I visited Selfridges to ask if they could slightly adapt one of their Rest and Relaxation hampers because I wanted for my sister who had just undergone major cancer surgery and I wanted to remove the alcohol and add something and I was not worried about what they would charge me. I got a flat no from the store and then went I sent an email they just ignored me, I even sent one to their press office asking if it was because it was for a cancer patient, still no response.

Here is some news Selfridges, cancer is out there and a store your size should be disgusted at the level of service you have provided.
