A very large store great place to eat at their food Court. Can get almost anything. Reasonable pricing and assured quality.

Great skateboard bowl in the first floor! Thanks Selfridges
Not only is it about clothes and tech it's about the experience of getting to wander around this amazing establishment.
Excellent place to shop....you will need a few hours, all the latest brands and styles.
Excellent coffee/tea bar on ground floor to relax.
Very busy weekends, definitely a very good place to shop
If you love clothes shopping this is one of the best places to visit. Big designer names and good customer service.
How can you not love Selfridges when you can pretty much find every store big labels and small and have a very delicious food.
Beautiful store fantastic food hall at Seafood /Caviar bar just lovely. ....selection of high quality products excellent
One of my favourites department stores I've ever been.
Very crowded but clean and we'll stocked great sushi bar
Beautiful open plan shopping experience. Constantly changing offering and high energy atmosphere. From kitchenware to fashion and a couple of cute cafes as well. Mostly luxury but with a few high street labels as well.
Traditional department store in Central London. Great selection of food at the Food Hall is a must see. Beautifully arranged shelves and displays, it's worth seeing this store even if you don't have any plans to buy anything specific! Staff is very helpful and although it can be crowded during peak hours, it's still an enjoyable visit.
Good place for shopping in London
You name it everything is here...
Very expensive but nothing in that store which one is unable to find - always of the highest quality and all under one spectacular roof - a firm favourite!!!
Love this place with its glam and glitz , the rooftop restrurant is amazing too !
I hate places like this. Crowded, everything crammed in, just because. The stuff we needed to get was in there, sure. But I never visit out of choice or pleasure.
Lots of variety, but sale time so it was a bit hectic. Wanted to buy but didnt get offered any help so might go back if I cant find elsewhere. Kinda wish it wasnt 'sale week".
Selfridges london ::L.V Store ,customer services excellent, very pleasant staff, real people, same rating for Dolphin Mall and Aventura Mall L.V outlets
overpriced u can walk across the street to JD and get a lot of stuff for half the price
Good selection of clothes from high end to high street. Not a great selection of home wears these days.
Bad costumer service and sellers begging you to try their fragrances.. not luxurious environment at all.
Ive been going to selfridges since i was a little girl. I love it. Just looking at all the expensive goodies, especially perfume and beauty products is must. You can buy almost anything here.
After Harrod's this is the nicest department store in London!!!!! Service from Steven in Bang & Olufsen corner really great ....!!!!! Made the same price as a competitor to close the deal...would not expect that... Very nice...
great place to look around if you don't want to buy anything there is lots to see, after you can relax with a nice coffee or tea and a bite eat
This is what Harrods should be and is not. Here staff actually appear to want to be there and to be happy to serve you
One of the only stores worth visiting central London for. Always have great products in the Food Hall, especially the Turkish Delight which is worth a try. I do wish they would bring in some more of the sensible clothing brands though - a lot of "modern" designs which last a season and go out of fashion. If I wanted throw away fashion I would go to Primark.
Sometimes very busy but always had everything you'd want
Everything you could possibly need and the Christmas cheeses are so cute!
Really unhelpful and inexperienced customer service over the phone. I placed an order online 3 days ago and got a notification today that it is cancelled cause the item is out of stock. However online the item is still in stock. I called the customer service and they had no clue what happened, didn't offer any help just told me to order it again. Definitely not up to a level of luxury store. Not going to order from Selfridges again!
Back in Selfridges for some perfumes. Went for Thameen but also spotted Bond No.9 which smells so good. Took pics at LV stand
Very nice place. Full of shops and items hard to find in the Internet. A bit expensive.
Department store with a style of its own. Spacious and clean. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Easy signage to locate where you want to go.
I would stay away from the Rolex boutique. Not only were they rude but extremely sarcastic...
Loading bay won't take certain deliveries after 13.00.
