Poor experience - very unfriendly customer service...

Poor experience - very unfriendly customer service person at Paul Smith counter (Geoffrey) made a silly excuse of machine not working when returning an item and then sent from counter to counter. The customer service person on 4th floor (Orlando) was equally unhelpful and rude too
They keep making us go from counter to counter - pathetic
Really not to improve standards
