Very disappointing customer service regarding my online order. I basically had to come up with a solution myself as the agent kept reading from his script instead of making an effort to satisfactory solve the issue of a misdirected delivery. Wouldn't recommend their online store, at least not if you don't have unlimited time to receive the order. Please train your staff to think, not just repeat scripts.