Big shopping mall with all the designer brands. I loved the Christmas decoration, the window displays and the book shop on the 4th floor.
The usual pomposity from store staff but I just popped in to get a gift card for a colleague's leaving do. I don't spend my hard earned coins in places where the staff give the impression that they would rather chew nails than offer decent customer service.
Perhaps the managers were too busy today, they did not deliver the service professionally. However, the chefs were friendly and efficient when they knew the food was not served to me.
For the best beef beigel in London, you have to try it at Beigel Bake at Bricklane.
I came up on Boxing Day and I could not believe how busy it was, the staff even though they were obviously extremely busy remained polite professional and extremely helpful.
I was unsure as to where to go as this was my first time visiting the store, the first memeber of staff was smiling and very helpful, I will be coming back again very high end shopping experience.
You can get very different things which are good quality but priced reasonably.
One of the greatest shopping malls worldwide. It s on Oxford street and has reasonable food court at the top floor.
Sushi resturant on the below court is great and delicious
Seriously. Went to Selfridges to experience the service. Purchased a scarf, and when we got back to the hotel, we realized that the security device was still attached. Had to return to the store, and go to information for assistance. The woman had difficulty removing the tag, so she went to accessories to exchange it for a new one. Waited for her to return, then another fare back to the hotel, just to discover that the device was simply ripped off, leaving a note on the brand new, not cheap, scarf. This is not what I expected from Selfridges.
I could have ripped a hole in it at no extra cost.
Huge shop, they have everything. But the most is really expansive (I have gone to the elektronica and nothing bigs under 400 pounds).
Selfridge is a must on your visit to central lo don shopping. The scale and style of this store is absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful place to shop for all your designer wants and needs.
There is even a section dedicated to just chocolate and the treats are gorgeous.
I wish I had the money to go on a serious shopping spree in Selfridges.
The staff I feel are friendly and in all my visits I have never felt mistreated. I have been impressed time after time.
Absolutely beautiful store, they seem to do a lot of events, lots of choice with the range of brands in every department with good stock, i.e. things are in stock that are displayed as testers/on mannequins etc, I keep wanting to go to the cafe on the roof but as of yet haven't!
Rating for the Food Hall alone, which has a genuinely amazing selection of <intake of breath>
Gluten-Free food from the Beyond Bread 100% GF stand concession
Gluten-Free cakes in the Selfridges fresh bakery counter
Gluten-Free meals & treats in the chilled section
Cheeses (from the renowned Mons cheesemongers)
Fruits (they routinely have kumquats!)
Packaged teas, from the likes of Teapigs
Expat foods from Australia and US in particular, Tim Tams!
*Fine* chocolate in the Chocolate 'Basement' downstairs from the Food Hall
Visiting roughly once every two months, there are almost always new things to see and try, and often stalls offering samples too. Almost always worth visiting :-)
We would like to say thank you to Monica Hainer in the 4th floor restaurant for always being attentive and smiling and making us delicious pizzas.
Nice and comfortable to shopping but not in cosmatic section.
Amazing make up counters with upscale class and great energy
Great to see Selfridges open again. Friendly, well informed staff, perfect range of products to suit every need. Sadly low on foot fall due to covid. London needs its tourists back fast.
Fantastic store. Massive selection of items and not as expensive as you would think.
1 million degrees and stuffy. The staff forget they're there to serve you and not the other way around. Prices extortionate and the majority of products in there you can get from other shops or online at a discount. I go in because it's Selfridges but usually leave without buying anything.
Well organized shopping complex. Technology wing amuses me with their innovation. I will definitely revisit the place, next time i am at london. You name it, its there
One of my favourite shopping destinations in London, it has things you won t see or find elsewhere. A health warning; it s all at the high-end, though you ll easily find something to buy if you ve always wanted one of their bright yellow bags. I love visiting Selfridges at this time of the year, if only to see their beautifully decorated window displays.
