Very busy with tourists and Christmas shoppers but good selection!

Much superior to Harrods. I was a contractor here and never got banned unlike at Harrods.

Reminiscent of the large department stores in Japan, these places will normally be quite pricey, but you can get some very high quality products here. They aren't above selling reduced items, so you can still grab a bargain. Half off and 75% both available on select items.

For me it is better than Harold, maybe due to the price of the goods. It is very organized so you will not feel tired that easy. The service is really nice. My girlfriend bought some makeup for me it seems like with extra face makeup service and some training:-p

We all know selfridges is a nice shop, but in this current climate it's weird that the customers are outnumbered by staff. I'm talking 2 customers and 10 staff in that hall where they sell watches. Maybe an effective business strategy but not my cup of tea

You can even find some Kosher sandwiches there. Payment using self cashiers are very convinient.

Always a great shopping experience. You don't need to buy anything to have fun in Selfridges

Very beautiful, but busy store. Difficult to move through with ease during the Christmas period. Shop early...

Ordered a t shirt online, came covered in dust/dirt... not impressed.

One of the most iconic shops of london! Quite expensive though

Overpriced pretentious items. If you've been once , not worth a revisit. Fashion only gets worse

I feel sad that i have spent more than 5000 pounds in a store that couldn t be bothered to offer me a complimentary glass of water. I spoke to the customer services about this as well and their response was we had complimentary water but it finished . How can such a big store/company not have enough water facilities for their customers. Totally unacceptable.

Friendly staff, helpful and lots of different parts to the store, from clothes to jewellery to camping stuff to toys, very good

The staff just look so uninterested, you get a look like you are poor. Frosty shouldn t judge anyone on the way they look, underneath their clothing could me a multi millionaire. You judge everyone as an equal, only reason for the 3 stars and not 1 star is because the men s accessories. They young lady were extremely helpful. So thank you to her, you made my experience worthwhile. Oh and the door men at the VIP address, get rid of them. Paying them to just stand outside and do nothing

Many staff on the beauty floor did not seem bothered to come and help us.

Love it on a hole however my grandkids needed to be changed could not find a changing room . Had to go to M and S to get the job done .

Fantastic store.clothes .makeup.food hall.and much much more you could spend the day there.

Opulent and lavish with lots of middle eastern clients. Some exquisite sunglasses purchased here.

staff are extremely ruid look at you as you are a pice of dirt only place staff were proffesional were Jimmy choe outlet , As a security specialist your security whistle observing them have a agressive look at most customers unless you are about 20 with long blond hair and a skirt up to your ears . Sorry only do that at weekends when they are bizzy . Security manager is failing on teaching customer services reception. Not impressed.

Very chic department store. Luxury brands. Accordingly, very expensive

Huge. This is a store for those more aligned towards the bourgeoisie side of life. It's so high profile that to shop here one would have to make an annual salary of over 100k. All the workers openly show how stressed they are and will gladly be rude to both the workers of their own and other departments.

Stunning. Lockdown measures mean a whole lot more personal space to shop in.

I had a lovely walk around on Monday afternoon for a tea! I can compared this store to the famous H. I had a gluten-free cake, staff are amazing service charge reasonable the staff deserve it. As a couple we can say it was a pleasant experience. ( Monday afternoon)

I would rate my last experience as zero stars. Customer service has definitely gone down hill. The staff in the women's shoe section couldn't be less attentive if they tried. The 2 stars are for the wide selection of shoes which always impress.

Everything and anything you might need or didn t even know you needed

Tried to make payment for 4 days but still saying error , already tried different credit cards and PayPal , this problem occur since on sale , waste time , never see a website / app like this

Was here on boxing day and was amazed by the massive discount on branded merchandise! On a whole, this mall is self sufficient, it has almost whatever you can think of... Must visit for shoppers.

Maybe a little different after all these years but still nice to visit.

Absolutly amazing! I went with a friend for a quick visit and we end up spending the whole afternoon there. Yes and we shop ......

The old Selfridges was so much better and nicer.
Luggage was in one department, shoes another, bags etc etc, and Staff were very helpful.
Currently Staff are condescending towards customers, and shop is Sectioned into Brands.
Not the best.

London institution. Amazing to people watch. Could get lost for hours.

high end shopping centre you can really find everything there touch it try and test it, there is even massage on the lower g floor

Massive mega mall selling designer clothes and various kinds of foods on the ground floor. Didn t have time to go to the food hall but might try next time.

Staff are very professional and maintain a respectful distance, you can shop without having someone disrupt you every now and then for sales. I find that morning staff are better than the afternoon ones as they leave you to shop without confronting you as much.


Toilets could be more airy and clean but are decent enough.

Overall one of the best experiences in shopping at a mall I have been to in London and definitely worth a visit for a day out as well as a tourist attraction where you can get special gifts.

Fantastic service! Learned so much from Georgia (Dyson stall). She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and offered a wonderful and cheerful assistance. She is an asset to the company. I hope she s recognised for her hard work .

I was very disappointed to see that my favorite Libanese place was no longer existing it was the best hummous of all London. Also too many people inside not knowing where to pay. There was also a misinformation on tag price very upsetting when you go to the cash to pay.

Excellent range and display. We stopped in the Kitchen on the 4th floor. I ordered a pizza a coke and a bubble tea bill was just under 20 pounds.

The place is gigantic. I love the Godiva strawberries. But not comparable to Harrods.

One of my favouritw shop in Lnd! Sometimes there is more tourist than people who really want to buy somethint but Im always happy to pop in and buy small gooddieesss!

For me the best department store in London, very big selection from high end to average clothing selection. A very good selection of restaurants. The only issue that most the time it s very crowded. Good VAT facility.

Amazing for shopping eating and afternoon tea. An amazing array of cosmetics.and perfumes.
Love the food hall love trying different flavours from around the world.
Also I love the confectionary. The chocolate smells and taste so good is a temptation I can't resist.

Almost everything you want, nice prices, good for gifts and if you are tourist there is VAT office.

Finally found what I'd been looking for here. Harrods, no. Fortnum, no. Liberty, no. Well done Selfridges

If you are a fan of the show, a visit is a must. If not for that reason, then go for the great service, extensive range and food options.

Surely the finest department store in all of the UK, so much choice that you could spend hours in there shopping without realising

If you have money to burn then shop here...otherwise avoid like the plague.

Great selection of food and drinks. Always busy so be prepared to queue.

Amazing place with a great range of products to cater for all. Dining area top floor worth a visit, not to mention Snowflake counter for dessert on the ground floor.
