I feel sad that i have spent more than 5000 pounds...

I feel sad that i have spent more than 5000 pounds in a store that couldn t be bothered to offer me a complimentary glass of water. I spoke to the customer services about this as well and their response was we had complimentary water but it finished . How can such a big store/company not have enough water facilities for their customers. Totally unacceptable.
