Top shelf shopping... top quality brands and lots to choose...
Great ranges plus some quirky stuff housed in an architecually iteresting building
Appeared dirty and crowded it may have been busy but not the cleanliness you would expect from them.
One of a black fair security male staff working at the selfridges store in Oxford Street London has been rude to me i only ask him know where the foodhall is his said to me take a deep breath think his reckon I'm a legal migrants i got black dark skin i branded him a horrible nasty security man i described selfridges store in London a worst store
Best place for buying hot contemporary brands and high quality merchandise.
Outstanding
Class
Harrods is over rated
Good quality but expensive the place is very famous in Oxford street
Everything and anything under one roof. Great quality and quantity. Love it!
Absolutely love shopping here.. tho must admit I d stay longer and spend more if the heating wasn t always so high!
Horrible new layout. No class, poor staffing, music too loud. Over priced. I wouldn't bother to go again.
It is the epitome and pinnacle of Excellence, class , Style and home to the most elite Brands in the World!
My grandson's enjoyed shopping here we pooped in before we went to the airport to fly home
One of the best place for shopping! I loved to be there and specially in the beauty section, have got all main brands to shop for + many freebies! love it!
Probably tha most expensive department store on earth, but I was curious to visit it because I know the history of it. Salespeople very, very snobbish, only 2 girls in the entire place asked if we needed any assistance. Because of that alone we didn't buy anything.
Its seen.as one of.the more trendy Oxford Street department stores with more customer friendly layout and brighter. Would benefit from having a range of domestic appliances with thier audio visual department and upper floor external events like John Lewis
I was blown away by the window displays. High end luxury fashion icons each showcasing their own take on a certain theme. This time around it was Shakespearean theatre. The actual department store has everything from produce to perfumes. Worth a look even just a window shop.
Everything you could need, under one roof. Providing you can afford it...
It was a frenzy here during Christmas. Had live in-house DJ spinning the tunes. Whole establishment seems very lively. Friendly staff!
Prices are a little steep but it's is understandable since it's catering to upmarket products. However, you can get some pretty good deals on weekdays where discounts of up to 20% can be seen.
Terrific customer service centre for filling up tax refunds!
Emperor's New clothes! Floor upon floor of horrid overpriced 'fashion'. Difficult to find anything you need or want in amongst it all
Exceptional; everyone is physically attractive and the chocolate is heaven. Excellent perfumery and overpriced handbags but always one of my favourite West end shops ever. I got my Panama from there 25 years ago and it's still excellent.
It's a department store with rather high prices. Rather pretentious!
I love shopping here; there is so much variety.
The food court isn't great, I would go elsewhere but the make up section is amazing.
Exactly what you can expect from a place like this. You can find everything but nothing we ll leave you speechless. Really nice place
Everything you want in one place ..Warm greeting from staff..Delightful in every way..
Fabulous shopping experience...
Very large department store, most of the brands are there but to be honest they are little bit expensive compared to others
For all the hype, Selfridge's has often left me feeling disappointed. In a modern world it is unable to keep up with the likes of Amazon, which really is what it is. An "anything and everything" store that can't contest with the range and diversity of online marketplaces.
Not able to provide what I was looking for, a simp e soppy Valentine card and baby wrapping paper. Very disappointed. Went to John Lewis and they had plenty of choice.
Helpful staff, plenty of space. Everything well organized
I m in love with Selfridges once again. This used to be a regular for me in my teen years. However, when they initially started to revamp the store it lost some of the magic for me....
Well several years later I went back to pick up a school bag for my little one, as I couldn t order it anywhere else. Used the click & collect service, this was easy to find after being given direction by the staff.
Once there showed the bar code for scanning via the Selfridges app, gave my ID ... bing, bang bosh, a yellow Selfridges bag appears with goods wrapped up.
Took the opportunity to check out the cinema whilst I was there as I didn t know they had one, which made me happy since The Lounge has been shut down at Whitely s.
Also when you are there do try a little something, something from Dolly s. Had a cake and lovely cuppa...Divine luxury!
Amazing....best store in Oxford street bar non. Tech store is amazing!
All the designer shopping you need, under one roof! Friendly staff, but not too pushy!
Worst physical customer service experience
Waited more than 10minutes
No one greeted us
There was 2 people standing behind their desk putting letter in enveloppe and no customer been helped as we were 5 customers waiting
I was in selfridges shopping for the first time ever the other day. Walked past this really nifty area called Red five, had some really awesome stuff. The guy working there was so nice and knew so much just had to drop him a review. Excellent service Mr Emmanuel, whatever they are paying you should be doubled. Hope you are there next time I go shopping!
Greatest department store in London. Hands down!!!!
Very good range of quality goods. Mostly designer makes. Good shopping experience
Great shopping experience, beautiful store could spend the whole day lost in there.
Very posh, friendly staff, some of the things for sale are unbelievable expensive, but top quality
A great 'luxury store' , less stuffy than Harrods. Menswear is modern and cool. Always worth a visit if you are in Oxford Street, the Watch Room is a must as well.
Gets very busy, children section is amazing. Little pricey
This is the place to shop when you want to max out your credit cards... wide range of designer brands that can amaze you...
What's not to like? Selfridges has it all and feels like such a treat when you purchase something there. Staff are friendly and approachable and just wandering around it is something a bit special.
Massive place, you need to have a lot of time to be able to see everything around here
My favourite place to go. Far better than Harrods, Harvey Nics and Liberty!
Great shopping experience, all the brands under 1 roof.
A staple in London department store scene and for good reason. Wide selection of products and layout is nice
Brass rail had the best food. The matzah ball n Reuben was to die for. This place has limited choices but quality food
