Massive mega mall selling designer clothes and various kinds of foods on the ground floor. Didn t have time to go to the food hall but might try next time.

Staff are very professional and maintain a respectful distance, you can shop without having someone disrupt you every now and then for sales. I find that morning staff are better than the afternoon ones as they leave you to shop without confronting you as much.


Toilets could be more airy and clean but are decent enough.

Overall one of the best experiences in shopping at a mall I have been to in London and definitely worth a visit for a day out as well as a tourist attraction where you can get special gifts.
