The place is nice . I loved all the fixtures, but a bit pricey and the sales person's are not friendly nor helpful.

Just visited the showroom looking for fixtures to update my bathrooms. During my time there I was greeted by the young lady at the front desk then ignored by the 3 associates on the sales floor. Not a hello, a how can I help, or what can I help you with. I ll take my money elsewhere.

Generally a great place to buy materials for most builds or repairs, and the staff are mostly pleasant to work with, although I wouldn't reccomend calling their sales desk, because their customer service over the phone isn't usually the best experience.

Great showroom with lots of bath, shower and kitchen fixtures, cabinets and lighting. Helpful staff to guide you through selection. Fair prices.

Walked around for 20 minutes or more waiting for a staff member to become more available to answer our questions about remodeling an entire master bath. Not a single person stopped to help us even after they were finished helping another customer. It was like we appeared to not have the proper "look" to be in the store and get the help. The store has a lot of great products but we received zero service.

You should only go, if you have an appointment. Kitchen faucets do not have name/model or info. By them, and you have to ask receptionist to look each one up ie..water flow, height...

Lacks customer service. Employees act like they are inconvenienced by your presence.

This place is fantastic. We were doing a major remodel. The various staff members were experts in their respective areas: appliances, cabinets, counters, plumbing, etc. We made an appointment and were given unlimited attention and support. I don't recommend a "drop-in" other than to look either at the great selection on the floor or the countless catalogs they have. You definitely need an appointment-especially on weekends. We will never go anywhere else.

Excellent customer support. Bought a special valve supply that could just buy at local retailers, and the showroom was also a marvelous viewing. Thanks to Dawn and Mike I could get my specialty faucet operating in my remodeled bathroom.

Spent numerous hours picking things out for bathroom remodel and nothing was ordered when my contractor went to pick it up delaying my project. Also had spoken with people in the kitchen for appliances for a kitchen remodel, they told me they will email me info and specs for the appliances I was interested in...after almost 2 months, still no information was provided. Apparently they must be doing well for themselves if they don't feel the need to follow up with new clients and offering them timely and efficient service.

Walked around for twenty minutes and couldn t get any assistance even though we are remodeling an entire house, waited for sales people to become available to assist us but they just ignored us. Guess you have to show your money to get any assistance.

Do you guys let your drivers drive like morons or is there just a few. This is the second time I almost got ran off the road by one of your drivers texting and driving. I will be calling the department of transportation

What a supply house is meant to be. A vast difference in big box stores and a supply house where people know about the products they sell.

As a contractor, I've been a customer of Keidel for many years. They have great customer service knowledgeable staff and the best selection of products in the city.

Had exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I had to return it and got charged a big re-stocking fee from Delta, but I ended up with what I needed.

No wait service. Counter salesperson was very helpful.
