into. I came because I have always loved the history of the store and was even more amazed when stepping through the doors. The staff was extremely polite to me and I felt totally at ease. When you step into many high end stores it's typical to feel judged on looks and whether or not you can afford it. While at Selfridges, the staff never forced themselves on you and gave you space. I was able to think about my purchases before I made a commitment. The store was huge and they sold basically everything. Right before this I was in Milan, and I would have rather spent the day in Selfridges then all of the stores in the city. Selfridges was definitely worth the trip for the history and the amazing shopping. In addition, Oxford street in general was a sight. If youre a fan of history and fashion go to Selfridges! (And they have great cocktails)

Too much things the way too extremely ecpensive! No way to buy anything clothes as wish love them. But is a shame too higher risk buy soooo expensive. I was buy japan stationary things is quite cheap enough to worth this book and writing pen at all of those. I cannot expect takes my insurance money to spend going be loose it. Because of fashion load of things is too expensive. I'll never go back again in my life. Is my husband is not very happy spend could waste of money is! Perhaps one of the best department stores we have been too. It's the package and location. It's iconic and it's located at the famous Oxford Street where you can also visit the many stores there. Inside, the Selfridges is convenient to walk around. Definitely prefer them over Harrods as I always get lost in the latter. Nursery room is excellent for mum and kid. Easy access from the tube and buses are plenty. Pathway are wide along the Oxford that makes walking in this area like sight seeing. Marks and Spencer is nearby, that's great if you need quick healthy meals.

I just don't get what all the hype is about. I waited for over 15 minutes for help and it just seems like the sales associates wanted to help people that were from the middle East or looked like they were going to drop a ton of money. It's overcrowded and not a very pleasant shopping experience. I really wanted to try a salt beef sandwich and the service in that part of the restaurant was quite poor.

Incredibly deep selection of international foods. Superb prepared foods to eat as well. Sit next to windows facing Baker Street for some decent people-watching. Prefer this food court to Harrod's.

I only go there because my Wife loves looking around shops. I hate it. Really need a drink after spending hours looking at the same things as before.

I really enjoyed Kaspers restaurant. The food was very good, in fact i have changed my mind about eating Duck now based on the quality of this. I have had Duck in the past and it was no where near as good. I am just so pleased I decided to take a risk on this.

One of the finest stores in London. Excellent choices of top designer clothes, assesories and fragrances. A special highlight are the exclusive watches.

If you want to see how the other half lives, just walk through the jewelry and high end designer sections. The amount of money being thrown around is mind boggling if you aren't used to it. The store does have anything you could ever want. More

So impressed with there selection. The cosmetics sections have all the boutique brands like BOBBY BROWN, MAC, Benefit, Chanel and now even a KOREAN section featuring big names like TONY MOLY. Recommend if you are buying fragrances, people are everywhere ready to spray you with perfume !

Lots of brands and shops and they don't each sell very much. Very busy and almost chaotic and not that easy to find a particular shop or your way around. Definitely an experience

The largest department store in London it is a truly remarkable piece of history.
On Oxford Street in the centre. You will literally find everything. Designer brands, a wonderful food hall furniture, lighting and everything you could want.

I can understand why they were voted best department store 3 times in a row. Exclusive products with great customer experience. The outside facade looks amazing too.

Would be a 5 if I was rich. 3 because I like to dream of some of the stuff that's in there. One day maybe.

At one if the Oxford Street entrances there is a bronze plaque in the pavement. Although there was a Wet Floor sign outside I still managed to slip this afternoon. In my opinion the sign is not sufficient as used at present.

Very disappointing customer service regarding my online order. I basically had to come up with a solution myself as the agent kept reading from his script instead of making an effort to satisfactory solve the issue of a misdirected delivery. Wouldn't recommend their online store, at least not if you don't have unlimited time to receive the order. Please train your staff to think, not just repeat scripts.

Usually had very good service in this store especially in the men s clothing and men s shoe department. Although on my last visit I was stood in the Louis Vuitton Boutique for a good 10 minutes and not one member of staff approached me and asked if I needed help. Very disappointing!
