Beautiful place allot of stores and there all expensive. But great staff always friendly and give out testers for perfumes and make up. Overall great place.

Beautiful and huge store, I went to The Kooples stall and the saleswoman was so helpful and nice !

Looking for high end brands from makeup, electronics, jewelry, clothing and even stationary this is your go to place. Many lovely cafe snd restaurants each one is unique but try the roof top restaurant and the shoe floor cafe. Yumminess.

Great spot to have a lunch and spend a few hours just browsing around. Selfridges provides you as well with reasonably priced parking, should you wish to explore other parts of West End.

Great department store with way too much wonderful things to spend all your money on! Fantastic atmosphere. Must check out thr brasserie of light for breakfast

Be prepared to get lost. The store is huge. Its aim to be elegant means signage is discreet and hard to spot. Key things like lifts, toilets, and most importantly an exit need to be more prominent

Loved looking at everything there. Didn't buy anything as it was quite expensive

I visited the book store to pick an order I like the layout of the department and later I visited the candle section where I treated myself to a diptyue sandalwood candle

Went for afternoon tea at the rooftop restaurant very expensive and not alot to show for it.

Always busy and rather tiring place. I, personally, find it difficult to orientate there..

Upper class department store to go for branded stuff. It has a nice foodhall with good collections of food.

One of the best stores on Oxford Street. Everything in one store. Nice food hall as well.

Worst online service,,,For all Saudia Arabians DO NOT use the online shopping,,, your shipment will either come broken or lost,,they changed their shipment service using ARAMEX instead of DHL!

An amazing temple to shopping. Worth a visit just to gasp at the selection and find things you couldn't see in other stores.

This huge department store is the store real Londoners use - with friendly staff, a huge range, concierge services, easy access to tube and taxis and a MASSIVE range of products and services available under one roof you can t go wrong with Selfridges.

A London institution. I could spend hours here. Friendly helpful staff. Food Hall is a must.

Such beautiful venue. The food is always amazing at Aubaine and it's the perfect spot for a quick coffee or a bite to eat between shopping. Ask for a table in the back under the flowers!

I visited Selfridges to ask if they could slightly adapt one of their Rest and Relaxation hampers because I wanted for my sister who had just undergone major cancer surgery and I wanted to remove the alcohol and add something and I was not worried about what they would charge me. I got a flat no from the store and then went I sent an email they just ignored me, I even sent one to their press office asking if it was because it was for a cancer patient, still no response.

Here is some news Selfridges, cancer is out there and a store your size should be disgusted at the level of service you have provided.

My wife's glasses fell apart at the hinge while we traveled into Bond St last week. Selfridges optician section on the ground floor - were able to source the correct hinge screw and fit it for us directly, - thanks to the assistant manager Edgardes for his help. A task an optician would normally do but Selfridges were also able to do and they considered a normal request. Thank you, it was not easy finding a suitable place in that part of London.

Best place in London to buy smoked salmon. The food hall is what I come for.

I do not know how they behave in louis vuitton but their sweets department is an overpriced piece of sh...

A very large and traditional department store, with comprehensive stock, plenty of staff and lots of space to wander in a relaxed manner, although the ground floor can get rather busy. The displays in the fresh food department are delicious. Don't dare to shop there when you are feeling hungry.

Had an amazing experience with their Tax Return Lounge. The space was comfortable, quick and easy. I worked with Dalila and she was very informative and thorough, such a delightful experience completing paperwork! Thank you so much for your patience and help :)

Everything you need under the one roof, though they should bring back furniture, loving the renovations. Menswear always delivers great fashion and customer service is some of the best around.

I brought a Dior Eyewear from the eyewear section, the woman took almost 25 minutes to go downstairs to the warehouse to get me the glasses. I purchased the glasses then went to a restaurant and my sister said let me have a look at your glasses so I showed it to her and she noticed that they gave me a Gucci box for a Dior glasses. So I had to go back to get this exchanged. I got the box exchanged and when I got home I realized that the box looks second hand. Your paying high price for a product but your getting bad service and bad box like your buying it second hand. I m very disappointment to the point I m going to return the glasses to selfridges and go to Dior and buy them their. Ridiculous. A complete waste of time here. I will definitely not shop in eyewear department here again.

What can I say about Selfridges? Selfridges will always be Selfridges. Here you can find all you can desire. I personally prefer Selfridges over Harrods. Slightly overpriced when compared to competitors for the same brands though.
