Went in to have a look around and ended up spotting a couple of watches that I rather liked, I didn t buy but the chap that served me was great and couldn t have done anymore to help me

Excellent department store for brands shopping. My wife wanted to stay there forever.

The way in which your telephone has just been answered is DIRE!!!
I was under the illusion that ENGLISH is still indeed the spoken language of this country.
The operative who answered the telephone needs urgent re-training in how to answer a telephone.
It would also be immensely helpful if you would post the telephone number of your Oxford Street store on your web-page, not the 0800 one.

This review is of the Hermolis kosher food counter.

The food is really tasty, and everything looks beautiful. There is a counter where you can buy meats, salads and fish, and they also have a separate fridge where you can get prepacked stuff.



You can eat at the tables and chairs next to the windows, and it's a boon for anyone who keeps kosher and happens to be in the West End.

Great bargain omg I got a 45pounds game off monopoly for 3 pounds in the sale I couldn't see anything wrong with the game I brought it because off the price lovely staff going back a gain for suer

A high end brand store in Oxford street. Great collection .. I went during sale period and they had amazing deals . Loved it ..
Wheelchair accessible and toilets are also there for customers.

Very nice department store. Clean, looks beautiful, friendly staff... Also, they have some unique items what you can't find anywhere else.

I have been visiting and revisiting Selfridges all my life. It's trending all the time yet still keeps its warmth and charm.

Selfridges is the best, especially -1 floor where you can find a lot of top notch fashion staff for a relatively (compared to London) low prices.

Had a wonderful treatment at the cowshed spa, very professional and to the point. The treatment was excellent, but the therapists looked unhappy and bothered. They made no effort to communicate - that detracted from the overall experience and for a service giving industry not good. Minor thing, but get it right.

Great shopping and great offer. Each floors sell something specific

Beautiful old building, plenty of choice, and a rotating cast of characters (restaurants, activities, bars) on the beautiful rooftop.

Love a stroll around Selfridges! Can get a bit confusing and lost- sad that they remover the topshop/primark/h&m offering in more of the high street section though. Excellent food hall.

Famous store in London and great place to go shop and see things

Poor experience - very unfriendly customer service person at Paul Smith counter (Geoffrey) made a silly excuse of machine not working when returning an item and then sent from counter to counter. The customer service person on 4th floor (Orlando) was equally unhelpful and rude too
They keep making us go from counter to counter - pathetic

Had a wander around it at Christmas. Staff very helpful. Go to the roof where there is a bar. Nice atmosphere.

Well worth a visit. You could spend the day here shopping, eating and shopping some more. Very big and spacious.

A great shopping place with very friendly staff and a wide variety of brands and products to choose from.

The less famous brother of Harrods, with products and prices more in line with its customer base. Offering a tremendous range of items, one seldom leaves Selfridges without at least a small bag filled.

How can I describe this place? Just amazing, it's the heaven for shopping or enjoying a day hanging around and eat or drink for the whole day. Love it

Selfridges London is my 2nd best department store not only in london but worldwide. The huge department stores hosts everything from children wear, menswear, womenswear, accessories, home ware, electronics, stationery, food hall, restaurants, cafes and more. 3 years ago a series featuring selfridges was aired showing the history of the store and its founder.

Can't do real shopping without coming to selfredges

Fantastic looking shop. Most items are in upper price range. Service when being served excellent but generally a wait for service.

Pleasant shopping experience. Excellent customer service.

Large variety of designer concessions for men, women and kids.

Nice food court. Be sure to also try the Monkey Cookies!

Love visiting the seasonal rooftop bar and this spring is a delight!

Nice place for sightseeing, the windows always have great display

Very disappointing experience. Had been here through serveral years and it s getting worse over time. Lift that doesn t work, service people who do not know there own shop, etc. - but wait - the prices have gone up rapidly. Won t come here anymore when I m in London. The much better experience is at Harrods.

Can never go to central London without a trip to Selfridges
