Don t buy online!!!!
I bought my niece an electric ride on car. The day before Christmas we tried to put it together. The car was broken. I called selfridges and they were so rude. They wouldn t deal with me and l put lots of stress on my pregnant wife. eventually had to drive the car to selfridges to get a replacement. The floor manager Hannah apologised and said that she would email me free high tea tickets.
I then took the car around to my nieces house and put the car together. The car started smoking. Again it was faulty. I then had to sort out another replacement. It was scary that i could have put my niece in danger.

I have had no contact from Hannah despite going into the store and asking her to come back to me 3 times. Shocking service. Do not buy online from them.

They need to use a food tongs to lift a single scone into a takeaway bag. A blue glove that seems to be everpresent for all uses is not what I would expect from this otherwise amazing store. The same blue glove is used to handle cash and the problem is ongoing.

Nice shop bought some meat in the food hall was not very good they think they are better than what they are and not cheap.plus all a bit to stuck up for my liking

Don't buy anything online. Over 3 months since they cancelled an order and still have not refunded me.

Other than the tourists window shopping, its an unfriendly place with products on sale. Food hall is still great offering new foods that you can taste and unlikely to buy.

you have to go to selfridges if your bad and have bare p to spend. people go their to window shop i go their to buy the whole shop.

Located on Oxford street in London, this store is an iconic institution. A shopper's paradise...

Staff at LV were very helpful and remembered our names when we came back later that day

Selfridges is the anchor of shopping in London especially the one in Oxford Street. Very helpful staff and love the food hall. You can also find most trendy fashionable gear in this joyful place.

Amazing food hall where to get a meal while doing shopping in the main shopping mall at Selfridges, a place where you can treat yourself making shopping in stylish brands stores.

Very busy, must visit if in London. Likely you'll find items here that simply aren't available anywhere else.

I didn't quiet like it because it feels like it has everything and every brand but you will be wasting time figuring out what is on which floor and i just didn't like i prefer buying goods from different shops in oxford or regent street.

this is a REALLY nice store, it really is a serious completitor to Harrods...very worth going to see this place

A beautiful department store that is nice to look around.

A very grand department store with great brands. Easy to get lost in though.

Selfridges is always a good shopping experience and should be able to cater to a family's entire shopping. Prices are competitive but not the lowest. You can spend the whole day here and get everything you need. The food hall offers different outlets for different palates as well as wine and whiskey bars, coffee outlets. Of course, not forgetting the huge areas meant for cosmetics and luxury products.

Incomplete delivery. Also paid for a gift box. Only got a large cardboard box, yellow inside, doubling as a postal carton and used to send it by the courier. Customer service line undermanned with excessive waiting times. First purchase from Selfridges and will be my last.

It's an iconic store in an iconic building.
If you want glitz and glamour you'll get it in spades here.
I could spend hours here just browsing, let alone eating and drinking here.
I find it more enjoyable than Harrod's as it's less cramped & has a more spacious feel.
To be fair you'd be hard pressed not to find something you liked here.

A unique place with all the great brands inside it. You should visit it even if you could not afford buying something. Exceptionally expensive clothes and accessories.

There is almost nothing you cannot buy here & it's just a beautiful place to spend time or money or both. Don't miss out on the shoe galleries - a true wonder!

You will find everything you are after, from a perfume to smartphone and in between with things like a suit, or an air purifier. Even on key dates when it is jampacked, everyone just proceeds calmly in an orderly fashion, like in a procession, all choreographed by the staff and security guards, with appropriate background music: I love it! You can even order online and pick up your item in-store, with their click-and-collect service or have it delivered home, for free: how cool is that! There is also a rooftop restaurant, in a nice decor and views to match, that serves good menus with an Italian gastronomic touch. Whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner, there is a decent selection. If not hungry, there is a foodhall, too. Even when there are extremely busy, there is no room for chaos or criticism, but only praise. Excellent shopping experience with an outstanding, five-star customer service, every time.

High-end brands, with best tea shop and afternoon tea. You always will find some exclusive stuff for the place like perfumes and bags worth buying

very poor customer service staff always taking to each other rather then trying to be helpful. found the staff in the men's casual department to be very unprofessional just stand around in groups talking to each other.
